In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A liquid heating vessel according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a liquid heating vessel comprising a vessel body 1, a vessel lid 2, a support tray 3, a connecting tube 4 and a filter cartridge 5. Specifically, a container opening is arranged on the container body 1, and a container mouth 12 is arranged on the side wall of the container body 1; the container cover 2 can be covered on the container opening of the container body 1; the supporting disc 3 can be installed in the container body 1 through the container opening of the container body 1 and can enclose a first accommodating cavity with the bottom wall of the container body 1; one end of the connecting pipe 4 is connected with the supporting disc 3 and can be communicated with the first accommodating cavity; the filter cartridge 5 is arranged at one end of the connecting pipe 4 far away from the supporting disc 3 and is communicated with one end of the connecting pipe 4 far away from the supporting disc 3, an opening is formed in one end of the filter cartridge 5 far away from the supporting disc 3, and one end of the filter cartridge 5 close to the supporting disc 3 is closed; wherein the orthographic projection area of the first accommodating cavity on the bottom wall of the container body 1 is S1, the area of the inner bottom wall of the container body 1 is S, and the value of S1/S is more than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 1.
The embodiment of the first aspect of the invention provides a liquid heating container, which comprises a container body 1, a container cover 2 and a pouring and brewing assembly composed of a supporting plate 3, a connecting pipe 4 and a filter cartridge 5, wherein the container body 1 is used for containing liquid such as tea water, the container body 1 is provided with a container opening through which water, tea leaves, the supporting plate 3, the connecting pipe 4, the filter cartridge 5 and the like can be inserted and installed in the container body 1, and the container cover 2 is used for covering the container opening of the container body 1 and is used for opening and closing the container opening of the container body 1. The filter cartridge 5 is used for containing tea, coffee powder and other beverage materials, the supporting plate 3 can be installed in the container body 1 through the container opening and can enclose a first containing cavity with the bottom wall of the container body 1, so that a relatively closed space can be additionally formed in the container body 1, and the connecting pipe 4 is arranged between the supporting plate 3 and the filter cartridge 5 and is used for enabling the filter cartridge 5 to be communicated with the first containing cavity. After the water arranged in the container body 1 is heated and boiled, the steam can be generated in the first accommodating cavity, so that the steam is gradually increased, the pressure in the first accommodating cavity is gradually increased, the water in the first accommodating cavity can be pressed into the filter cylinder 5 through the connecting pipe 4, and then the water can be sprinkled on tea leaves and the like in the filter cylinder 5, so that the tea sprinkling operation can be realized. And the ratio more than or equal to 0.2 less than or equal to 1 of first chamber of holding between the area S1 of the orthographic projection of vessel body 1 diapire and the area S of the interior diapire of vessel body 1, just so can rationally set up the size of first chamber of holding through the size of the interior diapire of vessel body 1, and then rationally set up the size of supporting disk 3, so that supporting disk 3 can enclose into the first chamber of holding that has great area with the diapire of vessel body 1, and then make supporting disk 3 can enclose into the space of equidimension with the diapire of vessel body 1, in order to ensure the steam volume that first intracavity produced, and then ensure to drench the effect of operation such as tea. In addition, when the tea is drenched, the water can be pressed into the filter cylinder 5 from the container body 1 through the pressure generated by the water vapor in the container body 1, and a water pumping structure such as a water pump is not additionally arranged, so that the cost of the product can be simplified, and the power consumption of the product can be reduced.
Wherein, through setting up container mouth 12 on the lateral wall of container body 1, can carry out the pouring of tea etc. in the container body 1 through container mouth 12, just like this when pouring tea etc. just need not open container lid 2, take out and drench bubble subassembly etc. that comprise supporting disk 3, connecting pipe 4 and strain a section of thick bamboo 5, therefore can make the pouring of tea etc. more convenient. Of course, the tea or the like may be poured directly through the mouth of the container body 1 without providing the mouth 12 on the side wall of the container body 1.
In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the value of S1/S is 0.5 or more and 0.8 or less.
In these embodiments, the ratio of the area S1 of the orthographic projection of the first accommodating cavity on the bottom wall of the container body 1 to the area S of the inner bottom wall of the container body 1 is further set to be 0.5 to 0.8, so that the sizes of the supporting plate 3 and the first accommodating cavity can be more reasonable, and the effect of tea pouring and the like can be further ensured.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the sum of the weights of the support plate 3, the connecting tube 4 and the filter cartridge 5 is greater than or equal to 50g and less than or equal to 200g, or the sum of the weights of the support plate 3, the connecting tube 4 and the filter cartridge 5 is greater than or equal to 75g and less than or equal to 150 g.

In these embodiments, a weight block may be disposed on the support plate 3 or the filter cartridge 5, so that when the support plate 3 or the filter cartridge 5 is used for pouring tea, the weight of the support plate 3 or the filter cartridge 5 can be increased by the weight block, thereby enhancing the stability of the support plate 3, the connecting pipe 4 and the filter cartridge 5 during pouring tea. Meanwhile, the balancing weight can be detachably arranged on the supporting plate 3 or the filter cylinder 5, so that the balancing weight can be taken down when the supporting plate 3 and the filter cylinder 5 are used for tea making and other operations, and the weight of the supporting plate 3 or the filter cylinder 5 is reduced. Of course, the weight block and the supporting plate 3 or the weight block and the filter cartridge 5 can be provided as an integral structure.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the support plate 3 and the connecting pipe 4 are of an integral structure, or the support plate 3 and the connecting pipe 4 are detachably connected.
In these embodiments, the supporting plate 3 and the connecting pipe 4 are preferably of an integrated structure, because the mechanical property of the integrated structure is good, the connection strength between the supporting plate 3 and the connecting pipe 4 can be ensured, and in addition, the supporting plate 3 and the connecting pipe 4 can be integrally manufactured and produced in batch, so that the production efficiency of products is improved, and the production and processing cost of the products is reduced. Of course, the supporting disk 3 and the connecting pipe 4 can be of a split structure, and the detachable structure can be used for separately storing and storing the supporting disk 3 and the connecting pipe 4 when a liquid heating container is not used, so that the storage and storage convenience is improved, and meanwhile, the supporting disk 3 and the connecting pipe 4 can be independently replaced by the supporting disk 3 or the connecting pipe 4 after the supporting disk 3 and the connecting pipe 4 are stained, so that the maintenance convenience of the product is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the open end of the filter cartridge 5 is provided with a limiting structure, and the limiting structure can be in limiting fit with the edge of the container opening of the container body 1 when the filter cartridge 5 is mounted on the container body 1.
In these embodiments, by providing the limiting structure on the side wall of the open end of the filter cartridge 5 or the open edge of the filter cartridge 5, for example, by providing the limiting structure such as the flange on the open edge of the filter cartridge 5, when the filter cartridge 5 is installed, the limiting structure such as the flange can be lapped on the wall of the upper end surface of the container body 1, so that the limiting installation of the filter cartridge 5 on the container body 1 can be realized through the limiting structure such as the flange, and thus, on one hand, the support installation of the filter cartridge 5 can be realized through the container body 1, thereby not only improving the installation stability of the filter cartridge 5, but also preventing the filter cartridge 5 from being too heavy to be bent or folded by the connecting pipe 4 when the tea is showered, that is, the arrangement can also reduce the load of the connecting pipe 4, thereby reducing the requirement on the processing strength of. On the other hand, through setting up limit structure such as turn-ups, can also strain a section of thick bamboo 5 and install outside vessel 1, consequently when dismouting strains a section of thick bamboo 5, the user just need not stretch into vessel 1 with the hand in, therefore more do benefit to and strain a section of thick bamboo 5's dismouting convenience, and also can improve the clean health when the product uses. In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the filter cartridge 5 is provided with an attraction structure, the container cover 2 is provided with a first matching structure corresponding to the attraction structure, and the attraction structure can be matched with the first matching structure to attract and mount the filter cartridge 5 to the container cover 2; or strain and be provided with buckle structure on 5, be provided with the second cooperation structure that corresponds with buckle structure on the container lid 2, buckle structure can cooperate with second cooperation structure to strain 5 buckle installations to container lid 2.
In these embodiments, the structure of the filter cartridge 5 can be reasonably arranged, so that the filter cartridge 5 is buckled or sucked to the container body 1 or the container cover 2 when the tea is poured through the filter cartridge 5, the filter cartridge 5 can be pressed through the fixing effect of the container cover 2 or the container body 1, and the like, the temperature of the filter cartridge 5 during installation is enhanced, and the situation that the filter cartridge 5 is pushed open by steam and shakes during the tea pouring is further prevented.
In another embodiment, preferably, the support plate 3, the connection tube 4 and the filter cartridge 5 can be installed into the container body 1 through the container mouth of the container body 1.
In these embodiments, the connection pipe 4 may be a rigid pipe, so that the support and installation of the filter cartridge 5 can be achieved through the support plate 3 and the connection pipe 4, and at this time, the maximum width and the maximum length of the support plate 3, the connection pipe 4 and the filter cartridge 5 can be set to be small, so that the support plate 3, the connection pipe 4 and the filter cartridge 5 can be installed in the container body 1 through the mouth of the container body 1, so that the filter cartridge 5, the support plate 3 and the connection pipe 4 can be installed in the container body 1 as a whole, and this arrangement enables the container body 1 to be sealed by the container cover 2, thereby improving the sealing performance of the liquid heating container. On the contrary, if the filter cartridge 5, the support plate 3 and the connection pipe 4 cannot be installed in the vessel body 1 as a whole, that is, the filter cartridge 5 is partially exposed from the vessel body 1, the vessel lid 2 cannot seal the vessel opening of the vessel body 1, and thus the sealing effect of the liquid heating vessel cannot be secured.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the end of the connection pipe 4 remote from the support plate 3 is detachably attached to the filter cartridge 5, and after the filter cartridge 5 is detached from the connection pipe 4, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the support plate 3 is detachably fitted over the opening of the filter cartridge 5, and the end of the connection pipe 4 remote from the support plate 3 is detachably attached to the container body 1 or the container lid 2.
In these embodiments, the connection tube 4 and the filter cartridge 5 are detachably mounted, so that the filter cartridge 5 can be further detached from the connection tube 4, after the filter cartridge 5 is detached from the connection tube 4, the filter cartridge 5 can be mutually covered with the support plate 3, and one end of the connection tube 4, which is far away from the support plate 3, can be detachably mounted on the container body 1 or the container cover 2, so that the filter cartridge 5, the support plate 3 and the connection tube 4 can be assembled into an operation form of making tea and the like and mounted on the container body 1 or the container cover 2, and thus the product can be used for making tea and the like. And this kind of setting can enough be installed together in order to realize operations such as making tea owing to strain a section of thick bamboo 5 with supporting disk 3 dismantlement, can install the other end at connecting pipe 4 again, in order to assemble into with supporting disk 3 and connecting pipe 4 and drench operation forms such as tea in order to drench operations such as tea, this just makes the user when specifically using this product, can carry out the equipment of different modes with supporting disk 3, connecting pipe 4 and strain a section of thick bamboo 5 according to actual need, in order to make up into and drench operation forms such as tea or make up into operation forms such as making tea, can both realize drenching operations such as tea and realizing operations such as making tea through same product like this, thereby just can enlarge the function of product, improve the practicality of product, and then just can satisfy user's many-sided demand better.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, when the end of the connection pipe 4 remote from the support plate 3 is detachably attached to the container lid 2, the connection pipe 4 can move up and down on the container lid 2 in the height direction of the container body 1.
In these embodiments, the end of the connecting pipe 4 away from the supporting plate 3 can be detachably moved up and down along the height direction of the container body 1, so that when a user makes tea by using the product, the connecting pipe 4 can be lifted up to lift the filter cartridge 5 to the opening of the container body 1, so that after making tea, the filter cartridge 5 can be lifted up to above the tea surface to prevent the tea and coffee powder from further soaking in water, and thus the user can select the soaking time of the tea, coffee powder and other beverage materials according to actual needs, and the situation that the tea is too thick due to the overlong soaking time of the tea, coffee powder and other beverage materials is prevented. When tea making is performed next time, the connection pipe 4 is lowered, so that the filter cartridge 5 can be continuously immersed in water, and tea making can be continuously performed.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the liquid heating vessel further includes: the water dispersing head 6 is arranged in the filter cylinder 5 and communicated with the connecting pipe 4, a second accommodating cavity 62 is arranged in the water dispersing head 6, water dispersing holes 64 are formed in the inner wall of the second accommodating cavity 62, and water in the water dispersing head 6 can be sprinkled into the filter cylinder 5 through the water dispersing holes 64.
In these embodiments, the water dispersion head 6 is arranged to disperse water required for tea sprinkling and other operations through the water dispersion head 6 and then spray the water onto the tea leaves, the coffee powder and other beverage materials through the water dispersion holes 64, so that the water dispersion head 6 can spray the water for tea sprinkling and other operations in a large area to prevent the water from being sprinkled onto a certain local area, and thus the water for tea sprinkling and other operations can be sprinkled onto the tea leaves, the coffee powder and other beverage materials more uniformly through the water dispersion head 6, so that all the tea leaves, the coffee powder and other beverage materials can be fully soaked and extracted, and further the tea leaves, the coffee powder and other beverage materials can be fully used, so that the utilization rate of the tea leaves, the coffee powder and other beverage materials can be improved, the tea sprinkling and other operation effects can be improved, and the taste of the tea water can be improved. In these embodiments, the mounting hole 54 is formed in the bottom wall of the filter cartridge 5, so that on one hand, one end of the mounting column 7 can be mounted on the bottom wall of the filter cartridge 5 through the mounting hole 54, on the other hand, the connecting pipe 4 can be communicated with the mounting column 7 through the mounting hole 54, and the mounting column 7 is a hollow column, so that the water dispersing head 6 can be mounted and simultaneously the water dispersing head 6 and the connecting pipe 4 can be communicated through the mounting column 7, so that water in the connecting pipe 4 can flow into the water dispersing head 6 along the mounting column 7, and then the water can be uniformly sprayed onto drink materials such as tea leaves, coffee powder and the like in the filter cartridge 5 through the water dispersing holes 64 of the water dispersing head 6, and thus tea spraying and other operations can be realized through the connecting pipe 4 and the water dispersing head.
Of course, the mounting post 7 may not be provided, and the end of the connecting pipe 4 away from the support plate 3 may be directly inserted into the filter cartridge 5 through the mounting hole 54 and connected to the water dispersing head 6.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 3, an external thread is provided on one end of the connecting pipe 4 capable of being inserted into the mounting column 7, an internal thread is provided in the mounting column 7, and the connecting pipe 4 and the mounting column 7 are connected by a matching thread of the external thread and the internal thread.
In these embodiments, an external thread may be provided at an end of the connection pipe 4 to be inserted into the mounting post 7, and an internal thread may be provided in the mounting post 7, so that the connection pipe 4 may be fixed in the mounting post 7 by screwing after the connection pipe 4 is inserted into the mounting post 7. In these embodiments, the heating power of the heating device is set between 150W and 1000W, and further, the heating power of the heating device can be reasonably limited between 300W and 600W, so that the amount of steam in the supporting plate 3 can be reasonably limited to ensure the speed of water during tea pouring, thereby not only preventing the water in the supporting plate 3 from boiling too much, but also ensuring that the water flowing out from the water spray holes 64 has a certain speed to ensure the effect of tea pouring and the like.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the container body 1 is provided with a handle 14. Wherein, the handle 14 can make the container body 1 move more conveniently, thereby being more beneficial to the operations of pouring tea, cleaning and the like.

the filter cartridge is installed on one end, far away from the supporting disc, of the connecting pipe and communicated with one end, far away from the supporting disc, of the connecting pipe, an opening is formed in one end, far away from the supporting disc, of the filter cartridge, and one end, close to the supporting disc, of the filter cartridge is closed;
wherein the orthographic projection area of the first accommodating cavity on the bottom wall of the container body is S1, the area of the inner bottom wall of the container body is S, and the value of S1/S is more than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 1;
the end of the connecting tube remote from the support plate is detachably attached to the filter cartridge, and after the filter cartridge is detached from the connecting tube, the support plate is detachably attached to the opening of the filter cartridge, and the end of the connecting tube remote from the support plate is detachably attached to the container body or the container cover.
