Referring to fig. 4, in accordance with the embodiment shown in fig. 2a, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 400 according to an embodiment of the present application, the electronic device 400 includes an application processor 410, a memory 420, a communication interface 430, and one or more programs 421, where the one or more programs 421 are stored in the memory 420 and are configured to be executed by the application processor 410, the electronic device establishes communication with the server, and the one or more programs 421 include instructions for performing the following steps: when a payment request for a first trade order is detected, the identity information of a first user is input; determining that the first user is a registered user according to the identity information of the first user, and determining that an account of the first user has payment capability for the first transaction order; generating an intelligent contract according to the first transaction order, and sending the intelligent contract to the server, wherein the intelligent contract is used for recording and confirming the first transaction order by the server and sending the intelligent contract after recording and confirming to the electronic equipment; receiving the intelligent contract after recording confirmation, and detecting the payment condition of the first transaction order within a first time period according to the intelligent contract after recording confirmation; and processing the account of the first user according to the payment condition.
It can be seen that the electronic device and the server depicted in the embodiment of the application establish communication so as to meet cashless payment behaviors of users under the condition that the users do not carry mobile devices and cash or the electric quantity of the mobile devices is exhausted, thereby not only ensuring benefits of merchants, but also improving convenience, safety and sustainability of transaction data payment.
In one possible example, in terms of the determining that the first user is a registered user from the identity information of the first user, and determining that the account of the first user has payment capabilities for the first transaction order, the instructions in the program are specifically for: the identity information of the first user is sent to the server, and is used for carrying out identity verification on the first user by the server, and an identity verification result is sent to the electronic equipment; receiving the identity verification result from the server, and determining that the first user is a registered user when the identity verification result is legal; establishing a confirmation request of the first transaction order and the account address of the first user, sending the confirmation request to the server, wherein the confirmation request is used for confirming that the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order according to the rest of transaction information of the first user by the server, and sending a confirmation result to the electronic equipment; and receiving the confirmation result from the server.
In one possible example, the first trade order includes a first amount of trade data to be paid; the confirmation request is used for executing the following steps: the electronic equipment traverses the rest transaction information of the user recorded in the server to obtain the balance of the user account; and if the first amount of transaction data to be paid is smaller than the balance of the user account, the transaction confirmation of the user payment request is successful.
In one possible example, the confirmation request is used to perform the steps of: the server traverses the rest transaction information of the first user to obtain the rest transaction data of the second quantity and the rest objects of the third quantity of the first user to be paid; and if the second number of remaining to-be-paid transaction data is smaller than a second preset threshold value and the third number of remaining to-be-paid objects is smaller than a third preset threshold value, the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order.
In one possible example, in terms of said processing the account of the first user according to the payment situation, the instructions in the program are specifically for: if the second time period of the account payment of the first user is smaller than the first time period, adding the account of the first user into a member list; and/or if the account of the first user does not pay the first trade order within the first time period, notifying the account of the first user to pay the first trade order within a third time period, wherein the third time period is greater than the first time period; and/or if the account of the first user does not pay the first transaction order within the third time period, adding the account of the first user to a blacklist.
The foregoing description of the embodiments of the present application has been presented primarily in terms of a method-side implementation. It will be appreciated that the electronic device, in order to achieve the above-described functions, includes corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules that perform the respective functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is implemented as hardware or computer software driven hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application can divide the functional units of the electronic device according to the method example, for example, each functional unit can be divided corresponding to each function, and two or more functions can be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the units is schematic, which is merely a logic function division, and other division manners may be implemented in actual practice.
Fig. 5 is a functional block diagram of a transaction data payment device 500 according to an embodiment of the present application. The transaction data payment device 500 is applied to an electronic apparatus comprising a processing unit 501 and a communication unit 502.
Wherein the processing unit 501 is configured to perform any step of the above method embodiments, and when performing data transmission such as sending, the communication unit 502 is optionally invoked to complete a corresponding operation. The following is a detailed description.
The processing unit 501 is specifically configured to: when a payment request for a first trade order is detected, the identity information of a first user is input; determining that the first user is a registered user according to the identity information of the first user, and determining that an account of the first user has payment capability for the first transaction order; generating an intelligent contract according to the first transaction order, and sending the intelligent contract to the server, wherein the intelligent contract is used for recording and confirming the first transaction order by the server and sending the intelligent contract after recording and confirming to the electronic equipment; receiving the intelligent contract after recording confirmation, and detecting the payment condition of the first transaction order within a first time period according to the intelligent contract after recording confirmation; and processing the account of the first user according to the payment condition.
It can be seen that the transaction data payment device depicted in the embodiment of the application is applied to electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment establishes communication with a server so as to meet cashless payment behaviors of users under the condition that the users do not carry mobile equipment and cash or the electric quantity of the mobile equipment is exhausted, thereby ensuring benefits of merchants and improving convenience, safety and sustainability of transaction data payment.
In one possible example, in terms of the determining that the first user is a registered user according to the identity information of the first user, and determining that the account of the first user has a payment capability for the first transaction order, the processing unit 501 is specifically configured to: the identity information of the first user is sent to the server, and is used for carrying out identity verification on the first user by the server, and an identity verification result is sent to the electronic equipment; receiving the identity verification result from the server, and determining that the first user is a registered user when the identity verification result is legal; establishing a confirmation request of the first transaction order and the account address of the first user, sending the confirmation request to the server, wherein the confirmation request is used for confirming that the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order according to the rest of transaction information of the first user by the server, and sending a confirmation result to the electronic equipment; and receiving the confirmation result from the server.
In one possible example, the first trade order includes a first amount of trade data to be paid; the confirmation request is used for executing the following steps: the server traverses the rest of transaction information of the first user to obtain account balance of the first user; if the first amount of transaction data to be paid is less than the account balance of the first user, the account of the first user has payment capabilities for the first transaction order.
In one possible example, the confirmation request is used to perform the steps of: the server traverses the rest transaction information of the first user to obtain the rest transaction data of the second quantity and the rest objects of the third quantity of the first user to be paid; and if the second number of remaining to-be-paid transaction data is smaller than a second preset threshold value and the third number of remaining to-be-paid objects is smaller than a third preset threshold value, the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order.
In one possible example, in terms of said processing of the account of the first user according to the payment situation, the processing unit 501 is specifically configured to: if the second time period of the account payment of the first user is smaller than the first time period, adding the account of the first user into a member list; and/or if the account of the first user does not pay the first trade order within the first time period, notifying the account of the first user to pay the first trade order within a third time period, wherein the third time period is greater than the first time period; and/or if the account of the first user does not pay the first transaction order within the third time period, adding the account of the first user to a blacklist.
The transaction data payment device 500 may further comprise a storage unit 503 for storing program codes and data of the electronic device. The processing unit 501 may be a processor, the communication unit 502 may be a touch display screen or a transceiver, and the storage unit 503 may be a memory.
The following divides the functional units of the server, and fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating the functional units of a transaction data payment device 600 according to an embodiment of the present application. The transaction data payment device 600 is applied to a server comprising a processing unit 601 and a communication unit 602.
The processing unit 601 is configured to perform any step of the foregoing method embodiments, and when performing data transmission such as sending, selectively call the communication unit 602 to complete a corresponding operation. The following is a detailed description.
The processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: receiving a smart contract from the electronic device, the smart contract generated by the electronic device by: when a payment request for a first trade order is detected, the identity information of a first user is input; determining that the first user is a registered user according to the identity information of the first user, and determining that an account of the first user has payment capability for the first transaction order; and generating an intelligent contract from the first trade order; recording and confirming the intelligent contract; sending the intelligent contract after recording confirmation to the electronic equipment, wherein the intelligent contract after recording confirmation is used for the electronic stylus to execute the following operations: detecting a payment of the first trade order during a first time period; and processing the account of the first user according to the payment condition.
It can be seen that the transaction data payment device depicted in the embodiment of the application is applied to a server, and the electronic equipment establishes communication with the server so as to meet cashless payment behaviors of users under the condition that the users do not carry mobile equipment and cash or the electric quantity of the mobile equipment is exhausted, thereby ensuring benefits of merchants and improving convenience, safety and sustainability of transaction data payment.
In one possible example, before said receiving the smart contract from the electronic device, the processing unit 601 further comprises means for: receiving identity information of the first user from the electronic device, the identity information of the first user being obtained by the electronic device performing the following operations: when a payment request for a first trade order is detected, the identity information of a first user is input; carrying out identity verification on the identity information of the first user, and sending an identity verification result to the electronic equipment; receiving the confirmation request from the electronic device, the confirmation request being established by the electronic device: receiving the identity verification result from the server, and determining that the first user is a registered user when the identity verification result is legal; establishing a confirmation request of the first transaction order and the account address of the first user; confirming that an account of a first user has payment capability for the first transaction order according to the rest of transaction information of the first user, and sending a confirmation result to the electronic equipment, wherein the confirmation result is used for the electronic equipment to execute the following operations: and generating an intelligent contract according to the first transaction order, and sending the intelligent contract to the server.
In one possible example, the first trade order includes a first amount of trade data to be paid; the confirmation request is used for executing the following steps: traversing the rest transaction information of the first user to obtain the account balance of the first user; and if the first quantity of transaction data to be paid is smaller than the account balance of the first user, obtaining a confirmation result that the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order.
In one possible example, the confirmation request is used to perform the steps of: traversing the rest transaction information of the first user to obtain a second number of rest transaction data to be paid of the first user and a third number of rest objects to be paid; and if the second number of remaining to-be-paid transaction data is smaller than a second preset threshold value and the third number of remaining to-be-paid objects is smaller than a third preset threshold value, obtaining a confirmation result that the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order.
The transaction data payment device 600 may further include a storage unit 603 for storing program codes and data of a server. The processing unit 601 may be a processor, the communication unit 602 may be a touch display screen or a transceiver, and the storage unit 603 may be a memory.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, and the computer program makes a computer execute part or all of the steps of any one of the above method embodiments, and the computer includes an electronic device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments above. The computer program product may be a software installation package, said computer comprising an electronic device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments are emphasized, and for parts of one embodiment that are not described in detail, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, such as the above-described division of units, merely a division of logic functions, and there may be additional manners of dividing in actual implementation, such as multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or units, or may be in electrical or other forms.
The units described above as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and components shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.

The integrated units described above, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as stand-alone products, may be stored in a computer readable memory. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in essence or a part contributing to the prior art or all or part of the technical solution in the form of a software product stored in a memory, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server or a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the above-mentioned method of the various embodiments of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A transaction data payment method, which is characterized by being applied to electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment establishes communication with a server; the server is a block chain server; the method comprises the following steps:
when a payment request for a first trade order is detected, the identity information of a first user is input;
Determining that the first user is a registered user according to the identity information of the first user, and determining that an account of the first user has payment capability for the first transaction order;
generating an intelligent contract according to the first transaction order, signing the intelligent contract through a signing algorithm by using an account address of a merchant and an account address of the first user, and sending the intelligent contract to the server, wherein the intelligent contract is used for recording and confirming the first transaction order by the server and sending the intelligent contract after recording and confirming to the electronic equipment; wherein the generating an intelligent contract from the first trade order comprises: setting an account address of the first user to pay for a time period of the first trade order trade; encrypting the first transaction order by using a preset encryption algorithm; compiling the time limit and the encrypted first transaction order through assembly language to generate the intelligent contract;
receiving the intelligent contract after recording confirmation, and detecting the payment condition of the first transaction order within a first time period according to the intelligent contract after recording confirmation;
And processing the account of the first user according to the payment condition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining that the first user is a registered user based on the identity information of the first user and determining that the account of the first user has payment capabilities for the first transaction order comprises:
the identity information of the first user is sent to the server, and is used for carrying out identity verification on the first user by the server, and an identity verification result is sent to the electronic equipment;
receiving the identity verification result from the server, and determining that the first user is a registered user when the identity verification result is legal;
establishing a confirmation request of the first transaction order and the account address of the first user, sending the confirmation request to the server, wherein the confirmation request is used for confirming that the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order according to the rest of transaction information of the first user by the server, and sending a confirmation result to the electronic equipment;
and receiving the confirmation result from the server.

The method of claim 2, wherein the first trade order includes a first amount of trade data to be paid; the confirmation request is used for executing the following steps: the server traverses the rest of transaction information of the first user to obtain account balance of the first user; and if the first quantity of transaction data to be paid is smaller than the account balance of the first user, obtaining a confirmation result that the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the confirmation request is for performing the steps of: the server traverses the rest transaction information of the first user to obtain the rest transaction data of the second quantity and the rest objects of the third quantity of the first user to be paid; and if the second number of remaining to-be-paid transaction data is smaller than a second preset threshold value and the third number of remaining to-be-paid objects is smaller than a third preset threshold value, obtaining a confirmation result that the account of the first user has the payment capability for the first transaction order.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the processing the account of the first user in accordance with the payment condition comprises:
If the second time period of the account payment of the first user is smaller than the first time period, adding the account of the first user into a member list;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
if the account of the first user does not pay the first trade order within the first time period, notifying the account of the first user to pay the first trade order within a third time period, wherein the third time period is greater than the first time period;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and if the account of the first user does not pay the first transaction order within the third time period, adding the account of the first user into a blacklist.
6. A transaction data payment method, which is characterized by being applied to a server, wherein an electronic device establishes communication with the server; the server is a block chain server; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a smart contract from the electronic device, the smart contract generated by the electronic device by: when a payment request for a first trade order is detected, the identity information of a first user is input; determining that the first user is a registered user according to the identity information of the first user, and determining that an account of the first user has payment capability for the first transaction order; and generating an intelligent contract from the first trade order, comprising: setting an account address of the first user to pay for a time period of the first trade order trade; encrypting the first transaction order by using a preset encryption algorithm; compiling the time limit and the encrypted first transaction order through assembly language to generate the intelligent contract; signing the intelligent contract by a signing algorithm through the account address of the merchant and the account address of the first user;
Recording and confirming the intelligent contract;
sending the intelligent contract after recording confirmation to the electronic equipment, wherein the intelligent contract after recording confirmation is used for the electronic equipment to execute the following operations: detecting a payment of the first trade order during a first time period; and processing the account of the first user according to the payment condition.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to the receiving the smart contract from the electronic device, the method further comprises:
receiving identity information of the first user from the electronic device, the identity information of the first user being obtained by the electronic device performing the following operations: when a payment request for a first trade order is detected, the identity information of a first user is input;
carrying out identity verification on the identity information of the first user, and sending an identity verification result to the electronic equipment;
receiving the confirmation request from the electronic device, the confirmation request being established by the electronic device: receiving the identity verification result from the server, and determining that the first user is a registered user when the identity verification result is legal; establishing a confirmation request of the first transaction order and the account address of the first user;
Confirming that an account of a first user has payment capability for the first transaction order according to the rest of transaction information of the first user, and sending a confirmation result to the electronic equipment, wherein the confirmation result is used for the electronic equipment to execute the following operations: and generating an intelligent contract according to the first transaction order, and sending the intelligent contract to the server.
8. A transaction data payment device, characterized by being applied to an electronic device, the electronic device establishing communication with a server; the server is a block chain server; the apparatus comprises a processing unit and a communication unit, wherein,
the processing unit is used for inputting the identity information of the first user when detecting the payment request for the first transaction order; and determining that the first user is a registered user according to the identity information of the first user, and determining that an account of the first user has payment capability for the first transaction order; the intelligent contract is used for carrying out record confirmation on the first transaction order by the server and sending the intelligent contract after record confirmation to the electronic equipment; wherein the generating an intelligent contract from the first trade order comprises: setting an account address of the first user to pay for a time period of the first trade order trade; encrypting the first transaction order by using a preset encryption algorithm; compiling the time limit and the encrypted first transaction order through assembly language to generate the intelligent contract; and the intelligent contract after recording confirmation is received through the communication unit, and the payment condition of the first transaction order is detected within a first time period according to the intelligent contract after recording confirmation; and processing an account of the first user according to the payment condition.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
