The upper seal ring 41 and the lower seal ring 42 may be provided on the outer peripheral wall of the cup cover 2 (see fig. 1 and 2), or may be provided on the inner peripheral wall of the top of the brewing cup 1, or the like, as long as the liquid inlet chamber X can be formed between the outer peripheral wall of the cup cover 2 and the inner peripheral wall of the top of the brewing cup 1 by providing the upper seal ring 41 and the lower seal ring 42.
The liquid inlet may be formed on the outer peripheral wall of the brewing cup 1, or may be formed on the bottom wall of the cup cover 2, or may be formed on other suitable positions of the brewing mechanism 100, which is not illustrated herein. Preferably, with reference to figures 1 and 3, at the top peripheral wall of the brewing cup 1 there is provided a radially outwardly projecting inlet 17, which inlet 17 comprises an inlet 18 (i.e. a feed inlet) for feeding liquid into the brewing chamber V and is formed so as to open vertically downwards. Accordingly, with reference to figures 4 to 6, a liquid supply outlet 53 is provided in the beverage maker which is adapted to the inlet 18 of the inlet portion (through which liquid from the water tank flows into the brewing chamber V), so that when a user inserts the brewing cup 1 downwardly into the beverage maker, the inlet 18 of the brewing mechanism 100 is brought into abutment with the outlet 53 of the beverage maker, thereby placing the inlet 18 in communication with the water tank for easy operation by the user.
In addition, the cup cover 2 comprises an upper cover 24 and an inner cover 25 detachably connected with the bottom of the upper cover 24, and a liquid distribution chamber 21 is formed between the upper cover 24 and the inner cover 25, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, so that not only is the production and manufacturing convenient, but also the user can conveniently take down the inner cover 25 from the bottom of the upper cover 24 to clean the liquid distribution chamber 21.
It should be noted that the liquid delivered to the brewing mechanism 100 by the delivery pump may be hot water, warm water, or normal temperature water, etc., which may be determined according to the actual process requirement. Accordingly, if the liquid to be infused into the brewing mechanism 100 is to be hot or warm water, a heating element may be added to the outside of the peripheral wall and/or below the bottom wall of the tank to heat the liquid in the tank. And generally, in order to make the beverage brewed by micro-pressure have higher quality, the pressure in the brewing chamber V when the beverage machine is operated should be generally not less than 1.3bar and not more than 1.7bar, although not limited thereto.
In particular, other constructions and functions of the brewing mechanism 100 and the beverage maker according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described herein in detail in order to reduce redundancy.

It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. Brewing mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the top peripheral wall of the brewing cup (1) is provided with a radially outwardly protruding liquid outlet portion (15), the top end of the liquid outlet conduit (13) being connected to the liquid outlet portion (15), the upper water outlet (12) being arranged in the liquid outlet portion (15) and being formed so as to open vertically downwards.

The brewing mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the liquid outlet portion (15) comprises a liquid outlet portion inlet connected to the top end of the liquid outlet conduit (13), the liquid outlet portion inlet and the upper water outlet (12) as liquid outlet portion being circumferentially offset with respect to the centre of the brewing cup (1).

Brewing mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the central part of the bottom wall of the brewing chamber (V) is formed with an upwardly protruding mounting boss (16), in that in the brewing chamber (V) there are provided stirring blades (6) mounted on the mounting boss (16) and a filter cartridge (3) arranged around the mounting boss (16), in that the bottom wall and/or the circumferential wall of the filter cartridge (3) is provided with filter holes, and in that the bottom wall of the filter cartridge (3) is formed with downwardly protruding legs (31), which legs (31) are supported on the bottom wall of the brewing chamber (V) to form an overflow space (W).

Brewing mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the brewing chamber (V) is provided inside with a filter cartridge (3) provided with filter holes in its bottom wall and/or in its peripheral wall, the bottom wall of the filter cartridge (3) being formed with downwardly projecting legs (31), said legs (31) being supported on the bottom wall of the brewing chamber (V) to form the overflow space (W).

Brewing mechanism according to any of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the peripheral wall of the top part of the brewing cup (1) is provided with a radially outwardly protruding inlet (17), said inlet (17) being provided with an inlet (18) for feeding liquid into the brewing chamber (V); or the like, or, alternatively,
the outer peripheral wall of the top of the brewing cup (1) is provided with a liquid inlet part (17) which protrudes outwards in the radial direction, and the liquid inlet part (17) comprises a liquid inlet part inlet (18) which is used for inputting liquid into the brewing cavity (V) and is formed into a vertical downward opening.

The brewing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a liquid inlet is arranged on the brewing mechanism (100), a liquid diversion cavity (21) communicated with the liquid inlet is arranged in the cup cover (2), a plurality of through diversion holes (22) are uniformly distributed on the bottom wall of the liquid diversion cavity (21), and liquid introduced into the liquid diversion cavity (21) from the liquid inlet flows downwards into the brewing cavity (V) through the through diversion holes (22).
