本发明涉及一种LED线条灯,包括灯条主体,灯条主体的两端的底部设置走线部,灯条主体上位于走线部的内侧设置连接支架,灯条主体的两端设置端盖,所述的端盖的中间位置设置通孔,通孔上设置通气网,通气网向灯条主体内侧内凹布置;灯条主体的底部沿其长度方向依次排布设置有多个圆槽,圆槽内设置软磁垫片,所述的连接支架为U型卡,U型卡的底部的上边面上设置限位凸块,所述的限位凸块的上表面设置软磁块,所述的限位凸块的块径等于圆槽的槽径,U型卡的顶部向灯条主体的两侧延伸有连接片,连接片的上表面设置纹理。结构简单,保证LED线条灯的使用质量,且安装时十分方便。

技术领域
本发明属于灯具技术领域,涉及LED线条灯,具体涉及一种LED线条灯。
背景技术
LED线条灯的外形像一条柔软的长条带,柔软性很高,可以弯曲,便于收拾。LED线条灯的电源等功能组件都是安装在柔性灯条主体中的,电源通路也被彻底包覆,使用中不用担心水电造成为危险,因为绝缘性和防水性很好。其可单个或多个组合安装。适用于各种建筑物,室内外局部或轮廓照明。
LED线条灯由于其条状结构以及灯条主体柔软构造的特性,保证其使用质量成为设计要点,同时,实际布置LED线条灯时,由于其实际施工时所要求的长度较长(即根据现场要求需要多段灯条主体的不同弯曲程度的依次布置),如何保证实际这些个LED线条灯的便利安装(简便施工)成为重要的设计问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种LED线条灯,结构简单,保证LED线条灯的使用质量,且安装时十分方便。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种LED线条灯,包括灯条主体,灯条主体的两端的底部设置走线部,灯条主体上位于走线部的内侧设置连接支架,灯条主体的两端设置端盖,所述的端盖的中间位置设置通孔,通孔上设置通气网,通气网向灯条主体内侧内凹布置;
灯条主体的底部沿其长度方向依次排布设置有多个圆槽,圆槽内设置软磁垫片,所述的连接支架为U型卡,U型卡的底部的上边面上设置限位凸块,所述的限位凸块的上表面设置软磁块,所述的限位凸块的块径等于圆槽的槽径,U型卡的顶部向灯条主体的两侧延伸有连接片,连接片的上表面设置纹理。
进一步优选的,两个圆槽构成一组连接槽,一条灯条主体的底部设置至少四组连接槽。
优选的,所述的限位凸块为顶部设置软磁块的螺栓,螺栓的栓头置于U型卡的底部的下边面侧,圆槽的内槽壁上设置一圈螺纹。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明的LED线条灯采用位于灯条主体的两端的端盖上开设通孔,并在通孔上设置通气网,这样布置的通气网的好处是:其一、灯条主体通过通气网与外界空气联通,这样灯条主体内、外没有气压差,这样在布置LED线条灯时,不会出现灯条主体内外压力差主要是由灯条主体内外温度差异导致对灯条主体内部空间造成冲击,导致灯条主体冲裂;其二、灯条主体通过通气网的空气流通作用起到对LED线条灯的辅助散热作用;其三、设置的通气网避免杂质、飞虫进入灯条主体内。并在灯条主体的底部设置圆槽,这个圆槽设置在灯条主体的底部,即LED线条灯光源的背面,是一种巧妙的隐藏式构造,一个灯条主体上仅设有数个圆槽,圆槽内设置软磁垫片,连接灯条主体的连接支架通过限位凸块卡在圆槽内,且限位凸块的前端设置软磁块,由于连接支架为U型卡,这样U型卡卡在灯条主体上,U型卡的限位凸块由于软磁垫片的吸附作用吸附在圆槽内,这样在实际布置LED线条灯时,连接支架是稳稳的置于灯条主体上的,这样实际施工LED线条灯时直接根据所要求的长度(即所要求灯条主体的段数),施工人员依次沿所需的布置长度将连接支架的连接片连接在建筑钢架上即可。本发明安装时十分方便,避免了实际施工中连接支架的脱落造成的再施工或者返工问题。

具体实施方式
参照附图,一种LED线条灯,包括灯条主体10,灯条主体10的两端的底部设置走线部20,灯条主体10上位于走线部20的内侧设置连接支架30,灯条主体10的两端设置端盖11,所述的端盖11的中间位置设置通孔,通孔上设置通气网40,通气网40向灯条主体10内侧内凹布置;
灯条主体10的底部沿其长度方向依次排布设置有多个圆槽12,圆槽12内设置软磁垫片13,所述的连接支架30为U型卡,U型卡的底部的上边面上设置限位凸块33,所述的限位凸块33的上表面设置软磁块,所述的限位凸块33的块径等于圆槽12的槽径,U型卡的顶部向灯条主体10的两侧延伸有连接片31,连接片31的上表面设置纹理。
本发明的LED线条灯采用位于灯条主体10的两端的端盖11上开设通孔,并在通孔上设置通气网40,这样布置的通气网40的好处是:其一、灯条主体10通过通气网40与外界空气联通,这样灯条主体10内、外没有气压差,这样在布置LED线条灯时,不会出现灯条主体10内外压力差主要是由灯条主体10内外温度差异导致对灯条主体10内部空间造成冲击,导致灯条主体10冲裂;其二、灯条主体10通过通气网40的空气流通作用起到对LED线条灯的辅助散热作用;其三、设置的通气网40避免杂质、飞虫进入灯条主体10内。并在灯条主体10的底部设置圆槽12,这个圆槽12设置在灯条主体10的底部,即LED线条灯光源的背面,是一种巧妙的隐藏式构造,一个灯条主体10上仅设有数个圆槽12,圆槽12内设置软磁垫片13,连接灯条主体10的连接支架30通过限位凸块33卡在圆槽12内,且限位凸块33的前端设置软磁块,由于连接支架30为U型卡,这样U型卡卡在灯条主体10上,U型卡的限位凸块33由于软磁垫片13的吸附作用吸附在圆槽12内,这样在实际布置LED线条灯时,连接支架30是稳稳的置于灯条主体10上的,这样实际施工LED线条灯时直接根据所要求的长度(即所要求灯条主体10的段数),施工人员依次沿所需的布置长度将连接支架30的连接片31连接在建筑钢架上即可。本发明安装时十分方便,避免了实际施工中连接支架30的脱落造成的再施工或者返工问题。
进一步优选的,两个圆槽12构成一组连接槽,一条灯条主体10的底部设置至少四组连接槽。
优选的,所述的限位凸块33为顶部设置软磁块的螺栓,螺栓的栓头置于U型卡的底部的下边面侧,圆槽12的内槽壁上设置一圈螺纹。
限位凸块33设置呈前端带有软磁块的螺栓结构,只是一个优选方案,实际生产灯条主体10时并没有采用,申请人只是想通过的加设一个螺纹结构进一步加固灯条主体10上的连接支架30,这种构造对超大型LED线条灯由于连接支架30自重较大可能适用,但实际投入生产时考虑到加工成本,以及这个再加固需要现场施工师傅对一道施工,对于现有应用最广的中小型的LED线条灯并不适用。
Claims (3)
1.一种LED线条灯,包括灯条主体(10),灯条主体(10)的两端的底部设置走线部(20),灯条主体(10)上位于走线部(20)的内侧设置连接支架(30),其特征在于:灯条主体(10)的两端设置端盖(11),所述的端盖(11)的中间位置设置通孔,通孔上设置通气网(40),通气网(40)向灯条主体(10)内侧内凹布置;
灯条主体(10)的底部沿其长度方向依次排布设置有多个圆槽(12),圆槽(12)内设置软磁垫片(13),所述的连接支架(30)为U型卡,U型卡的底部的上边面上设置限位凸块(33),所述的限位凸块(33)的上表面设置软磁块,所述的限位凸块(33)的块径等于圆槽(12)的槽径,U型卡的顶部向灯条主体(10)的两侧延伸有连接片(31),连接片(31)的上表面设置纹理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线条灯,其特征在于:所述的限位凸块(33)为顶部设置软磁块的螺栓,螺栓的栓头置于U型卡的底部的下边面侧,圆槽(12)的内槽壁上设置一圈螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED线条灯,其特征在于:两个圆槽(12)构成一组连接槽,一条灯条主体(10)的底部设置至少四组连接槽。
