as shown in fig. 9, when rainwater enters the spray pipe 26 through the rubber software, the rainwater enters the nozzle pipe 33, and is sprayed into the inner cavity of the spray pipe 26 from the end of the nozzle pipe 33, and then the driving motor 22 operates to drive the rotating shaft 27 at the end of the output shaft to rotate in the bearing 28, so as to rotate the first fan blade 30 and the second fan blade 31 on the rotating shaft 27, in this process, the rainwater sprayed from the nozzle pipe 33 impacts the second fan blade 31 rotating at a high speed, so as to sufficiently disperse and atomize the rainwater, and meanwhile, the airflow generated by the rotation of the first fan blade 30 blows the water vapor dispersed by the second fan blade 31 to one side of the end of the spray pipe 26, so as to be used in cooperation with the second fan blade 31, so as to greatly improve the effect of rainwater spray cooling, reduce the influence of spraying on pedestrians, and after the rainwater is sprayed, the servo motor is controlled to operate, so as to drive the wire collecting roller 23 to rotate reversely, so as to draw, the second connecting rod 24 is brought up to reset, so that the light emitted by the street lamp body 5 is prevented from being influenced by the obliquely arranged second connecting rod 24 and the street lamp body 5;
further, in the working process, in the actual use process, the worker actively starts the servo motor, the driving motor 22 and the pressure pump 19 every three days to spray the collected rainwater out of the spraying pipe 26, so that the problem of bacterial breeding caused by the fact that the rainwater is stored in the lamp holder pipe 2 for a long time is solved;
further, at intervals, the user can add disinfectant to the inside of the lamp holder tube 2 through the drainage tube 17 for cleaning and disinfection, and then discharge the disinfected liquid into a city sewer system from a drainage valve at the bottom of the lamp holder tube 2.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to the attached drawings 1-2 and 5-7 of the specification, a servo electric push rod 8 is used for pushing a push plate 9 to move downwards for a proper distance, a first connecting rod 10 pulls a pull rod 15 to move, a second supporting rod 12 is movably hinged on the outer wall of a lamp holder pipe 2, a sunshade adhesive tape 13 is spread, and a sunshade umbrella-shaped device is formed outside the lamp holder pipe 2 for shielding rain;
referring to the attached drawings 1, 3 and 5-7 of the specification, a servo electric push rod 8 is used for pushing a push plate 9 to move downwards for a proper distance, a first connecting rod 10 pulls a pull rod 15 to move, a second supporting rod 12 is movably hinged on the outer wall of a lamp holder pipe 2, a sunshade adhesive tape 13 is spread, a funnel-shaped device is formed outside the lamp holder pipe 2, and rainwater is collected.
Referring to the attached drawings 1-8 of the specification, the take-up roller 23 retracts the pull rope 35 to enable the second connecting rod 24 and the spray pipe 26 to be obliquely arranged, the pressure pump 19 works to transmit the rainwater stored in the lamp holder pipe 2 from the water conveying pipe 20 to the rubber hose 34 at the top of the lamp holder pipe 2, and the rainwater enters the spray pipe 26 through the rubber hose 34 and is sprayed out.
Referring to the attached fig. 9 of the specification, the end of the nozzle pipe 33 sprays rainwater to the inner cavity of the shower pipe 26, the second fan blade 31 rotates to scatter the rainwater, the airflow generated by the rotation of the first fan blade 30 blows the water vapor scattered by the second fan blade 31 to one side of the end of the shower pipe 26, and the water vapor is matched with the second fan blade 31 to atomize and spray the rainwater.

a plurality of second support rods (12) are arranged outside the lamp holder tube (2), the number of the second support rods (12) is the same as that of the first connecting rods (10), the end parts of the second support rods (12) are movably connected with the lamp holder tube (2) through hinge shafts, sun-shading adhesive tapes (13) cover the outside of the second support rods (12), second connecting buckles (14) are fixedly arranged on the outer walls of the second support rods (12), and pull rods (15) are connected between the first connecting buckles (11) and the second connecting buckles (14);
a sliding groove (16) is formed in the lamp holder tube (2), a drainage tube (17) penetrates through the outer wall of the lamp holder tube (2), an electromagnetic valve (18) is arranged on the drainage tube (17), a pressure pump (19) is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the lamp holder tube (2), and a water delivery pipe (20) is fixedly connected to the top of the pressure pump (19);
the outer wall of the lamp holder tube (2) is provided with a control panel (21), and the control panel (21) is further connected with a street lamp control box.
