the antibacterial self-cleaning aluminum plate (3) comprises an aluminum plate; the surface of the aluminum plate is sequentially provided with a nano silver ion antibacterial layer and a nano photocatalyst self-cleaning layer from inside to outside.
2. The refrigerator storage box with the antibacterial self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein an L-shaped folded plate (33) fixed at the bottom end of the antibacterial self-cleaning aluminum plate (3) is clamped at the bottom end of one side of the storage box cover (2).

A manufacturing process of a refrigerator storage box with an antibacterial self-cleaning function is characterized by comprising the steps of manufacturing an antibacterial self-cleaning aluminum plate (3); the manufacturing of the antibacterial self-cleaning aluminum plate (3) comprises the preparation of a nano silver ion antibacterial layer and the preparation of a nano photocatalyst self-cleaning layer;
wherein, the preparation process of the nano silver ion antibacterial layer is as follows:
firstly, deoiling and decontaminating the aluminum plate, and cleaning and blow-drying by distilled water; then, taking the aluminum plate as a cathode and stainless steel as an anode, and carrying out electrochemical deposition in a solution containing silver nitrate to form a nano silver ion antibacterial layer;
wherein, the preparation process of the nano photocatalyst self-cleaning layer is as follows:
uniformly mixing the nano titanium dioxide composite photocatalytic material with water, a film-forming agent, a film-forming assistant and a stable dispersant, and then uniformly coating the mixture on the surface of the nano silver ion antibacterial layer to form a nano photocatalyst self-cleaning layer.
