Abstract
The invention discloses an engine rotating speed fixing device, which comprises an angle limiting block, an operating lever, an angle limiting groove and an operating lever base, wherein the angle limiting block is arranged on the operating lever base; the control rod base is fixed at any vertex angle of the pedal mounting plate positioned at the back side of the pedal, the top surface of the control rod base is provided with a through groove for mounting the control rod, and the control rod base and the through groove are movably connected through a pin shaft; the angle limiting groove is fixed on the side wall of the control rod, and a plurality of clamping grooves which are obliquely upwards arranged from the surface of the side wall are arranged on the angle limiting groove at intervals from top to bottom; the angle limiting block consists of a cylindrical body and a limiting piece fixed at the outer side end of the cylindrical body, so that the pedal can be fixed on different trampling angles by arranging the angle limiting block in different clamping grooves respectively; the engine speed fixing device can enable a driver to keep high engine speed operation according to the requirement in the operation process of the vehicle engine, and reduce the driving strength of the driver.

Background
At present, a tire crane driver generally needs to keep the high-speed operation of an engine for a long time in the operation process, and a crane landing leg operating lever is positioned outside a cab, so that the engine speed is required to be kept to provide landing leg telescopic power when the landing leg is regulated by the operating lever to be telescopic, and the operation driver needs to bear larger driving strength in the operation process. Therefore, it is necessary to design a rotation speed fixing device capable of being installed in a cab for a tire crane, so that a working driver can fix a vehicle speed to a certain speed value according to needs, and the purpose of convenient operation and effective reduction of driving strength is achieved.

the angle limiting groove is fixed on the side wall of the control rod, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the side wall adjacent to one side of the pedal at intervals from top to bottom, and each clamping groove is a through groove which is obliquely upwards formed from the surface of the side wall and is communicated with the outside in the radial direction;
the angle limiting block consists of a cylindrical body and a limiting piece, wherein the cylindrical body is adaptive to the clamping groove in size, the limiting piece is fixed at the outer side end of the cylindrical body, the inner side end of the cylindrical body is fixed on the side wall of the pedal, and the angle limiting block is arranged at a position corresponding to the angle limiting groove on the operating rod and located at the same side, so that the pedal can be fixed at different stepping angles by arranging the angle limiting block in different clamping grooves respectively.
Further, the plurality of clamping grooves formed in the angle limiting groove are formed in an inclined and upward mode from the side wall adjacent to one side of the pedal, and the included angle formed between the formed angle and the horizontal direction is 45 degrees.
Further, a limiting piece is vertically arranged at the opening of the angle limiting groove on the back side of the operating lever, so that the maximum opening and closing angle of the operating lever relative to the pedal mounting plate is 90 degrees.
Further, a rubber sleeve is arranged at the top end of the operating rod.
Compared with the prior art, the engine rotating speed fixing device can enable a driver to keep high engine rotating speed operation according to requirements in the operation process of the vehicle engine, and further can keep the engine at a fixed rotating speed when a crane supporting leg operating rod outside the driver cab is controlled to adjust supporting legs to stretch, so that stable supporting leg stretching power is provided, and the driving strength of the driver is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, the engine speed fixing device is directly mounted on an existing accelerator pedal (hereinafter referred to as pedal) and a pedal mounting plate for fixing the pedal in a vehicle cab, and comprises an angle limiting block 3, a lever 4, an angle limiting groove 5 and a lever base 6; wherein,
the control rod base 6 is fixed at any vertex angle of the pedal mounting plate positioned at the back side of the pedal 2 through bolts, a through groove with a size corresponding to the size of the control rod 4 is formed on the top surface of the control rod base along the long side direction of the pedal mounting plate, so that the bottom end of the control rod 4 is arranged in the through groove and the control rod 4 is movably connected on the pedal mounting plate through a pin shaft penetrating through the groove wall of the through groove and the bottom end of the control rod 4 along the radial direction; the rotation angle of the control lever 4 is limited by vertically arranging a limiting piece at the opening of the angle limiting groove 5 positioned on the back side of the control lever 4, so that the control lever is prevented from rotating in a nonsensical angle adjusting range; in addition, the rubber sleeve is arranged at the top end of the operating rod 4, so that the manual operation of a driver is facilitated.
The angle limiting groove 5 is fixed on the side wall of the control rod 4, three clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of one side of the pedal 2 at intervals from top to bottom, each clamping groove is obliquely upwards formed from the side wall of one side of the pedal, and the included angle formed by the forming angle and the horizontal direction is 45 degrees; each clamping groove is a through groove which is obliquely upwards formed from the surface of the side wall and is communicated with the outside in the radial direction, so that the angle limiting block 3 is conveniently clamped inside the clamping groove; the spacing between the notch of the adjacent clamping groove is 40mm.
The angle limiting block 3 is composed of a cylindrical body and a limiting piece, wherein the cylindrical body is adaptive to the size of the clamping groove, the limiting piece is fixed at the outer side end of the cylindrical body, the size of the limiting piece is larger than that of the clamping groove, the cylindrical body cannot deviate from the opening of the groove wall of the clamping groove, the inner side end of the cylindrical body is fixed on the side wall of the pedal 2, and the angle limiting piece is arranged at a corresponding position on the same side as the angle limiting groove 5 on the control rod 4, so that the pedal 2 can be respectively fixed on the pedal mounting plate at an included angle of 55 DEG, 40 DEG and 30 DEG through arranging the angle limiting block 3 in the three clamping grooves from top to bottom.
The working principle of the engine rotating speed fixing device for controlling the engine rotating speed is as follows: according to the mechanical connection relation between an automobile accelerator pedal and an engine, namely, the pedal 4 pulls an accelerator flexible shaft 2 through a connecting rod, the flexible shaft 2 is connected with the engine accelerator through an accelerator cable, the engine rotating speed can be controlled as long as the treading angle of the pedal is controlled, and the treading angle of the pedal 4 is specifically controlled, namely, the pedal 4 is arranged on a fixed treading angle by clamping an angle limiting block 3 on the pedal 4 in a corresponding clamping groove of an angle limiting groove 5 on an operating rod 5, and then the fixed flexible shaft 2 is pulled through the connecting rod to be kept at a specific stretching distance, so that the aim of controlling the engine rotating speed to be fixed is fulfilled.

1. An engine rotation speed fixing device is characterized by comprising an angle limiting block (3), an operating rod (4), an angle limiting groove (5) and an operating rod base (6); wherein,
the control rod base (6) is fixed at any vertex angle of the pedal mounting plate positioned at the back side of the pedal (2) through bolts, a through groove with a size matched with the size of the control rod (4) is formed in the top surface of the control rod base along the long side direction of the pedal mounting plate, the bottom end of the control rod (4) is arranged in the through groove, and the control rod (4) is movably connected to the pedal mounting plate through a pin roll which is radially arranged on the wall of the through groove and the bottom end of the control rod (4);
the angle limiting groove (5) is fixed on the side wall of the control rod (4), a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of one side of the pedal (2) at intervals from top to bottom, and each clamping groove is a through groove which is obliquely upwards formed from the surface of the side wall of one side of the pedal (2) and is communicated with the outside in the radial direction; the clamping grooves formed in the angle limiting groove (5) are formed obliquely upwards from the side wall adjacent to one side of the pedal, and the forming angle of the clamping grooves is 45 degrees with the horizontal direction; a limiting piece is vertically arranged and fixed at the opening of an angle limiting groove (5) positioned on the back side of the operating rod (4), so that the maximum opening and closing angle of the operating rod (4) relative to the pedal mounting plate is 90 degrees;
