Abstract
The invention discloses a butterfly valve with a sealing protection structure, which comprises a butterfly valve body, a valve rod and a valve plate, wherein a soft sealing layer is arranged on the side edge of the valve plate, a protection seat is fixedly connected to the right end of the valve plate, the left side surface of the protection seat is of an arc structure, a strip-shaped elastic air bag is fixedly attached to the surface of the arc structure, a horizontal water inlet hole is formed in the right side surface of the protection seat, the water inlet hole is communicated with an obliquely arranged water outlet groove, the lower end of the water outlet groove is positioned at the bottom of the protection seat, and a transmission mechanism matched with the strip-shaped elastic air bag is further arranged inside the protection seat. The soft sealing layer at the side edge of the valve plate can be automatically attached and protected when the valve plate is opened, and the valve plate is prevented from being washed away by the front side of a fluid medium for a long time, so that the sealing effect of the valve plate and the soft sealing layer is protected, and the service life of the whole valve is greatly prolonged; and the forced shutdown caused by medium leakage can be reduced, thereby improving the production efficiency.

Background
Butterfly valves are valves frequently used in fluid medium conveying pipelines. When the existing butterfly valve is in an open state, the soft sealing layer on the side edge of the valve plate close to the fluid medium input end is continuously washed by the conveyed medium, and the soft sealing layer of the valve plate is damaged due to long-term front washing, so that the service life of the valve is shortened; and the medium leakage can be caused after the valve sealing is failed, and the potential safety hazard can cause the production to be forced to stop, thereby reducing the production efficiency.
To this end, we propose a butterfly valve with a seal protection structure.
Disclosure of Invention

Compared with the prior art, this butterfly valve with sealed protection architecture's advantage lies in: the transmission mechanism arranged in the protective seat is matched with the strip-shaped elastic air bag and the soft sealing layer on the side surface of the valve plate for use, and transmission is carried out by utilizing the conveying process of a fluid medium, so that the strip-shaped elastic air bag is automatically expanded after the valve plate is opened and is tightly attached to the soft sealing layer on the side edge of the valve plate, and the strip-shaped elastic air bag is prevented from being washed away by the front side of the fluid medium for a long time, thereby protecting the sealing effect of the valve plate and the soft sealing layer and greatly prolonging the; and the forced shutdown caused by medium leakage can be reduced, thereby improving the production efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a butterfly valve with a sealing protection structure comprises a butterfly valve body 1, a valve rod 2 and a valve plate 3, wherein a soft sealing layer 4 is arranged on the side edge of the valve plate 3, a protection seat 5 is fixedly connected to the right end of the valve plate 3, the left side surface of the protection seat 5 is of an arc structure, a strip-shaped elastic air bag 6 is fixedly attached to the surface of the arc structure, a horizontal water inlet hole 7 is formed in the right side surface of the protection seat 5, the water inlet hole 7 is communicated with an obliquely arranged water outlet groove 8, and the lower end of the water outlet groove 8 is located at the bottom of the protection seat 5;

When the invention is used, the flowing direction of the conveyed medium is shown in fig. 1, when the valve plate 1 is rotated and opened to the state shown in fig. 1, the flowing liquid medium enters the protective seat 5 through the water inlet 7 and flows out downwards through the water outlet groove 8, the impeller 10 can be driven to rotate continuously during the flowing process of the liquid medium, so as to drive the first rotating shaft 9 and the first bevel gear on the shaft to rotate, the first bevel gear can drive the second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear and the second rotating shaft 13 to rotate continuously, so that the second rotating shaft 13 can drive the coil 14 to rotate between the two magnets 15 to perform cutting magnetic induction line movement, according to the law of electromagnetic induction, induction current can be generated on the coil 14, the generated induction current is provided to the electric heating sheet 18 through the conducting wire by the conducting seat 16, the electric heating sheet 18 generates heat to evaporate the low boiling point evaporation liquid 19, the evaporated steam can push the piston slider 20 upwards, the piston sliding block 20 slides upwards to press air at the upper end of the cavity 17 into the strip-shaped elastic air bag 6, so that the strip-shaped elastic air bag 6 expands and is tightly attached to the soft sealing layer 4 on the side edge of the valve plate 3, the strip-shaped elastic air bag is prevented from being washed away by the front of a fluid medium, the sealing effect of the valve plate 3 and the soft sealing layer 4 is protected, the service life of the whole valve is prolonged, the condition of forced shutdown caused by medium leakage can be reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; after the valve plate 3 is rotated and closed, the fluid medium stops flowing, the impeller 10 does not rotate any more, the coil 14 does not rotate any more, so that the induced current disappears, the electric heating sheet 18 stops heating and then is cooled by steam and automatically liquefied, the piston slide block 20 slides downwards under the action of the reset force of the spring 21 to return to the original position, so that the gas in the strip-shaped elastic air bag 6 is pumped back, the strip-shaped elastic air bag 6 is restored to the initial state, and the process of opening the valve plate 3 next time cannot be influenced.
