Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments for establishing an artificial airway for patients in surgical anesthesia or rescue of critically ill patients or other assisted breaths, in particular to a multichannel special-shaped laryngeal mask tracheal catheter.
Background
A laryngeal mask endotracheal tube was invented by Brain in 1983 and was first advocated for use with an airway that employs an extra-glottic approach.
In the anesthesia operation using the laryngeal mask, the inflatable laryngeal mask is firstly molded, the air in the laryngeal mask pocket is pumped to be dry, and after the laryngeal mask is inserted in place, the laryngeal mask is inflated to seal the throat part, so that an artificial ventilation cavity channel is established; the inflatable laryngeal mask needs the steps of air exhaust, shaping, inflation, deflation after the operation is finished, and the like, so the operation is troublesome and the time is long; at present, an inflation-free drainage type laryngeal mask can be inserted into a stomach tube for stomach drainage during ventilation to prevent backflow and aspiration, but secretion or bleeding at a throat part cannot be sucked, once secretion or blood volume is large in the operation process and cannot be sucked timely, great risk is generated when the secretion or blood volume flows into a lung, and life is threatened in a very urgent way.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multichannel special-shaped laryngeal mask endotracheal tube.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a multi-channel special-shaped laryngeal mask tracheal catheter comprises an airway catheter and a machine end connector which are connected with each other, wherein a mask body is arranged at the lower part of the airway catheter, a ventilation cavity, a stomach tube drainage cavity and a laryngeal suction cavity which are not communicated with each other are respectively arranged inside the airway catheter, the mask body comprises a mask body bottom bag, an opening is arranged on the mask body bottom bag and is communicated with a mask body ventilation extension groove in the mask body, and the mask body ventilation extension groove is communicated with the ventilation cavity.
The back of the cover body is provided with a liquid storage guide groove at the back of the cover body, and the liquid storage guide groove at the back of the cover body is communicated with the throat suction cavity.
And an inlet of the liquid storage guide groove at the back of the cover body is arranged below the liquid storage guide groove at the back of the cover body.
And the secretion or blood at the throat part can be collected to the inlet of the liquid storage guide groove at the back of the cover body through the liquid storage guide groove at the back of the cover body, and finally is sucked and discharged out of the body through the throat suction cavity.
Wherein, the cover body ventilation extension groove extends to the bottom of the front end of the cover body. Prevent the blockage of the vent hole caused by the enlargement or the narrowing of the throat part of partial patients.
The cross section of the ventilation extension groove of the cover body is wide in front and narrow in back, and is approximately in a U-shaped groove shape.
Wherein, the front end of the cover body is provided with a through hole which is communicated with the gastric tube drainage cavity.
Wherein, a stomach tube can be inserted into the stomach tube drainage cavity.
The bottom bag of the cover body is made of an elastomer material, and the wall thickness of the bottom bag is designed in a gradual change mode, so that the bottom surface of the cover body is in self-adaptive fit with the periphery of the air passage opening, and the air passage is sealed.
Wherein, the machine end connector and the airway tube are assembled and connected into a whole, and the machine end connector can be connected with a breathing machine to meet the normal operation ventilation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the outstanding effects that:
by adopting the multi-channel special-shaped laryngeal mask tracheal catheter, the normal operation ventilation process can be carried out, the trachea can enter the esophagus through the drainage cavity and the stomach tube, the esophagus is drained, and the suction cavity and the suction tube can be inserted at any time to suck substances such as secretion or blood at the throat part. The invention adds the liquid storage guiding groove on the back of the mask body, which can firstly store partial secretion or blood at the throat part, and meanwhile, the guiding groove which is completely penetrated through on the back can collect the secretion or blood at the throat part to the outlet of the suction cavity of the throat part, and the secretion or blood at the throat part is discharged outside the body through the suction cavity, so that the collection of the secretion or blood at the throat part is reduced as much as possible, the risk caused by that the reflux is sucked into the air passage by a patient by mistake in the operation process is prevented, and the safety is.
The multichannel special-shaped laryngeal mask endotracheal tube of the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.
