Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliance control, and particularly provides a safety control method and system for a household appliance. The invention aims to solve the problem of potential safety hazard in the existing method for remotely operating the washing machine. To this end, the safety control method of the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring an operation instruction of the household appliance; judging the safety level of the operation instruction; judging whether to generate prompt information according to the judged safety level; when the prompt information is generated, an operator enables the household appliance to execute the operation instruction according to the prompt information or enables the household appliance to maintain the current state; and when the prompt message is not generated, the household appliance directly executes the operation instruction. The user can register an account number on the website of the server 6 to manage the household appliances. After the mobile terminal 6 is provided with the remote client, registers an account and is associated and bound with the household appliance, the running state of the washing machine 1 can be checked in real time and the washing machine 1 can be remotely controlled.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that there are two communication ways between the washing machine 1 and the mobile terminal 6 based on the safety control system of the present invention.
In the first communication mode, when the mobile terminal 6 is not connected to the router 4, the mobile terminal 6 communicates with the WiFi module 3 through a path between the server 5 and the router 4. At this time, the online state of the washing machine 1 is remote online.
In the second communication mode, when the mobile terminal 6 is connected with the router 4, the mobile terminal 6 and the WiFi module 3 are in the same local area network, and the mobile terminal 6 and the WiFi module 3 communicate through the router 4. At this time, the online state of the washing machine 1 is local online.
As an alternative to the first communication mode and the second communication mode, a person skilled in the art may replace the WiFi module 3 with a bluetooth module as needed, so that the washing machine 1 and the mobile terminal 6 communicate through bluetooth signals. Or, the WiFi module 3 is replaced with a ZIGBEE module, so that the washing machine 1 and the mobile terminal 6 communicate through ZIGBEE signals. When the operation instruction is of a first safety level, generating prompt information; when the operation instruction is of a second safety level, no prompt message is generated; and selectively generating prompt information when the operation instruction is of a third safety level. The step of selectively generating the prompt information is specifically to selectively generate the prompt information according to the initial setting of the APP on the mobile terminal 6. That is, when the APP on the mobile terminal 6 is set to generate the prompt information, the prompt information is generated; when the APP on the mobile terminal 6 is set not to generate the prompt information, the prompt information is not generated.
