The supporting box mechanism comprises a front case 15 arranged on the front side of the gold stamping bottom roller 1 and a rear case 16 arranged on the rear side of the gold stamping bottom roller 1, the rear ends of the gold stamping bottom roller 1 and the gold stamping top roller 2 are rotatably erected on a front panel of the rear case 16, the gold stamping bottom roller 1 is rotatably arranged between the front case 15 and the rear case 16 through a bottom roller 10, the front end and the rear end of the bottom roller 10 are rotatably fixed in a bearing seat 11, the bearing seat 11 is fixed on the top surface of a bearing plate 12, and a driving motor 14 for driving the gold stamping bottom roller 1 and the gold stamping top roller 2 to rotate reversely is arranged in the rear case 16.
The distance adjusting mechanism comprises a plurality of lifters 13 fixed on the bottom surface of the bearing plate 12, sliding openings for the bottom rollers 10 to penetrate through are formed in opposite surfaces of the front case 15 and the rear case 16 respectively, the sliding openings are vertically formed, and therefore the bottom rollers 10 can slide up and down in the sliding openings under the driving of the lifters 13, and therefore the adjustment of the distance between the gold stamping bottom roller 1 and the gold stamping top roller 2 is achieved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly selecting gold stamping lugs 4 with different specifications according to hot stamping contents, inserting a plurality of gold stamping lugs 4 with the same specification into a gold stamping template slot 30 and fixing the gold stamping lugs, when in use, firstly winding a hot stamping coiled material 5 on a hot stamping material feeding coil 50, leading out a hot stamping coiled material 5 without hot stamping to bypass the bottom half circle of a gold stamping top cylinder 2 and to bypass the bottom half circle of the gold stamping coiled material on a hot stamping receiving coil 51 for fixing the tail end, keeping the hot stamping coiled material 5 in a tight state, rotating the hot stamping material feeding coil 50 and the hot stamping receiving coil 51, clamping paper holes on two sides of the hot stamping coiled material 5 into card paper teeth 34, enabling the hot stamping contents on the hot stamping coiled material 5 to be opposite to the positions of the gold stamping lugs 4, then winding a label coiled material 6 on a label feeding coil 60, keeping the label coiled material 6 in a tight state, leading out a label coiled material 6 without hot stamping to horizontally pass through a gap between a gold stamping bottom cylinder 1 and a gold stamping top cylinder 2 and winding coil 61 for fixing the tail end on the, the paper holes at two sides of the label coiled material 6 are clamped into the positioning latch 70 of the label conveying and positioning belt 7, the position of the label coiled material 6 needing hot stamping is opposite to the hot stamping content position of the hot stamping coiled material 5 on the hot stamping lug 4, then the distance between the hot stamping bottom roller 1 and the hot stamping top roller 2 is adjusted by a distance adjusting mechanism, the laminating degree of the hot stamping coiled material 5 and the label coiled material 6 is adjusted, the power supply of the heating plate 40 on the hot stamping lug 4 is conducted, the hot stamping lug 4 is arranged to preheat the hot stamping coiled material 5, the label conveying and positioning belt 7 is opened, the driving motors 14 of the hot stamping top roller 2 and the hot stamping bottom roller 1 are respectively opened, when the hot stamping bottom roller 1 rotates clockwise, the label conveying and positioning belt 7 rotates anticlockwise, the bottom roller 1 is mainly used for following, the label conveying and positioning belt 7 is mainly used for driving the label coiled material 6 to transversely convey the label coiled material, 2 anticlockwise rotations of gilt top cylinder, card paper tooth 34 on the gilt top cylinder 2 drives the thermoprint coiled material 5 and carries out anticlockwise transport thermoprint coiled material 5, thermoprint coiled material 5 and label coiled material 6 rethread gilt end cylinder 1 and gilt top cylinder 2 during minimum clearance department, gilt lug 4 that has the temperature on the gilt top cylinder 2 impress the holographic grating stripe impression of information layer on the thermoprint coiled material 5 on the label coiled material 6 surface, the PET substrate separation of thermoprint coiled material 5 and send into thermoprint receipts material book 51 winding collection, the label coiled material 6 of accomplishing the thermoprint sends into label receipts material book 61 collection, accomplish the printing process to holographic anti-counterfeiting pattern on the label.

Claims (8)

1. A printing method of a high-brightness holographic gold stamping anti-counterfeit label is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) firstly, selecting gold stamping lugs (4) with different specifications according to hot stamping contents, and inserting and fixing a plurality of gold stamping lugs (4) with the same specification in a gold stamping template slot (30);
2) winding the hot stamping coiled material (5) on a hot stamping material coil (50), leading out the hot stamping coiled material (5) without hot stamping to wind around the bottom half circle of the hot stamping top roller (2) and wind around the hot stamping material coil (51) to fix the tail end, keeping the hot stamping coiled material (5) in a tight state, rotating the hot stamping material coil (50) and the hot stamping material coil (51), clamping paper holes on two sides of the hot stamping coiled material (5) into the paper clamping teeth (34) and enabling hot stamping contents on the hot stamping coiled material (5) to be opposite to the hot stamping lugs (4);
3) winding the label coiled material (6) on a label feeding roll (60), keeping the label coiled material (6) in a tight state, leading out the label coiled material (6) which is not hot stamped to horizontally pass through a gap between a gold stamping bottom cylinder (1) and a gold stamping top cylinder (2) and wind around the label feeding roll (61) to fix the tail end, rotating the label feeding roll (60) and the label feeding roll (61), clamping paper holes on two sides of the label coiled material (6) into positioning clamp teeth (70) of a label conveying positioning belt (7), and enabling the position of the label coiled material (6) needing hot stamping to be opposite to the hot stamping content position of the hot stamping coiled material (5) on the gold stamping lug (4);
4) adjusting the distance between the distance-adjustable gold stamping bottom roller (1) and the distance-adjustable gold stamping top roller (2) through the distance-adjustable mechanism, and adjusting the laminating degree of the mutual pressing of the hot stamping coiled material (5) and the label coiled material (6);
5) conducting a power supply of a heating sheet (40) on the gold stamping lug (4), and preheating the gold stamping lug (5) by arranging the gold stamping lug (4);
6) opening a label conveying and positioning belt (7), respectively opening a driving motor (14) of a gold stamping top cylinder (2) and a gold stamping bottom cylinder (1), enabling the gold stamping bottom cylinder (1) to rotate clockwise, enabling the label conveying and positioning belt (7) to rotate anticlockwise, enabling the gold stamping top cylinder (2) to rotate anticlockwise, keeping the conveying speeds of a hot stamping coiled material (5) and a label coiled material (6) to be the same, enabling a hot stamping lug (4) with temperature on the gold stamping top cylinder (2) to stamp information layer holographic grating stripes on the hot stamping coiled material (5) on the surface of the label coiled material (6) when the hot stamping coiled material (5) and the label coiled material (6) pass through the minimum clearance between the gold stamping bottom cylinder (1) and the gold stamping top cylinder (2), enabling a PET (PET) material roll of the hot stamping coiled material (5) to be separated and sent to a hot stamping receiving material roll (51) to be wound and collected, and enabling the hot stamped label coiled material (6), and finishing the printing process of the holographic anti-counterfeiting pattern on the label.
2. The special equipment for the high-brightness holographic gold-stamping anti-counterfeit label according to claim 1, which comprises a gold-stamping bottom cylinder (1) and a gold-stamping top cylinder (2) which are hot-stamped, wherein the gold-stamping bottom cylinder (1) and the gold-stamping top cylinder (2) are arranged opposite to each other, a gap for passing a label coiled material (6) and a hot-stamping coiled material (5) is arranged between the gold-stamping bottom cylinder (1) and the gold-stamping top cylinder (2), the hot-stamping coiled material (5) bypasses the lower half circle outer cylinder wall of a bearing plate (12) through hot-stamping feeding rolls (50) and the hot-stamping coiled material (5) which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the gold-stamping top cylinder (2), the label coiled material (6) horizontally passes through the gap between the gold-stamping bottom cylinder (1) and the gold-stamping top cylinder (2) through label feeding rolls (60) and label receiving rolls (61) which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the, label coiled material (6) are located the downside of thermoprint coiled material (5), gilt end cylinder (1) and gilt top cylinder (2) are equipped with the roll adjustment mechanism who is used for adjusting gilt end cylinder (1) and gilt top cylinder (2) clearance through the vertical setting of supporting box mechanism in the supporting box, the surperficial interval of gilt top cylinder (2) is equipped with a plurality of detachable gilt lugs (4), gilt lug (4) with be equipped with the heating mechanism who is used for heating gilt lug (4) surface in gilt top cylinder (2), the lateral wall is equipped with the thermoprint card paper mechanism that is used for fixing a position thermoprint coiled material (5) around gilt top cylinder (2), both sides are equipped with the conveying card paper mechanism who is used for carrying out the horizontal transport location to label coiled material (6) around label coiled material (6).

The special device for the high-brightness holographic gold stamping anti-counterfeit label according to claim 2, wherein the surface of the cylinder main body (3) is provided with a plurality of gold stamping template grooves (30) in a circumferentially distributed manner according to the stamping interval of the label roll (6), the gold stamping lugs (4) are arranged in the gold stamping template grooves (30) in an clamped manner, the outer surfaces of the gold stamping lugs (4) protrude out of the outer side wall of the cylinder main body (3), the front and rear inner groove walls of the gold stamping lugs (4) and the gold stamping template grooves (30) are longitudinally provided with fixing holes (42) and groove holes (31), fixing bolts (35) are fixedly arranged in the fixing holes (42) and the groove holes (31) in a penetrating manner, and the gold stamping lugs (4) are integrally fixed in the gold stamping template grooves (30) through the fixing bolts (35).

The special equipment for the high-brightness holographic gold-stamping anti-counterfeit label according to claim 2, wherein the hot-stamping paper-blocking mechanism comprises a plurality of paper-blocking teeth (34) vertically fixed on the front and rear side walls of the gold-stamping top cylinder (2), and the paper-blocking teeth (34) are circumferentially distributed on the wall of the gold-stamping top cylinder (2) at equal intervals by taking the paper hole interval of the hot-stamping coiled material (5) as a standard.

The special device for the high-brightness holographic gold-stamping anti-counterfeit label according to claim 2, wherein the paper feeding and clamping mechanism comprises label feeding and positioning belts (7) respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the label roll (6), the feeding direction of the label feeding and positioning belts (7) is consistent with the feeding direction of the label roll (6), a long and narrow conveying belt is arranged on the label feeding and positioning belts (7), a plurality of positioning clamping teeth (70) are vertically fixed on the outer surface of the conveying belt, and the distance between the adjacent positioning clamping teeth (70) is equal to the distance between paper holes of the label roll (6).

The special equipment for the high-brightness holographic gold-stamping anti-counterfeit label according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the heating mechanism comprises a heating sheet (40) which is arranged inside the gold-stamping bump (4) and is close to the outer surface of the gold-stamping bump (4), a power plug (41) which protrudes outwards and is connected with the power end of the heating sheet (40) is arranged on the inner side wall of the gold-stamping bump (4), a power jack (32) which is plugged with the power plug (41) is arranged at the bottom of the gold-stamping template slot (30), and the power jack (32) is connected with an external power supply through a power line (33) which is arranged inside the cylinder main body (3).
