In the multi-blade lens cap device that this application provided, the lens cap inner and outer ring relatively fixed is with synchronous revolution, and rotatory scope receives the restriction of lens cap lantern ring 7, avoid turning to excessively, be equipped with telescopic locating part 2 on the lens cap lantern ring 7, when lens cap outer ring 1 rotates, make locating part 2 can slide in arc track 4, when sliding in the recess at arc track 4 both ends, will form the card and pause spacing, be used for avoiding rocking etc. reasons cause the rotation of lens cap outer ring 1. And, the lens cap lantern ring 7 is provided with an elastic part 3 for driving the limiting part 2 to pop out of the groove, so that when the lens cap outer ring 1 rotates reversely, the limiting part 2 can pop out of the groove, and the blocking locking of the limiting part 2 to the lens cap outer ring 1 is released. Because the limiting piece 2 is positioned in the groove and just corresponds to the outer ring 1 of the lens cap to rotate to the full-open state or the full-closed state of the blade, the limiting piece 2 can avoid the change of the state of the blade under abnormal operations such as shaking and the like.
It should be noted that, when the multi-blade lens cap apparatus provided by the present invention is used, a fixed lens cap collar 7 for limiting the rotation range of the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring is provided between the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring, so when the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring are located at two boundaries of the above rotation range, the corresponding blade is normally in a fully opened state and in a fully closed state, and when the multi-blade lens cap apparatus is in a fully opened state, the limiting member 2 is located in the groove at one end of the arc-shaped track 4, so that the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring are locked, so as to avoid the phenomena of partial closing of the blade mechanism and the lens cap being touched by mistake during the impact and focusing of the multi-blade lens cap.
It should be further noted that, if the lens cover needs to be closed to close the blades, first, the lens cover outer ring 1 needs to be rotated circumferentially to enable the lens cover inner ring to rotate synchronously with the lens cover outer ring 1, the elastic member 3 arranged on the lens cover lantern ring 7 and used for driving the limiting member 2 to pop out of the groove can be subject to extrusion force in the process, the elastic member 3 enables the limiting member 2 to pop out of the groove, and then the elastic member enters the arc-shaped rail 4, meanwhile, the lens cover inner ring can drive the blades to start to be changed to a closed state, when the limiting member 2 moves into the groove at the other end of the arc-shaped rail 4, the limiting member 2 is fixedly connected with the groove in a clamping manner, so that the position of the lens cover outer ring 1 is fixed, false rotation under impact is avoided; if the lens cover needs to be opened again, the lens cover outer ring 1 is rotated in the opposite direction in the circumferential direction, and the lens cover can be opened in the same way.
It should be noted that the arc length of the arc-shaped rail 4 described herein needs to be selected according to actual conditions and actual requirements during actual operation, but it is necessary to ensure that the two states, namely the fully opened state and the fully closed state of the blade of the multi-blade lens cap device, correspond to the two states when the limiting members 2 are located in the grooves at the two ends of the arc-shaped rail 4.
In addition, because the device provided by the invention is provided with the limiting piece 2 for locking the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring after the lens cover outer ring and the lens cover inner ring rotate, the phenomenon that the lens is damaged because the multi-blade lens cover is automatically opened under the influence of external force in the transportation process of the multi-blade lens cover can be avoided.
In summary, the multi-blade lens cap apparatus provided by the present invention can prevent the blade mechanism from partially closing and the lens cap from being erroneously touched during the impact and focusing process of the multi-blade lens cap, and can prevent the lens cap from being damaged after being opened by an external force during the transportation process.
In the multi-blade lens cap apparatus according to the first embodiment, the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring are fixedly connected by two symmetrical stop screws 5.
It should be noted that, the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring described herein are fixedly connected through two symmetrical stop screws 5, which means that the two stop screws 5 are symmetrically arranged in the circumferential direction with respect to the lens cap outer ring 1, or the lens cap inner ring, or the lens cap lantern ring 7, so that when the lens cap outer ring 1 is rotated in the circumferential direction, the lens cap inner ring fixedly connected thereto can be rotated synchronously, and the rotation of the lens cap inner ring can drive the blades to open and close. Moreover, the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring are fixedly connected by adopting two symmetrical stop screws 5, so that the fastening force between the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring is distributed in a balanced manner, and the phenomenon that the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring are abraded or dislocated and separated due to uneven stress in the rotating process can be avoided. Optionally, the number of the stop screws 5 may be 1.
In addition, it should be noted that the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring are fixed by the stop screw 5, so as to adopt a detachable connection mode to prolong the service life of the device, because the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring adopt a detachable connection mode, if the lens cover outer ring 1 or the lens cover inner ring is worn in the use process, the device can be detached in time, worn parts are replaced, and new parts and parts which can still be continuously used are reassembled, connected and matched for use, so that the service life of the device can be prolonged, and the operation cost can be reduced.
On the basis of the multi-blade lens cap device, specifically, the lens cap lantern ring 7 is symmetrically provided with a screw stop track 6 for allowing the screw stop 5 to move, and the arc length of the screw stop track 6 is equal to the arc length of the arc track 4.
It should be noted that the lens cover collar 7 is symmetrically provided with a screw stop track 6 for allowing the screw stop 5 to move, and the arc length of the screw stop track 6 is equal to the arc length of the arc track 4. The lens cap collar 7 is disposed between the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring and is fixed, and the lens cap collar 7 is mainly used for limiting the rotation range of the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring. Therefore, the screw-stop track 6 disposed on the lens cap collar 7 is also fixed, and the screw-stop 5 for fixing the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring rotates synchronously with the rotation of the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring, that is, the screw-stop 5 moves on the screw-stop track 6.
Therefore, when the stop screw 5 is located at one end of the stop screw track 6, the limiting member 2 can be located in a groove at one end of the arc-shaped track 4, the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring are locked by the clamping connection of the limiting member 2 and the groove, when the lens cover outer ring 1 starts to rotate, the lens cover inner ring fixedly connected with the lens cover outer ring through the stop screw 5 can synchronously rotate, the stop screw 5 can move in the stop screw track 6, the limiting member 2 can also be popped out of the groove by the elastic member 3 and then synchronously move in the arc-shaped track, when the lens cover outer ring 1 rotates to enable the stop screw 5 to be located at the other end of the stop screw track 6, the limiting member 2 can be located in a groove at the other end of the arc-shaped track 4 at the moment, and the lens cover outer ring.
In addition, when the stop screws 5 are located at the two ends of the stop screw track 6, the maximum range of the rotation of the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring is corresponding, that is, the fully opened state of the blades and the fully closed state of the blades are represented. And, when the limiting member 2 is located in the groove of the arc-shaped track 4, it corresponds to the fully opened state of the blade and the fully closed state of the blade respectively. Therefore, the arc length of the screw stop track 6 must be equal to the arc length of the arc track 4, so that the limiting part 2 can be located in the groove of the arc track 4 and respectively correspond to the fully opened state and the fully closed state of the blade.
It should be noted that the arc length of the screw stop track 6 described herein needs to be selected according to actual conditions and actual requirements during actual operation, but it is necessary to ensure that when the screw stop 5 is located at both ends of the screw stop track 6, the multi-blade lens cover device corresponds to the fully opened state and the fully closed state of the blades, respectively.
On the basis of the above-described multi-leaf lens cap device, specifically, when the stop screw 5 is rotated to abut against the end of the stop screw rail 6, the stopper 2 is located in the corresponding groove.
It should be noted that the lens cover collar 7 is disposed between the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring, and the lens cover collar 7 is fixed and mainly used for limiting the rotation range of the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring. The screw-stop track 6 disposed on the lens cap collar 7 is also fixed, but the screw-stop 5 for fixing the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring rotates synchronously with the rotation of the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring, that is, the screw-stop 5 moves on the screw-stop track 6. When the stop screws 5 move to the two ends of the stop screw track 6, at this time, the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring are at two critical rotation points of the rotation range, and the corresponding states are the fully opened state and the fully closed state of the blades.
It should be noted that, as can be seen from the above description, the arc length of the screw stop track 6 is equal to the arc length of the arc track 4, so that the limiting member 2 can be located in the groove of the arc track 4, and the blade is in a fully opened state and a fully closed state. Therefore, when the screw 5 rotates to the end part abutting against the screw track 6, the limiting part 2 is located in the corresponding groove, so that the limiting part 2 is clamped and fixed with the groove, and thus, the limiting part 2 can better ensure that the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring are locked when the blades are in a fully opened state and the blades are in a fully closed state. Finally, the phenomena that the part of the blade mechanism is closed and the lens cover is mistakenly touched by focusing and the like in the process of impacting and focusing of the multi-blade lens cover are effectively avoided.
In the multi-blade lens cap device according to the first embodiment, the position-limiting member 2 is a steel ball, and the groove is an arc groove matched with the steel ball in size.
It should be noted that the limiting member 2 is a steel ball, and the groove is an arc groove matched with the steel ball in size, because the limiting member 2 needs to move on the arc rail 4, the limiting member 2 is set as the steel ball, which is more beneficial to reducing friction and wear when moving, and the steel ball is matched with the arc groove to be clamped and lock the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring.
In addition, it should be noted that, the limiting member 2 is a steel ball, and the groove is an arc-shaped groove matched with the steel ball in size, which is more convenient for processing operation, and the like, thereby improving the feasibility and the popularization of the multi-blade lens cap device.
In the multi-blade lens cap device according to the first embodiment, the elastic member 3 is a spring, the spring is compressed between the lens cap collar 7 and the stopper 2, and both ends of the spring in the elastic direction are respectively connected to or abutted against the lens cap collar 7 and the stopper 2.
It should be noted that the elastic member 3 is a spring, a spring is compressed between the lens cap collar 7 and the limiting member 2, and two ends of the spring in the elastic direction are respectively connected or abutted to the lens cap collar 7 and the limiting member 2. Therefore, when the circumferential direction is taken place in step for lens cap outer ring 1 and lens cap inner ring, the spring that sets up on lens cap lantern ring 7 can not take place to rotate, consequently, at the circumferential direction of lens cap outer ring 1 and lens cap inner ring in-process, the spring can receive the extrusion force and take place deformation to store certain elastic potential energy, then, the spring can release elastic potential energy, becomes the kinetic energy that can drive the rotatory groove that pops out of locating part 2 with elastic potential energy. Just because of the matching between the limiting piece 2 and the spring, the limiting piece 2 can be separated from the groove, so that the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring can be unlocked, and the lens cover outer ring 1 and the lens cover inner ring can rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction, so as to realize the complete opening and the complete closing of the blades.
In addition, the elastic member 3 described herein may be provided as a spring, and the elastic member 3 may be selected according to actual conditions and actual requirements during actual operation. Moreover, the connection mode of the elastic piece, the lens cap lantern ring 7 and the limiting piece 2 in the elastic direction can be selected according to actual conditions and actual requirements in the actual application process.
On the basis of a multi-blade lens cap apparatus of any one of the above-described embodiments, in particular, the end of the arc-shaped rail 4 has a slope to facilitate the ejection of the stopper 2.
It should be noted that, the end of the arc-shaped track 4 described herein has a slope because the groove is disposed at both ends of the arc-shaped track 4, if the end of the arc-shaped track 4 has a slope, the limiting member 2 can fall into the groove and pop out of the groove under the action of the elastic member 3 more conveniently, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the limiting member 2 is jammed in the groove due to insufficient pop-out force exerted on the limiting member 2 by the elastic member 3. If the lens cap outer ring 1 and the lens cap inner ring rotate, the limiting member 2 is clamped in the groove and cannot enter the arc-shaped track 4 to move synchronously, the device is clamped and cannot rotate, and the device fails to be normally used. Therefore, the end of the arc-shaped track 4 has a slope so that the stopper 2 can be ejected to prevent the device from being out of service due to the above-mentioned failure.
In addition, it should be noted that the slope described herein needs to be determined according to the sizes of the limiting member 2 and the groove, and therefore, in the actual application process, the slope can be selected according to the actual situation and the actual need, but it must be ensured that the slope is matched with the sizes of the limiting member 2 and the groove, so as to facilitate the ejection of the limiting member 2.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. Any combination of all embodiments provided by the present invention is within the scope of the present invention, and will not be described herein.
The multi-blade lens cap apparatus provided by the present invention is described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
