Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a non-asphalt environment-friendly high-molecular damping hot melt adhesive, belonging to the technical field of hot melt adhesives.
Background
At present, waterproof products and silencing gaskets on the market are produced by adopting asphalt as a main component, and the environment protection consciousness is enhanced along with the improvement of the living standard of people, and whether raw materials of the products are harmful or not is emphasized more and more. The product with asphalt as the main component cannot meet the requirements of the existing 'emission performance test standard of automobile materials and parts' and the environmental protection requirements of European Union 'ROHS' on heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, plasticizers and the like because of containing toxic components. Therefore, the damping hot melt adhesive which takes polyolefin as the main component and is used by the technology can solve the environmental protection problem, simultaneously satisfies the existing production process, reduces the weight of the whole vehicle, has strong bonding force and no drop, and can directly replace asphalt products.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the non-asphalt environment-friendly high-molecular damping hot melt adhesive solves the problem that toxic asphalt materials are used for manufacturing automobile materials at present, so that harm is caused to human bodies and the environment.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the non-asphalt environment-friendly high-molecular damping hot melt adhesive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:
polyolefin: 30 to 45 percent;
tackifying resin: 10 to 25 percent;
paraffin oil: 0 to 10 percent;
filling: 30 to 45 percent;
antioxidant: 0.5 to 5 percent.
As a preferred example, the polyolefin employs one or more of dadmax 6202, dadmax 6502, VESTOPLAST 703.
As a preferable example, any one of Escorez 5300 and Eastotac C-100R is used as the tackifying resin.
As a preferable example, the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, graphite, kaolin, mica and talcum powder.
Instructions for preparation and use: the components are melted and stirred and mixed at a certain temperature to prepare a film with required size and thickness; the film is placed on the part, required to be adhered, of the automobile body, and is automatically hot-melted and attached after being subjected to high-temperature treatment along with the whole automobile, other treatment is not needed, and the use is convenient.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sheet hot-melt material mainly containing nontoxic polyolefin has good adhesion, excellent acid-base resistance, aging resistance and waterproof performance, can be used for vibration reduction, noise reduction and sound insulation of various automobile bodies, and is a preferred material for replacing the conventional toxic asphalt material.
Detailed Description
