As one preferable mode, there is adopted: 100 parts of polyester recycled material, 4 parts of SBS resin, 4 parts of barium sulfate, 5 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.1 part of UV absorbent, 0.1 part of toner, 30 parts of polycarbonate fiber, 45 parts of PVA fiber and 1.5 parts of white oil.
The polyester return material is one or more of poly (diallyl terephthalate), poly (ethylene terephthalate) and poly (butylene terephthalate), and the toner is ferric oxide pigment.
By the technical scheme, the added PVA fibers are beneficial to enhancing the strength of the material, inhibiting shrinkage cracks of the material before curing, adding the polyester carbon fibers, and being as thin as possible on the premise of ensuring the hardness and strength of the material, so that the thickness of the material is reduced, and the storage space is increased; the added barium sulfate and titanium dioxide can effectively improve the flow rate after melting and increase the tensile strength and the bending strength, wherein the addition of the titanium dioxide is also beneficial to color change, so that the toner is easier to color.

The polyester return material is polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate.
Compared with the second embodiment, the second embodiment has less PVA fibers and less polyester carbon fibers, and the formed material has higher hardness and lower strength than the second embodiment.
Example three: the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in that: the embodiment adopts the following steps: 100 parts of polyester recycled material, 3 parts of SBS resin, 6 parts of barium sulfate, 6 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.1 part of UV absorbent, 0.1 part of toner, 30 parts of polycarbonate fiber, 45 parts of PVA fiber and 0.5 part of white oil. The polyester return material is polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate.
In this example, tensile strength and flexural strength were superior to those of example III, and aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid as a chelating agent increased coloring effect.
