Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present application provides an insect-proof cover for an electric pressure cooker, the cover generally includes a stainless steel inner cover 1, a lining cover 2 and an outer cover, the lining cover 2 is located between the stainless steel inner cover 1 and the outer cover, wherein the stainless steel inner cover 1 is rotatably fastened to teeth on the cooker body, so that a cooking cavity between the cover and the cooker body is kept in a sealed state, thereby facilitating pressure cooking. The structure of the present application is focused on the liner cover 2, and for the sake of easy viewing, the outer cover is not shown, and it should be covered on the liner cover 2, the outer cover is of a conventional structure, and the description thereof is omitted.
In order to rotate the stainless steel inner cap 1, a rotary member 3 is mounted on the upper surface of the liner cap 2, a cylinder 4 is provided on the stainless steel inner cap 1, and the rotary member 3 is located at the center of the liner cap 2, connected to a handle 6, and has a connecting arm 30 extending outwardly therefrom. The column 4 is arranged at the edge of the pot cover, protrudes upwards from the upper surface of the lining cover 2, penetrates downwards through the lining cover 2 and is fixed on the stainless steel inner cover 1. The connecting arm 30 has a through hole 32 at its end for engaging the cylinder 4 and the rotary member 3.
The user rotates the handle 6 to drive the rotating member 3 to rotate, then the rotating member 3 drives the cylinder 4 to rotate via the connecting arm 30, and the cylinder 4 drives the inner stainless steel cover 1 to rotate, so that the inner stainless steel cover 1 is fastened or unfastened with the pot (not shown).
In order to ensure the reliable buckling or the releasing buckling of the stainless steel inner cover 1 and the pot body, the stainless steel inner cover 1 needs to rotate by a certain angle, and correspondingly, the movement of the cylinder 4 has a certain track. The through hole 20 of the lining cover 2 for the cylinder 4 to pass through is an arc-shaped section, and the cylinder 4 can freely slide in the through hole 20 when rotating. The through hole 20 has a certain length and width, a gap 10 is formed between the lining cover 2 and the stainless steel inner cover 1, and the through hole 20 penetrates through the lining cover 2 and is communicated with the gap 10. Without the obstruction, small cockroaches can easily enter the liner 2 through the gap 10 and the through hole 20, which is a safety hazard especially in the open state and is very unhygienic if the cockroaches die inside the liner.
In order to solve the problem, the gasket 5 for shielding the through hole 20 is provided at the lower side of the through hole 20, and as a simple change, the gasket 5 may be provided at the upper side of the through hole 20 without affecting the efficacy. Because of the shielding of the sealing gasket 5, small insects such as cockroaches can not enter the lining cover 2 from the through holes 20, so that the pot cover has the function of insect prevention. The structure and installation of the gasket 5 will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 7.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 in combination with fig. 5 to 8, fig. 3 is a sectional view of the pot lid shown in fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view of fig. 2. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the liner cover 2. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the gasket 5. Fig. 6 and 7 are plan views of the gasket 5.
The gasket 5 is curved in a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the aforementioned through-hole 20. The gasket 5 includes a main body 50, a rib 51 protruding upward from the middle of the main body 50, and a plurality of mounting posts 52 protruding upward from both sides of the main body 50. The protruding rib 51 is annularly surrounded to form a cavity 53, the mounting posts 52 are located outside the protruding rib 51, and each mounting post 52 is provided with a buckling part 58.
The cavity 53 is provided with a horizontal thin wall 54, the edge of the thin wall 54 is connected with the inner side wall of the convex rib 51, and the thin wall 54 is positioned in the middle of the cavity 53. The thickness of the thin wall 54 is less than half the thickness of the main body 50 for easier deformation. The thin wall 54 is provided with a through slit 55 in the middle, and the slit 55 is also arc-shaped and extends along the longitudinal direction of the gasket 5 for sliding the cylinder 4. The slit 55 is provided at both ends thereof with relief portions 56, respectively. The escape portion 56 is provided with a plurality of slits 57, and the slits 57 extend divergently in various directions with the ends of the slits 55 as the center of a circle, and divide the thin wall of a circular region into a plurality of segments. The width of the slit 55 is less than 1mm, preferably less than 0.5 mm.
Referring to fig. 4 with emphasis, the lining cover 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 22 (see fig. 5) at both sides of the through hole 20, and the packing 5 is mounted to the bottom wall of the lining cover 2 from below. The mounting post 52 is inserted into the mounting hole 22, and the retaining portion 57 passes through the mounting hole 22 and is engaged with the surface of the liner cover 2. The protruding rib 51 extends into the through hole 20 of the lining cover 2, and the outer side surface of the protruding rib 51 abuts against the inner side surface of the through hole 20. The thin wall 54 closes the through hole 20, and only the slit 55 and the slits 57 of the escape portions 56 at both ends are penetrated, but the slit 55 and the slits 57 are fine slits through which small insects such as cockroaches cannot pass. Therefore, the thin wall 54 can effectively prevent insects from entering the lining cover 2.
The cylinder 4 is fixed to the stainless steel inner cover 1 through the sealing gasket 5, the diameter of the cylinder 4 is larger than the width of the slit 55, and the escape parts 56 at the two ends provide a placing space for the cylinder 4. Because the sealing pad is made of silica gel and is made of soft elastic material, the thin wall 54 at the avoiding part 56 can deform and is arranged closely to the column body 4, so that the formation of a gap for insects to enter the lining cover 2 can be avoided. When the cylinder 4 rotates along with the rotating member 3, the cylinder 4 slides along the slit 55, and also because the thin wall 54 is soft, the thin wall 54 beside the slit 55 will deform and cling to the cylinder 4, so as to avoid forming a gap for insects to enter the lining cover 2.
This application pot cover is through setting up the sealed pad 5 that shelters from this through-hole 20, can avoid the polypide of cockroach and so on to get into the lining lid 2 from this through-hole 20 in, effectively play the function of protection against insects.
