本发明涉及功能性面料技术领域,具体为一种保温抗菌服饰面料,其目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种保温抗菌服饰面料,该面料具有较好的保暖性能和防水性能,延长面料的使用寿命,同时可以提高抗菌效率,减少对人体健康的危害;其包括基层,其特征在于:所述基层的下表面连接有抗菌层,所述基层的上表面连接有防风防水透气层,所述基层与防风防水透气层之间设置有防辐射层;其有益效果在于:所述基层具有良好的保暖效果,所述抗菌层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成;所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,纳米银纤维可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,抗菌效果较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能性面料技术领域,具体为一种保温抗菌服饰面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高,并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面,而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展,在寒冷的天气里,保暖性好的衣物倍受青睐,但当遇到下雨天或湿度较大的天气时,这种保暖衣物因吸附水分而变得潮湿,不但起不到保持身体温暖的效果,反而会阴冷无比,使穿着者感到非常的不舒适。另外人们每天都会穿着衣服在各种场合学习、工作、生活,不自觉间就会接触到各种细菌,长期累积富集,会对人体的健康产生危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种保温抗菌服饰面料,该面料具有较好的保暖性能和防水性能,延长面料的使用寿命,同时可以提高抗菌效率,减少对人体健康的危害。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种保温抗菌服饰面料,包括基层,其特征在于:所述基层的下表面连接有抗菌层,所述基层的上表面连接有防风防水透气层,所述基层与防风防水透气层之间设置有防辐射层。
所述基层由面料制成,所述面料包括中间层、超细绒保温棉层和面层及里层,所述中间层为位于所述保暖面料中间位置的复合无纺布层,该复合无纺布层自上而下依次包括有纺粘无纺布层、PE防水层及纺粘无纺布层,所述超细绒保温棉层包括超细绒保温棉上层及超细绒保温棉下层,其分别设置于上述中间层的上下表面上,所述面层复合于上述超细绒保温棉上层的上表面,所述里层则复合于上述超细绒保温棉下层的下表面。
所述抗菌层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成。
所述防风防水透气层为防风防水透气膜,所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜,微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径100-500微米,所述防风防水透气层外还设置有保护层,所述保护层为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜。
所述防辐射层内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条。
本发明的有益效果在于:所述基层具有良好的保暖效果,所述抗菌层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成;所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,纳米银纤维可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,抗菌效果较好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种保温抗菌服饰面料,如图1所示,包括基层1,其特征在于:所述基层的下表面连接有抗菌层2,所述基层1的上表面连接有防风防水透气层3,所述基层1与防风防水透气层3之间设置有防辐射层4。
所述基层1由面料制成,所述面料包括中间层101、超细绒保温棉层和面层104及里层105,所述中间层101为位于所述保暖面料中间位置的复合无纺布层,该复合无纺布层自上而下依次包括有纺粘无纺布层、PE防水层及纺粘无纺布层,所述超细绒保温棉层包括超细绒保温棉上层102及超细绒保温棉下层103,其分别设置于上述中间层1的上下表面上,所述面层104复合于上述超细绒保温棉上层102的上表面,所述里层105则复合于上述超细绒保温棉下层103的下表面。
所述抗菌层2由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成。所述纳米银纤维可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,抗菌效果较好。
所述防风防水透气层3为防风防水透气膜,所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜,微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径100-500微米,所述防风防水透气层外还设置有保护层,所述保护层为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜。
所述防辐射层4内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条。

1.一种保温抗菌服饰面料,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层的下表面连接有抗菌层(2),所述基层(1)的上表面连接有防风防水透气层(3),所述基层(1)与防风防水透气层(3)之间设置有防辐射层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温抗菌服饰面料,其特征在于:所述基层(1)由面料制成,所述面料包括中间层(101)、超细绒保温棉层和面层(104)及里层(105),所述中间层(101)为位于所述保暖面料中间位置的复合无纺布层,该复合无纺布层自上而下依次包括有纺粘无纺布层、PE防水层及纺粘无纺布层,所述超细绒保温棉层包括超细绒保温棉上层(102)及超细绒保温棉下层(103),其分别设置于上述中间层(1)的上下表面上,所述面层(104)复合于上述超细绒保温棉上层(102)的上表面,所述里层(105)则复合于上述超细绒保温棉下层(103)的下表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温抗菌服饰面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(2)由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成,所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温抗菌服饰面料,其特征在于:所述防风防水透气层(3)为防风防水透气膜,所述防风防水透气膜为微孔聚氨酯膜,微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径100-500微米,所述防风防水透气层外还设置有保护层,所述保护层为聚偏氟乙烯喷涂膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温抗菌服饰面料,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(4)内埋设有多根纵横交错的防辐射条。
