A table is one of the most common data processing methods, and is a two-dimensional matrix used for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data. Generally, a cell divided by rows and columns is a basic element constituting a table. Currently, forms are used only for information saving and presentation, such as saving and presenting small or large amounts of structured data, static data, etc. in web pages. However, in use, many situations need to compare data in tables, for example, for data in different columns in comparison tables, if the existing tables are adopted, the tables can only be opened through a plurality of windows to perform information comparison, and comparison cannot be completed quickly, so that the working efficiency is reduced, and errors are easily caused in comparison, and actual requirements cannot be met.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present disclosure provides a form adjusting method, where an area selection instruction is obtained on a form interface to be adjusted, a target area is determined according to the area selection instruction, and if a position adjustment instruction is received in the target area, where the position adjustment instruction includes a target position, the position of the target area is adjusted according to the target position, so as to adjust the position of an area in a form, so that the view and comparison of form data are clearer, the form interactivity is stronger, multi-window comparison data are reduced, the use efficiency of the form is improved, and the problems that the comparison cannot be completed faster by using an existing form, the work efficiency is reduced, and the comparison is prone to errors are solved.
The form adjusting method provided by the disclosure can be applied to a form adjusting system shown in the following description, namely, a terminal can acquire a region selection instruction on a form interface to be adjusted and determine a target region according to the region selection instruction; and if a position adjusting instruction is received in the target area, wherein the position adjusting instruction comprises a target position, adjusting the position of the target area according to the target position.
The form to be adjusted may be one or more forms that need to be adjusted, and may be determined according to actual conditions or may be specified by a user. The target area is a certain area of the table to be adjusted, for example, a certain column of cells or a plurality of consecutive columns of cells of the table to be adjusted. The middle terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet and the like.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present disclosure and how to solve the above technical problems in specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a table adjustment method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, where an execution main body in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be a terminal in the above embodiment, and may also be other execution main bodies, such as a processor, a server, and the like, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited herein. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101: and acquiring an area selection instruction on the table interface to be adjusted.
Here, the instruction for selecting the area to be obtained in the form interface to be adjusted may include: and acquiring an area selection instruction triggered by the user on the form interface to be adjusted, wherein the area selection instruction can comprise target area information, such as the position of a target area.
S102: and determining a target area according to the area selection instruction.
For example, taking a terminal as an execution subject, after the terminal obtains an area selection instruction on a form interface to be adjusted, the terminal determines a target area according to target area information in the area selection instruction.
Optionally, after the determining the target region according to the region selection instruction, the method further includes:
and displaying the area attribute of the target area on the table interface to be adjusted, wherein the area attribute is frozen or not.
The region attribute is frozen, and information displayed on the interface of the target region is represented to be not changed along with the scroll bar. The area attribute is not frozen, and the information displayed on the interface of the target area is changed along with the scroll bar.
Optionally, if an attribute adjustment instruction is received in the target area, where the attribute adjustment instruction includes a target attribute, adjusting the area attribute of the target area according to the target attribute.
Illustratively, the method may include:
detecting whether the target area is a forbidden attribute adjustment area;
if the target area is the prohibited attribute adjustment area, generating a prohibited attribute adjustment prompt;
and if the target area is not the prohibited attribute adjustment area, executing the step of adjusting the area attribute of the target area according to the target attribute.
The prohibited attribute adjustment area indicates that the attribute of the area is not allowed to be adjusted, specifically, which area attribute is allowed to be adjusted, and which area attribute is not allowed to be adjusted, and may be set according to actual conditions.
Here, the adjusting the region attribute of the target region according to the target attribute may include:
judging whether the target attribute is the same as the area attribute of the target area;
if the target attribute is the same as the area attribute of the target area, stopping operation, and further generating an area attribute repeated setting prompt, wherein the area attribute repeated setting prompt can carry the target attribute and the area attribute of the target area;
and if the target attribute is different from the area attribute of the target area, adjusting the area attribute of the target area according to the target attribute.
Optionally, the target area is a column of cells or consecutive columns of cells in the table to be adjusted.
Here, in the use process, the column frozen by default in the table is not necessarily the column that the user really wants to freeze, and the setting problem of the frozen column and the non-frozen column is solved by the above-mentioned region attribute adjustment.
In addition, after the adjusting the region attribute of the target region according to the target attribute, the method may further include:
and displaying the area attribute of the adjusted target area on the table interface to be adjusted, so that the table interface is convenient for related personnel to check and is suitable for practical application.
S103: and if a position adjusting instruction is received in the target area, wherein the position adjusting instruction comprises a target position, adjusting the position of the target area according to the target position.
Here, the target position is position information after the target area is adjusted. For example, the target area is a row of cells in the table to be adjusted, and the target position is the position information of the cell after the target area is adjusted.
The adjusting the position of the target area according to the target position may include:
and adjusting the position of the target area according to the position information after the target area is adjusted.
Optionally, the method further includes:
detecting whether the target area is a position adjustment forbidden area;
if the target area is the prohibited position adjustment area, generating a prohibited position adjustment prompt;
and if the target area is not the prohibited position adjustment area, executing the step of adjusting the position of the target area according to the target position.
The forbidden position adjustment area indicates that the position of the area is not allowed to be adjusted, and as described above, the specific areas whose positions are allowed to be adjusted and the specific areas whose positions are not allowed to be adjusted can be set according to actual conditions.
Alternatively, the position adjustment instruction may be generated by:
and acquiring a dragging instruction triggered by a user in the target area, and generating the position adjusting instruction according to the dragging instruction, wherein the dragging instruction comprises the target position.
Here, the adjustment of the area position is realized according to the position adjustment instruction, so that the interchangeability of the table is increased, and the method is suitable for practical application. Taking the target area as a column of cells or continuous columns of cells in the table to be adjusted as an example, when a user contrasts and views a list of a plurality of columns, it is difficult to visually compare the first columns and the last columns of data, and the problem is solved by adjusting the position of the area through the position adjusting instruction.
Optionally, if a boundary adjustment instruction is received on the boundary line of the target area, the boundary line of the target area is adjusted according to the boundary adjustment instruction.
Optionally, the boundary adjusting instruction includes boundary start position information and boundary end position information;
the adjusting the boundary line of the target area according to the boundary adjusting instruction includes:
determining a boundary line to be adjusted of the target area according to the boundary initial position information;
and adjusting the boundary line to be adjusted according to the boundary termination position information.
The adjustment of the size of the region is realized according to the boundary adjustment instruction, for example, the target region is a frozen region, and the size of the frozen region can be adjusted through the boundary adjustment instruction.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 takes the target area as an example of the first two columns of cells (Name and Phone number) in a table, where the table includes 7 columns of cells, that is: name, Phone number, Email, Employee ID, Createtime, State and Action, and the contents of each table column are shown in fig. 2. The first two columns of cells of the table are freezing areas (Frozen areas), and the boundary line of the target area is adjusted according to the boundary adjusting instruction, namely the number of the freezing columns of the table is drag-adjusted. The adjusted target area is shown in fig. 3, and the first three columns of cells (Name, Phone number and Email) are frozen areas.
Optionally, the method further includes:
detecting whether the target area is a forbidden boundary adjustment area;
if the target area is the forbidden boundary adjustment area, generating a forbidden boundary adjustment prompt;
and if the target area is not the forbidden boundary adjustment area, executing the step of adjusting the boundary line of the target area according to the boundary adjustment instruction.
The forbidden boundary adjustment area indicates that the boundary of the area is not allowed to be adjusted, and as described above, the specific boundary of which area is allowed to be adjusted and the specific boundary of which area is not allowed to be adjusted can be set according to actual conditions.
Optionally, the boundary adjustment instruction may be generated by:
and acquiring a dragging instruction triggered by a user on the boundary line of the target area, and generating the boundary adjusting instruction according to the dragging instruction.
Here, if the target area is a column or continuous columns of cells in the table to be adjusted, a cell column width adjustment instruction can be further obtained, and the column width of the corresponding cell is adjusted according to the instruction, so that the user-defined adjustment of the table column width is met.
As can be seen from the above description, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a region selection instruction is obtained on a table interface to be adjusted, a target region is determined according to the region selection instruction, and if a position adjustment instruction is received in the target region and includes a target position, the position of the target region is adjusted according to the target position, so that the position of a region in a table can be adjusted, the table data is checked and compared more clearly, the table interactivity is stronger, multi-window comparison data is reduced, the table use efficiency is improved, and the problems that the comparison cannot be completed faster by using an existing table, the work efficiency is reduced, and errors are easily caused in the comparison are solved.
