on-line hearing aid fitting programming, an expert or an intelligent robot remotely operates a fitting programming software module and a hearing aid fitting programmer module, a patient wears a hearing aid off-line to be connected with a mobile phone, a tablet and a cloud (wired or wireless), and 3-7 steps of fitting of the conventional hearing aid in the background technology are realized;
the patient wears the fitted hearing aid and can use the hearing aid by turning on the switch and selecting the preset listening environment (generally 4).
For patients with tinnitus and deafness, a tinnitus deaf-aid can be selected, the tinnitus treatment function on the tinnitus deaf-aid is started by combining the following steps of tinnitus detection and hearing aid fitting, and the tinnitus treatment function is subjected to on-line sound treatment and cognitive behavior psychotherapy or the accurate tinnitus masking is directly started off-line to perform tinnitus treatment.

on-line multi-mode ear sound matching detection, a specialist remotely operates a tinnitus physiological acoustic detection and personalized sound treatment scheme manufacturing module, a patient wears an earphone off-line and carries out tinnitus sound matching detection through a mobile phone, a flat plate is connected with a cloud computing platform (wired or wireless), ear sounds are described according to the patient, the specialist or an intelligent robot remotely adjusts the frequency, loudness and melody matching of the multi-mode (composite sound) ear sounds by the cloud computing platform until the patient confirms that the matched sound is the same as or similar to the tinnitus sound, sound matching records are stored, namely the personalized tinnitus sound is accurately expressed and displayed by the cloud computing platform and is a signal formed by compounding a plurality of simple signals, and the signal processing is conveniently carried out through various signal processing algorithms, such as: frequency modulation, amplitude modulation, irregular waveform transformation, notching, adding wideband or narrowband noise, pulsing, background sound, etc.;
according to the hearing threshold and tinnitus sound matching measured in the steps, an expert or intelligent robot remotely operates a cloud computing platform to obtain a personalized sound treatment comprehensive scheme, including but not limited to sound stimulation non-invasive nerve regulation ATST, sound habit tone TRT (relaxing music or sound plus psychological persuasion, transferring attention to tinnitus), sound masking TM (making the patient feel no ear sound by applying broadband or narrowband noise with loudness slightly higher than that of the ear sound);
according to how many times the patient listens every day and how long each time, the patient regularly goes to the hospital to perform tinnitus physical-acoustic intervention treatment and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy by receiving the fixed personalized tinnitus acoustic treatment scheme and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy scheme.
For a patient needing treatment for multiple times or multiple courses of treatment, the patient wears an earphone offline and is connected (wired or wireless) with a cloud computing platform through a mobile phone and a flat plate to go to the cloud end to perform tinnitus sound treatment rehabilitation; the mobile tinnitus therapeutic apparatus downloaded with the personalized physical and acoustic intervention treatment scheme and the cognitive behavior psychotherapy scheme can also be taken away to carry out long-term rehabilitation treatment of off-line home travel.
