Abstract

本发明提供一种猕猴桃除芽剂,该除芽剂由触杀型除草剂与杀菌剂组成,所述触杀型除草剂是浓度为200g/L的草铵膦水剂,杀菌剂是浓度为250g/L的醚菌酯悬浮剂。本发明还提供一种除芽剂的使用方法,将除芽剂混合形成药液,草铵膦水剂用量为4500‑7500mL/hm2,醚菌酯悬浮剂用量为900‑1350mL/hm2,将该药液使用背负式喷雾器对猕猴桃主干部分拟抹除的芽上进行定向喷雾,以药液欲滴为度。

一种猕猴桃除芽剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于植物除芽剂,具体来说属于一种猕猴桃除芽剂及其应用。
背景技术
猕猴桃果实富含维生素和多种氨基酸,甜酸适口、风味特异,被誉为“果中之王”。目前,中国的猕猴桃栽培面积和产量均居世界第1位,约占世界产量的50%,远远超过世界猕猴桃主产国意大利、土耳其、新西兰、智利等,已经成为我国陕西眉县和周至、河南西峡、江西奉新等县市带领农民脱贫致富的农业支柱产业,也成为江苏休闲观光采摘农业重要的组成部分。近一阶段,随着我国人们消费观念和消费需求的变化,猕猴桃产业将会得到更为迅猛的发展。
抹芽尤其是猕猴桃1~3年生树的主干抹芽,是猕猴桃生产管理必须采取的常规措施之一。目前,抹芽方法多以人工方式为主,这种方式抹芽容易导致猕猴桃抹芽处产生伤口,引起病菌侵入,尤其是不抗溃疡病的品种如红阳等,更容易导致枝干溃疡病的发生;也有使用化学方法除芽的报道,但未考虑残留在枝干上的芽会容易导致病菌的侵染而引起次生为害。
发明内容
本发明通过触杀型除草剂与杀菌剂混用,并对猕猴桃初萌发的芽眼进行喷雾,一方面可以起到除芽的效果,避免在芽眼处产生伤口,另一方面又可避免枯死的芽受到病菌侵染,减轻次生为害。
本发明提供一种猕猴桃除芽剂,该除芽剂由触杀型除草剂与杀菌剂组成。所述触杀型除草剂为草铵膦水剂,所述杀菌剂为醚菌酯悬浮剂。
本发明优选的草铵膦水剂浓度为200g/L草铵膦水剂,用量为4500-7500mL/hm2;醚菌酯悬浮剂浓度为250g/L,用量为900-1350mL/hm2
本发明更优选的草铵膦水剂浓度为200g/L草铵膦水剂,用量为6000mL/hm2;所述醚菌酯悬浮剂浓度为250g/L,用量为1245mL/hm2
本发明还提供一种除芽剂的使用方法,该方法为:将除芽剂按用量混合形成药液,将该药夜使用背负式喷雾器定向喷雾于猕猴桃主干部分拟抹除的芽上,以药液欲滴为度。
本发明优选的使用方法为:该方法喷雾时间为猕猴桃萌芽期至1~2叶初展开时。
本发明所述的除芽剂在猕猴桃灰霉病中的应用,避免未及时脱落的芽受到灰霉病等病菌的侵染。
有益效果:本发明通过触杀型除草剂与杀菌剂混用的方法对猕猴桃主干进行除芽,既能够有效除去主干无须保留的多余芽,减轻人工抹芽带来的伤口,又能有效避免单一使用化学除芽方法所带来的病菌侵染。
具体实施方式
实施例1:2017年3月,在红阳猕猴桃主干上的芽处于萌芽期时,采取200g/L草铵膦水剂6000mL/hm2、250g/L醚菌酯悬浮剂1245mL/hm2进行除芽试验,作为除草剂+杀菌剂组(即本发明方法);以喷清水为对照,作为对照组;只使用除草剂草铵膦水剂的作为除草剂组,调查主干上芽萌发情况及死亡未脱落芽灰霉病的发病情况。

由表1可见,除草剂、除草剂+杀菌剂对猕猴桃芽有很好的除芽效果,相对除芽率在93.33%以上,其中除草剂+杀菌剂对灰霉病有较好的防控效果,灰霉病发病率仅为6.51%;喷施清水的芽多数都能正常萌发,未见灰霉病的发生。经后续观察,喷施除草剂未影响猕猴桃植株的正常生长发育和坐果结实。

1.一种猕猴桃除芽剂的应用,其特征在于,所述除芽剂由触杀型除草剂与杀菌剂组成;所述触杀型除草剂为200 g/L草铵膦水剂,所述杀菌剂为250 g/L醚菌酯悬浮剂;
所述的除芽剂在猕猴桃除芽中的应用;
所述草铵膦水剂用量为4500-7500 mL/hm2;所述醚菌酯悬浮剂用量为900-1350 mL/hm2
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃除芽剂的应用,其特征在于,使用方法为:将除芽剂中的触杀型除草剂与杀菌剂混合形成药液,将该药液定向喷雾于猕猴桃拟抹除的芽上,以药液欲滴为度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种猕猴桃除芽剂的应用,其特征在于,喷雾时间为猕猴桃萌芽期至1~2叶初展开时。
