Further, in the foregoing embodiment, the determining module 208 specifically includes: a judgment sub-module 2082, a first determination sub-module 2084, and a second determination sub-module 2086, as shown in FIG. 3.
The judgment sub-module 2082 is used for judging whether the initial operation PWM is greater than the target maximum operation PWM; the first determining sub-module 2084, configured to determine the target maximum operation PWM as the target operation PWM when the determining sub-module 2082 determines that the initial operation PWM is greater than the target maximum operation PWM; and a second determining sub-module 2086, configured to determine the initial operation PWM as the target operation PWM when the determining sub-module 2082 determines that the initial operation PWM is less than or equal to the target maximum operation PWM.

Further, in the above embodiment, the identifying module 204 specifically includes: an acquisition submodule 2042, a conversion submodule 2044 and a third determination submodule 2046, as shown in fig. 4.

In this embodiment, it can be understood that, when the cooking apparatus is operated, the cookers made of different materials placed on the heating device may have different switching states of the IGBT of the cooking apparatus corresponding to different output pulse signals, so that the type of the cooker placed on the heating device may be determined according to the output pulse signal corresponding to the switching state of the IGBT of the cooking apparatus, specifically, after the output pulse signal corresponding to the switching state of the IGBT is obtained, for convenience of determination, the output pulse signal is converted into a pulse frequency, and then the type of the cooker placed on the heating device is determined according to a magnitude relationship between a preset frequency threshold and the pulse frequency stored in the cooking apparatus.
For example, when the pulse frequency is greater than the preset frequency threshold, the type of the cooking device is determined as type a, and when the pulse frequency is less than or equal to the preset frequency threshold, the type of the cooking device is determined as type B.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the control device 20 of the cooking apparatus further includes: a decision block 212 and a second control block 214.
The determining module 212 is configured to determine whether a pot is placed on the heating device of the cooking apparatus before the identifying module 204 identifies the type of the pot placed on the heating device; the second control module 214 is used for controlling the heating device to stop working and controlling to send out a prompt signal when the judging module 212 judges that no pot is placed on the heating device; and the identification module 204 is specifically configured to identify the type of the pot placed on the heating device of the cooking apparatus when the determination module 212 determines that the pot is placed on the heating device.

Specifically, the cue signal includes an acousto-optic signal, a vibration signal, and the like.
The identification module 204, the determination module 208, the first control module 210, the judgment module 212, the second control module 214, the first determination sub-module 2084, the second determination sub-module 2086, and the third determination sub-module 2046 may be a CPU, an MCU, a single chip microcomputer, an embedded device, and the like that are integrated or compatible with the control device 20 of the cooking apparatus, wherein the judgment sub-module 2082 may be a comparator, the first obtaining module 202, the second obtaining module 206, and the obtaining sub-module 2042 may be a signal collector, an I/O communication interface, or an antenna, and the conversion sub-module 2044 may be a converter.
A method for controlling a cooking apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5.
It can be known that different pan types are placed on electromagnetic heating device, and different pans are different through sensing volume and resistance after the coupling, and the peak voltage and the peak current of the IGBT in the electromagnetic heating device are different under the same PMW condition, consequently need limit the biggest PWM of control heating device work to different pan types, consequently store the one-to-one correspondence of a plurality of pan types and a plurality of biggest PWM in cooking equipment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following process steps:
step S502, identifying the type of the pot placed on the heating device.

Step S504, the maximum PWM corresponding to the identified type of the cookware is obtained.

Step S506, reading the current PWM of the cooking apparatus.
Step S508, determining whether the current PWM of the cooking apparatus is greater than the maximum PWM corresponding to the identified type of the pot, if so, performing step S510, otherwise, performing step S512.
Step S510, when it is determined that the current PWM is greater than the maximum PWM, the maximum PWM is taken as the target PWM, and step S514 is further performed.
Step S512, when the current PWM is judged to be less than or equal to the maximum PWM, the current PWM is taken as the target PWM, and step S514 is executed.
And step S514, controlling the heating device to work according to the current PWM.
According to the control method of the cooking equipment, different maximum PWM is set according to different pot types, PWM of different pot types is limited, IGBT peak voltage and peak current are limited when the heating device is matched with different pot types, and the operation reliability of the cooking equipment is improved.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic block diagram of a control device of a cooking apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the control device 60 of the cooking apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a processor 602 and a memory 604, wherein the memory 604 stores a computer program operable on the processor 602, wherein the memory 604 and the processor 602 may be connected by a bus, and the processor 602 is configured to implement the steps of the control method of the cooking apparatus as described in the above embodiments when executing the computer program stored in the memory 604.
The steps in the method of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be sequentially adjusted, combined, and deleted according to actual needs.
The units in the control device of the cooking apparatus of the embodiment of the present disclosure can be combined, divided, and deleted according to actual needs.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps of the control method of a cooking apparatus as described in the above embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A control method of a cooking apparatus, characterized by comprising:
acquiring initial operation PWM of the cooking equipment;
identifying a type of pot placed on a heating device of the cooking apparatus;
acquiring a target maximum operation PWM corresponding to the type of the cookware in a plurality of prestored maximum operation PWMs;
determining a target operation PWM according to the target maximum operation PWM and the initial operation PWM;
controlling the heating device to work according to the target operation PWM;
the step of determining a target operation PWM according to the target maximum operation PWM and the initial operation PWM specifically includes:
judging whether the initial operation PWM is larger than the target maximum operation PWM or not;
if so, determining the target maximum operation PWM as the target operation PWM, otherwise, determining the initial operation PWM as the target operation PWM.
2. The method for controlling a cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the step of identifying the type of pot placed on the heating device of the cooking apparatus specifically comprises:
when the heating device works according to the initial operation PWM, acquiring an output pulse signal corresponding to the switching state of an IGBT of the cooking equipment;
converting the output pulse signal to a pulse frequency;
and determining the type of the cookware according to the size relation between the pulse frequency and a preset frequency threshold.
3. The method for controlling a cooking apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising, before the step of identifying the type of pot placed on the heating device of the cooking apparatus:
judging whether a cooker is placed on the heating device or not;
if so, controlling to identify the type of the cookware, otherwise, controlling the heating device to stop working and controlling to send out a prompt signal.
4. A control device of a cooking apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the initial operation PWM of the cooking equipment;
an identification module for identifying the type of a pot placed on a heating device of the cooking apparatus;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a target maximum operation PWM corresponding to the type of the cookware in a plurality of prestored maximum operation PWMs;
the determining module is used for determining target operation PWM according to the target maximum operation PWM and the initial operation PWM;
the first control module is used for controlling the heating device to work according to the target operation PWM;
the determining module specifically includes:
the judgment submodule is used for judging whether the initial operation PWM is larger than the target maximum operation PWM or not;
the first determining submodule is used for determining the target maximum operation PWM as the target operation PWM when the judging submodule judges that the initial operation PWM is larger than the target maximum operation PWM;
and the second determining submodule is used for determining the initial operation PWM as the target operation PWM when the judging submodule judges that the initial operation PWM is less than or equal to the target maximum operation PWM.
5. The control device of the cooking apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the identification module specifically comprises:
the acquisition submodule is used for acquiring an output pulse signal corresponding to the switching state of the IGBT of the cooking equipment when the heating device works according to the initial operation PWM;
a conversion submodule for converting the output pulse signal to a pulse frequency;
and the third determining submodule is used for determining the type of the cookware according to the size relation between the pulse frequency and a preset frequency threshold.
6. The control device of a cooking apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether a cooker is placed on the heating device of the cooking equipment or not before the identifying module identifies the type of the cooker placed on the heating device;
the second control module is used for controlling the heating device to stop working and sending out a prompt signal when the judging module judges that no cookware is placed on the heating device; and
the identification module is specifically configured to: the judging module judges that when the cookware is placed on the heating device, the type of the cookware placed on the heating device of the cooking equipment is identified.
7. A control device of a cooking apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor, wherein the processor is configured to implement the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 when executing the executable instructions stored in the memory.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
9. A cooking apparatus, characterized by comprising control means of the cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 4 to 7.
