Description

Light curtain detection device and electrochemical treatment equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly line detection, in particular to a light curtain detection device and electrochemical treatment equipment.
Background
In the production process of the production line, when the semi-finished products are transferred to the next process, the passing semi-finished products are generally counted or detected to find out whether there are any unfixed semi-finished products. The inspection process is mostly as follows: a sensor is arranged beside the production line and detects each passing semi-finished product, for example, the semi-finished product has a certain shape, then the sensor detects whether the semi-finished product passes or whether a position deviation exists for the semi-finished product, and when the position deviation exceeding a preset range is detected by the sensor, the sensor sends out a detection signal. Especially in the operating mode that needs carry out accurate location processing to semi-manufactured goods, just in case make mistakes in the locating position of semi-manufactured goods, just influence the effect of follow-up manufacturing procedure easily.
A sensor of a common detection device is a photoelectric switch, which is used as one of the sensors and is mainly used for identifying whether a semi-finished product to be processed passes through, but the photoelectric switch is easily influenced by the outside, for example, when liquid exists on the surface of the photoelectric switch, the liquid is easily refracted; however, once the housing is disposed on the surface of the optoelectronic switch, the accuracy of detecting the semi-finished product of the optoelectronic switch is affected.
To solve this problem, chinese patent No. CN106468901A discloses a dynamic light curtain shielding system and method, which uses a light curtain to detect whether a semi-finished product passes through, and when a product enters a protection area of the light curtain during a shielding mode, the system recognizes a highest interrupted light beam, which indicates the height of the product. The system then sets the mask height of the light curtain based on this highest interrupted beam. The beams above the set mask height are not masked and the beams up to the set mask height are still masked.
The device is mainly used for detecting the passing height of the semi-finished products and judging whether the semi-finished products with correct positions pass or not according to the height. This device is more suitable for the inspection of products transported on a conveyor belt, in the case of suspended semi-finished products, in which the devices for suspending the semi-finished products are generally kept at a constant height, and the system is able to recognize the highest interrupted light beam when passing through the light curtain, but is unable to recognize whether the suspended semi-finished product is suspended correctly.
