Description

Showcase
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a showcase, and more particularly, to an improvement of a showcase installed in a store such as a convenience store or a supermarket.
Background
Conventionally, as a showcase installed in stores such as convenience stores and supermarkets, there is known a showcase having the following configuration: the housing includes a housing main body having openings on a front surface and a rear surface, and a storage chamber for storing a commodity is defined in the housing main body.
In the showcase as described above, the showcase is provided in the following form: the storage room faces an in-store through an opening on the front surface (hereinafter, also referred to as a front surface opening), and the storage room faces an in-store warehouse (storage room) through an opening on the rear surface (hereinafter, also referred to as a rear surface opening). The rear opening is opened and closed by a curtain, and is closed by the curtain in a normal state, so that a customer cannot visually see the inside of the warehouse in the shop.
In the showcase, a customer takes a commodity in the storage chamber through the front opening, and a worker such as a shop worker pulls the curtain to open the rear opening, thereby replenishing the storage chamber with the commodity in the warehouse inside the shop (for example, see patent document 1).
Documents of the prior art

Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 8-145533
However, in the showcase described above, since the rear surface opening is opened and closed by the curtain, there are the following problems.
Since the rear opening is opened and closed by the curtain and is closed by the curtain in a normal state, staff such as shop staff cannot visually recognize the inside of the storage room from the warehouse in the shop. Therefore, in order to check the remaining amount of commodities in the storage chamber, the curtain needs to be slid every time, and the operation of replenishing commodities becomes complicated. It is also conceivable that the rear surface opening is continuously opened during the operation of replenishment of commodities, but the inside of the warehouse in the store is exposed for a certain time, and thus it is not desirable in terms of sales service.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a showcase in which an operation of replenishing commodities can be simplified.
In order to achieve the above object, a showcase of the present invention includes: a housing main body having openings at a front surface and a rear surface; a storage chamber partitioned inside the case main body and storing commodities, the showcase being provided in a form of: the storage chamber is communicated with an in-store through an opening on the front surface, and the storage chamber is communicated with an in-store through an opening on the rear surface.
In addition to the showcase, the half mirror member of the present invention includes: a surface member having light transmittance and sealing the opening; and a half-reflecting mirror surface formed to cover the front surface of the face material.
The showcase of the present invention further includes an illumination device that illuminates the inside of the storage chamber with a built-in light source.
According to the present invention, the storage chamber communicates with the in-store through the opening on the front surface and communicates with the in-store through the opening on the rear surface, and the door body that opens and closes the opening on the rear surface is configured such that the opening is closed by the half mirror member. On the other hand, a worker in a warehouse in a shop can visually recognize the inside of the storage room by the light transmitted through the half mirror member. Therefore, even when a worker confirms the remaining amount of the product in the storage chamber, it is not necessary to open the opening in the rear surface. This makes it possible to open the opening on the rear surface only when replenishing the product, and thus the product replenishing operation can be performed efficiently and easily.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the showcase of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a sectional side view schematically showing a showcase according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a rear view showing the showcase shown in fig. 1. The showcase exemplified here is installed in a store 1 such as a convenience store, for example, and includes a case main body 10.
The casing body 10 is a heat-insulating casing having an opening (hereinafter, also referred to as a front-surface opening) 11 formed in a front surface thereof and an opening (hereinafter, also referred to as a rear-surface opening) 12 formed in a rear surface thereof, and is provided with a storage chamber 20, a ventilation path 30, and a rear-surface door (door body) 40.
The housing chamber 20 is defined inside the housing body 10 so as to face the front opening 11 and the rear opening 12. In the storage chamber 20, a plurality of commodity racks 21 are provided in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction. These commodity-placing shelves 21 are conventionally known members, and are configured by erecting shelf plates 24 on a pair of left and right bracket members 23, wherein the pair of bracket members 23 are attached so as to extend forward with respect to shelf supports 22, and the shelf supports 22 are erected on the rear side of the interior of the housing main body 10. The shelf plate 24 is formed in a substantially flat plate shape, and constitutes a mounting surface on the upper surface of which commodities are mounted.
The housing body 10 defining the storage chamber 20 is provided in the following form: the storage room 20 communicates with the in-store 2 of the store 1 via the front-face opening 10, and the storage room 20 communicates with the in-store warehouse (stock room) 3 of the store 1 via the rear-face opening 12.
Here, the in-store 2 is an area that the customer of the store 1 can enter, and is a place where the customer selects and purchases a product. The in-store warehouse 3 is an area that is separated from the in-store 2 and that can be entered by a staff in the store 1. The in-store warehouse 3 is sufficiently cooled in its internal atmosphere by an air conditioner not shown, and its illumination becomes darker than that of the in-store 2.
Further, an illumination device 25 is provided in the housing chamber 20. The illumination device 25 is attached to the front upper portion of the housing chamber 20 via an attachment member not shown. The illumination device 25 includes a light source 25a such as an LED, for example, and illuminates the light source 25a to illuminate the inside of the storage chamber 20.
The ventilation path 30 includes a lower ventilation path 31 and an upper ventilation path 32, wherein the lower ventilation path 31 is disposed below the storage chamber 20, and the upper ventilation path 32 is disposed above the storage chamber 20.
The lower ventilation path 31 communicates with the suction port 26 that opens toward the lower front portion of the storage chamber 20, and communicates with the in-store warehouse 3 via a lower rear end opening 31a formed in the rear end portion. A lower fan 33 is provided in the lower ventilation path 31. The lower fan 33 is driven to suck air into the lower ventilation path 31 through the suction port 26 and send out the air passing through the lower ventilation path 31 to the in-store warehouse 3.
The upper ventilation path 32 communicates with the air outlet 27 that opens toward the front upper portion of the storage chamber 20, and communicates with the in-store warehouse 3 via an upper rear end opening 32a formed in the rear end portion. The upper ventilation path 32 is provided with an upper fan 34 and an evaporator 35. The upper fan 34 is driven to introduce air of the in-store warehouse 3 into the upper ventilation path 32 through the upper rear end opening 32a, and to blow out the air passing through the upper ventilation path 32 from the air outlet 27 to the storage room 20.
The evaporator 35 is connected to a compressor, a condenser, and an expansion mechanism, not shown, via refrigerant lines to form a refrigeration cycle in which a refrigerant circulates. The compressor compresses a refrigerant, and the condenser condenses the refrigerant compressed in the compressor to dissipate heat. The expansion mechanism is a mechanism that adiabatically expands the refrigerant condensed in the condenser to a low-temperature low-pressure state. The evaporator 35 is a member that exchanges heat between the air passing through the upper ventilation path 32 and the refrigerant that has been brought into a low-temperature and low-pressure state by the expansion mechanism, and more specifically, is a member that cools the air passing through the upper ventilation path 32 by evaporating the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant. The refrigerant evaporated in the evaporator 35 is sucked into a compressor and circulated in a refrigerating cycle.
In such a showcase, the lower fan 33 and the upper fan 34 are driven to suck air inside the storage chamber 20 into the lower ventilation path 31 through the suction port 26, and the air passes through the in-store warehouse 3 and the upper ventilation path 32 in this order. Then, the air is cooled by the evaporator 35 in the middle of passing through the upper air passage 32 and is blown out from the blow-out port 27 to the storage chamber 20.
Accordingly, in the front region of the storage chamber 20 (the vicinity of the front surface opening 11), the air blown out from the air outlet 27 is sucked into the air inlet 26, thereby forming an air curtain. Further, the commodities placed on the commodity placement racks 21 are cooled by cooling the storage rooms 20 and the in-store warehouse 3 to desired temperatures. Further, although not explicitly shown in the drawing, the supplementary products stored in the in-store warehouse 3 are also cooled.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rear surface opening 12 is formed by a side frame 13 provided on the rear surface of the housing main body 10. The side frame body 13 is configured by frame-combining an upper frame 131, a lower frame 132, and a pair of right and left vertical frames 133 along the four sides, and forms a rectangular rear surface opening 12 surrounded by the frames.
The rear surface door 40 is provided in plural (two in the illustrated example). Each rear surface door 40 is configured by a flat half mirror member 42 closing a rectangular opening 414 of a housing 41, and the housing 41 is formed by combining an upper frame 411, a lower frame 412, and a pair of left and right vertical frames 413 along the four sides.
As shown in an enlarged view in fig. 5, the half mirror member 42 closes the opening 414, and includes a translucent surface material (hereinafter, also referred to as translucent surface material) 421 such as a transparent glass plate, and a half mirror surface 422, and the half mirror surface 422 is provided so as to cover the front surface of the translucent surface material 421 and is formed of a metal reflective film having a light transmittance of about 10 to 20%.
These rear surface doors 40 are so-called sliding doors that are formed in the side frame body 13 so as to be slidable in the left-right direction, with one side being a front side and the other side being a rear side. That is, when the left vertical frame 413 of the front rear door 40 abuts against the left vertical side frame 133 and the right vertical frame 413 of the rear door 40 abuts against the right vertical side frame 133, the rear door 40 closes the rear opening 12 in a state where they partially overlap each other. Then, by sliding one of the rear surface doors 40 from the state in which the rear surface opening 12 is closed as described above, the rear surface opening 12 can be opened. The rear surface door 40 closes the rear surface opening 12 in a normal state.
In the showcase having the above-described configuration, the storage chamber 20 communicates with the in-store 2 via the front opening 11, and communicates with the in-store warehouse 3 darker than the illumination of the in-store 2 via the rear opening 12, and the rear door 40 that opens and closes the rear opening 12 is configured such that the opening 414 is closed by the half mirror member 42, and therefore, the half mirror member 42 reflects the light of the storage chamber 20, and the half mirror member 42 functions as a mirror, whereby the customer can be inhibited from visually observing the in-store warehouse 3 when the rear door 40 closes the rear opening 12. On the other hand, a worker in the warehouse 3 in the store can visually recognize the inside of the storage room 20 by the light transmitted through the half mirror member 42.
Therefore, even when the worker confirms the remaining amount of the product in the storage chamber 20, the worker does not need to slide the back door 40 to open the back opening 12. Therefore, the rear surface opening 12 may be opened only when the commodity is replenished, and the commodity replenishing operation can be efficiently and simply performed.
According to the showcase described above, the half mirror member 42 is configured such that the half mirror surface 422 is provided so as to cover the front surface of the light-transmitting surface material 421 which closes the opening 414, and therefore, the half mirror surface 422 can be prevented from being damaged by a refill product or the like from the in-store warehouse 3.
According to the showcase, since the illumination device 25 for illuminating the inside of the storage chamber 20 is provided in the storage chamber 20, the difference in brightness between the storage chamber 20 and the in-store warehouse 3 can be made larger by the illumination of the illumination device 25, and the half mirror member 42 can function as a mirror more significantly.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
Although not described in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, support members 50 having a plurality of locking holes 51 formed therein are provided on both left and right side surfaces of the rack post 22 and on surfaces facing the side surfaces, and a supplement rack 52 for placing a supplement commodity is provided between the support members 50 facing each other.
Thus, when the replenishment operation of the commodity is performed, the replenishment commodity is temporarily placed on the replenishment rack 52, and then the commodity is replenished to each of the commodity placement racks 21, so that the space between the rear surface door 40 and the commodity placement rack 21 can be effectively used.
Although not described in the above embodiment, a holder may be provided at the rear end portion of each commodity-carrying rack 12, and the holder may attach a photograph of the commodity carried thereon or a card on which the kind of the commodity is described.
Thus, when a worker replenishes a product from the in-store warehouse 3, the product placed on the product placement rack 21 can be recognized from a photograph or the like attached to the holder, and the product replenishment operation can be simplified.
