The device and the application can ensure that the sprayed washing-free alcohol disinfectant is 75% alcohol solution and is in the best sterilization effect no matter the device is used for the first time on the first day or after several months or used for the last time. Meanwhile, the structure design is reasonable, the replacement operation is simple, the bag body is fixed firmly, the sealed bag body is taken out only by opening the bottle body in an opposite-opening mode during replacement, a new sealed bag body is replaced, the main structure can be recycled, and less waste is generated; and through washing and cutting the filling opening, the bag body can be recycled for multiple use.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the embodiment of the invention is a washing-free alcohol disinfectant, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75% of ethanol, 0.0005-3.0% of silver ions, 0.1-3.5% of bactericide, 0.5-2.5% of surfactant, 0.2-5% of humectant, 0.1-1% of thickener and 11-25% of deionized water.
In order to improve the sterilization effect, the bactericide is one or more of chlorhexidine gluconate, parachlorometaxylenol, dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol, iodoglycerol, benzalkonium bromide or double-chain quaternary ammonium salt. The compound bactericide is adopted, so that more kinds of bacteria can be killed in a broad spectrum, and the sterilizing effect of the water-washing-free alcohol disinfectant is improved.
In order to improve the hand feeling of the water-free alcohol disinfectant, the humectant is one or more of propylene glycol, menthol, hyaluronic acid, glycerol or aloe gel. Discomfort caused by high-concentration alcohol can be avoided through the humectant, and the alcohol-containing water-based moisturizing agent is milder and has better hand feeling when in use.
A portable water-free hand sanitizer device comprises a sealing bag body 2 used for filling water-free alcohol disinfectant, wherein the sealing bag body 2 is fixedly arranged in a bottle body 1, a valve body 4 is arranged on the sealing bag body 2, and the top of the sealing bag body 2 is communicated to a liquid outlet module 10 through the valve body 4;
the bottle body 1 has a split structure, which may be a left-right split (as shown in fig. 2) or a top-bottom split (as shown in fig. 1), the bottle body 1 is formed by combining a hinge 101, a front cover 103 and a rear cover 102, the front cover 103 and the rear cover 102 are connected by the integrated hinge 101, and the front cover 103 can rotate around the hinge 101 to open or close.
In order to ensure that the sealed bag body normally discharges liquid, but the liquid in the sealed bag body is not communicated with the atmosphere, the liquid discharging module 10 comprises a pump body 3 and a hard sharp tube 5, the hard sharp tube 5 is positioned below the pump body 3, the hard sharp tube 5 is inserted into the bottom of the sealed bag body 2 through the valve body 4, the hard sharp tube 5 is in sealing connection with the valve body 4 through a sealing ring 6, and the pump body 3 is communicated to the sealed bag body 2 only through the hard sharp tube 5. The hard sharp pipe is only used for pumping out liquid, air cannot enter the sealed bag body from the hard sharp pipe, and air cannot enter the sealed bag body from a gap between the hard sharp pipe and the valve body. After the pump body ejects liquid, the sealed bag body shrinks and deforms under atmospheric pressure to balance air pressure.
For a better fixed sealing bag body, 1 upper portion of bottle is provided with the bayonet part 104 that is used for valve body 4 to fix, and bayonet part 104 is U type open structure, and 4 middle parts of valve body are the I shape structure, and 4 middle parts of valve body can be fixed on bayonet part 104 by the buckle, and the bayonet part can effectively prop up the sealing bag body.
The top of the bottle body 1 is provided with a connecting part 105 fixedly connected with the pump body 3, the bayonet part 104 is positioned under the connecting part 105, the connecting part 105 is of a buckling structure, the connecting part 105 comprises a left side part 107 and a right side part 106, the left side part 107 is arranged on the front cover 103, the right side part 106 is arranged on the rear cover 102, after the left side part 107 and the right side part 106 are buckled, the valve body 4 is positioned in the middle of the connecting part 105;
the left side portion 106 is of a semicircular structure, a positioning notch 108 is further formed in the left side portion 106, the upper portion of the right side portion 107 is of a circular structure, a positioning protrusion 109 is arranged below the circular structure, and the positioning protrusion 109 is matched with the positioning notch 108. When the valve body is used, the valve body is hung at the clamping opening part, the front cover is closed, the hard sharp pipe is inserted into the valve body and directly reaches the bottom of the sealing bag body, and finally the pump body and the connecting part are fixed tightly by screwing. Because the pump body is in threaded connection with the connecting part, if the connecting part is in a half-split semicircular structure, the connection stability is poor; and adopt the ring shape structure of this application, the protruding combination mode with the location breach of location, the difficult skew and the skew of making progress about taking place of connection back left side portion, it is more firm stable to be connected between the pump body and the connecting portion.

Because the filling opening is higher than the non-sealing clamping opening, more solution can be filled in the filling process, and the problem that the filling opening is not tightly sealed because the solution pollutes the filling process is avoided. And the valve body can realize double sealing effect through the valve plug and the aluminum-plastic film.
Even if the sealed bag body in the device is opened for use, the optimal sterilization state of 75% of alcohol in the water-free alcohol disinfectant can be guaranteed; meanwhile, the bottle body and the valve body can be recycled, and only a new sealing bag body needs to be replaced, so that the environment-friendly property is good; compared with the traditional fixed hand sanitizer device filled with the liquid soap, the hand sanitizer device has the advantages of strong mobility and portability while meeting the functions.
The application of the water-free alcohol disinfectant comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, filling, wherein a non-sealing clamp opening and a filling opening are formed in the upper portion of a sealing bag body, the sealing bag body is of a chimney-shaped structure, the position of the filling opening is higher than that of the non-sealing clamp opening, a valve body is firstly installed on the non-sealing clamp opening and is sealed through a valve plug and an aluminum plastic film, then, a washing-free alcohol disinfectant is filled into the sealing bag body through the filling opening and then sealed for storage, and at the moment, the washing-free alcohol disinfectant is not communicated with the atmosphere;
secondly, mounting, namely pulling out a valve plug on the valve body, mounting the valve body on a connecting part of the bottle body, fastening and fixing the valve body, fastening a front cover and a rear cover together, piercing a hard tip tube on the pump body through an aluminum plastic film, inserting the hard tip tube into the sealing bag body, screwing the pump body and fixing the pump body on the bottle body, wherein an oil seal ring on the hard tip tube and the inner side wall of the valve body form a sealing structure, and air cannot enter the sealing bag body from the inside or the edge of the hard tip tube;
thirdly, during use, before the use, the oil seal ring of the hard sharp pipe is pressed to be always sealed with the inner side wall of the valve body, and the pump body is also sealed with the inner side of the hard sharp pipe;
when the pressure bag is pressed for use, the pump body pumps liquid and ejects the liquid, no air enters the sealing bag body, the water-free alcohol disinfectant in the sealing bag body is not contacted with the air all the time, the alcohol concentration is kept unchanged, and the bag body is automatically pressed by atmospheric pressure to shrink and deform to offset negative pressure generated by liquid reduction;
after repeated pressing for multiple times or after the sealed bag is left unused for more than half a year, the water-free alcohol disinfectant in the sealed bag body still does not contact with the air all the time, and the alcohol concentration is kept unchanged at the factory standard (the alcohol concentration of the factory standard is 75%);
and fourthly, replacing, namely unscrewing the pump body from the bottle body, extracting the pump body from the valve body, opening the bottle body, taking down the sealing bag body on the connecting part, only replacing the sealing bag body in the fourth step, and continuously performing the third step by replacing the sealing bag body filled with the water-free alcohol disinfectant.
In order to reduce the pollution of waste plastics, the used sealed bag body in the fourth step is cleaned by cutting off the sealing melted part of the filling opening, and then the first step is carried out to realize the recycling of the sealed bag body until the filling opening is level to the position without the sealing clamping opening. Because the height of the filling opening is far higher than that of the non-sealing clamping opening, the recovered sealing bag body can be recycled for multiple times, and the part melted for 4-6 times is cut to be level with the position of the non-sealing clamping opening, so that the plastic pollution can be reduced, and the use is more environment-friendly.
The device has wide use scenes, for example, the shared toilet seat plate has more bacteria, the paper towel can not effectively isolate the bacteria, the isolation cost by the rubber bag is high, the environmental pollution is large, and the use feeling is not good if the device is washed by clear water; most of bacteria on the water-free alcohol disinfectant can be killed only by spraying the water-free alcohol disinfectant onto a paper towel and wiping the paper towel on a toilet seat for a plurality of times, and then the water-free alcohol disinfectant can be used safely; after the hand is used, a small amount of the water-washing-free alcohol disinfectant is sprayed on the hand, and the hand is repeatedly rubbed for several times to finish the sterilization and disinfection of the palm.
Compare traditional bottle that holds alcohol or liquid soap (directly hold solution through the hard bottle), adopt the sealing bag body (solution in soft package) of soft package structure and can be to the combination of open bottle (the bottle is the protection soft package), the internal solution of this application sealing bag only communicates with the stereoplasm point pipe, only presses the pump body and is that solution just flows along the stereoplasm point pipe, and the automatic deformation compression of the sealing bag body under the effect of atmospheric pressure simultaneously. Meanwhile, the sealing bag body is reasonable in structural design, simple to replace and operate and firm in fixation, the sealing bag body is only required to be taken out by opening the bottle body in an opposite mode during replacement, a new sealing bag body is replaced, the main body structure can be recycled, waste garbage generated is less, the use is more environment-friendly, and the use and maintenance cost is lower; and through washing and cutting the filling opening, the sealing bag body can be recycled for multiple use.

Claims (9)

1. A washing-free alcohol disinfectant is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75% of ethanol, 0.0005-3.0% of silver ions, 0.1-3.5% of bactericide, 0.5-2.5% of surfactant, 0.2-5% of humectant, 0.1-1% of thickener and 11-25% of deionized water.
2. The water-free alcohol disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the bactericide is one or more of chlorhexidine gluconate, parachlorometaxylenol, dichlorophenoxy chlorophenol, iodine glycerol, benzalkonium bromide or double-chain quaternary ammonium salt.
3. The water-free alcohol disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the humectant is one or more of propylene glycol, menthol, hyaluronic acid, glycerol, and aloe gel.

The use device of a water-free alcohol disinfectant as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the water-free alcohol disinfectant filling device comprises a sealed bag body for filling water-free alcohol disinfectant, wherein the sealed bag body is fixedly arranged in a bottle body, a valve body is arranged on the sealed bag body, and the top of the sealed bag body is communicated to a liquid outlet module through the valve body;
the bottle body is of a split structure and is formed by combining a hinge, a front cover and a rear cover, the front cover and the rear cover are connected through the integrated hinge, and the front cover can rotate around the hinge to be opened or closed.

The use device of the water-free alcohol disinfectant as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the liquid outlet module comprises a pump body and a hard sharp pipe, the hard sharp pipe is located below the pump body, the hard sharp pipe penetrates through the valve body and is inserted into the bottom of the sealing bag body, the hard sharp pipe is in sealing connection with the valve body through a sealing ring, and the pump body is communicated to the sealing bag body only through the hard sharp pipe.
6. The use device of the water-free alcohol disinfectant as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the upper part of the bottle body is provided with a bayonet part for fixing the valve body, and the bayonet part is of a U-shaped opening structure;
the top of the bottle body is provided with a connecting part fixedly connected with the pump body, the bayonet part is positioned right below the connecting part, the connecting part is of a buckling structure and comprises a left side part and a right side part, the left side part is arranged on the front cover, the right side part is arranged on the rear cover, and after the left side part and the right side part are buckled, the valve body is positioned in the middle of the connecting part;
the left side part is of a semicircular structure, a positioning notch is further formed in the left side part, the upper portion of the right side part is of a circular structure, a positioning protrusion is arranged below the circular structure, and the positioning protrusion is matched with the positioning notch.

The use device of the water-free alcohol disinfectant as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the upper part of the sealed bag body is provided with a filling opening and a non-sealed clamping opening, the position of the filling opening is higher than that of the non-sealed clamping opening, and a valve body is arranged on the non-sealed clamping opening;
the valve body is further provided with a valve plug, and the bottom of the valve body is sealed through an aluminum-plastic film.

thirdly, during use, before the use, the oil seal ring of the hard sharp pipe is pressed to be always sealed with the inner side wall of the valve body, and the pump body is also sealed with the inner side of the hard sharp pipe;

after repeated pressing for multiple times or being idle for more than half a year, the water-free alcohol disinfectant in the sealed bag body still does not contact with the air all the time, and the alcohol concentration is kept unchanged at the factory standard;
and fourthly, replacing, namely unscrewing the pump body from the bottle body, extracting the pump body from the valve body, opening the bottle body, taking down the sealing bag body on the connecting part, only replacing the sealing bag body in the fourth step, and continuously performing the third step by replacing the sealing bag body filled with the water-free alcohol disinfectant.
