The guard plate 41 and the reinforcing beam 42 are assembled and welded, the guard plate 41 and the connecting plate 45 are connected through bolts and nuts at the reinforcing beam 42, and an adjusting shim plate 46 is arranged between the guard plate 41 and the connecting plate. The lower part of the guard plate 41 is connected with a base 47 fixed on the underframe 10 through bolts and nuts to play a supporting role.
The protection plate 41 is folded into a convex structure, so that on one hand, the strength and rigidity of the protection plate 41 can be increased, and on the other hand, the connection distance between the protection plate 41 and the end enclosure 21, namely the length of the smaller support beam 43, can be reduced. This reduces the force of the shield 41 on the support beam 43 and thus reduces the stress level at the connection between the support beam 43 and the head 21.
The reinforcing beam 42 is welded to the protector plate 41 at a position corresponding to the support beam 43, and the reinforcing beam 42 can increase the overall strength and rigidity of the protector plate 41. Meanwhile, the guard plate 41 and the connecting plate 45 are connected through bolts and nuts at the reinforcing beam 42, and the strength of the joint is increased.
As shown in fig. 10, an adjusting shim plate 46 is installed between the guard plate 41 and the connecting plate 45, and the adjusting shim plate 46 is made of a non-metal material and can be used for size adjustment when the guard plate 41 and the supporting beam 43 are installed. Meanwhile, when the guard plate 41 is acted by an external force, the adjusting shim plate 46 can play a role in buffering, and the acting force of the guard plate 41 on the support beam 43 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 9, the lower portion of the protector plate 41 is connected to a base 47 fixed to the base frame 10 by bolts and nuts, and the base 47 is installed between the protector plate 41 and the head 21. On one hand, the vertical force of the guard plate 41 is supported; on the other hand, can bear the longitudinal force when the guard plate 41 is acted by the external force.
In addition, in the tank car, a coupler with an upper anti-dropping device and a lower anti-dropping device is further adopted. After the hook is hung, the upper and lower anti-dropping devices can prevent the coupler knuckle and the like from being broken, and the driving safety is ensured.
In the process of adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the tank body 22, the top cover of the acid inlet pipe 32 in the feeding and discharging device 30 is opened, at this time, the gas inlet ball valve 35 and the flange ball valve 36 are both in an open state, and the acid outlet pipe 34 is in a closed state. Then the filling level sensing device is communicated with the tank through an air inlet ball valve 35, and sulfuric acid is injected into the tank. When the liquid level sensing device senses that the liquid level in the tank body reaches the designated height, the loading system is controlled to stop working, and the loading is finished. In addition, the flange ball valve 36 is always in an open state in the running process of the tank car, namely the pressure in the tank is controlled to be kept within an allowable range through the safety valve 33, and the safety of the tank body and the vehicle is ensured.
In the process of discharging concentrated sulfuric acid out of the tank body 22, the air inlet pipe is connected with the air inlet ball valve 35, the external delivery pipe is connected with the acid outlet pipe 34, and the flange ball valve 36 and the acid inlet pipe 32 are in a closed state. The pressure air is injected into the tank body through the air inlet pipe and the air inlet ball valve 35. The pressurized air flows the concentrated sulfuric acid in the tank body 22 into the delivery pipe through the acid outlet pipe 34 above the liquid collecting pit 26 at the bottom of the tank body 22, and then the concentrated sulfuric acid is injected into the external storage tank. After the unloading is finished, the air inlet pipe and the external goods outlet pipe are detached, the top covers of the air inlet ball valve 35 and the acid outlet pipe 34 are closed, the flange ball valve 36 is opened, and the unloading is finished.
In addition, the feeding and discharging device 30 of the present application also satisfies the non-pressure acid pumping and discharging manner, i.e. the above-mentioned air inlet pipe is removed, and the air inlet ball valve 35 is opened, so that the inside of the tank body 22 is communicated with the outside atmosphere. And the external delivery pipe is connected with the acid pumping device, and the concentrated sulfuric acid in the tank body 22 is pumped out through the acid pumping device.
