A bottle blank heating lamp tube adjustable structure and a bottle blank heating mechanism are disclosed, before heating a bottle blank, the heating lamp tube can rotate relative to an adjusting rod along with a lamp tube clamp to realize angle adjustment, meanwhile, the adjusting rod is fastened with a guide rod through a fastening piece through a strip-shaped through hole to realize adjustment of front and back distances, the distance and the angle of each heating lamp tube in the bottle blank heating mechanism relative to the bottle blank can be adjusted firstly according to the shape of the bottle blank, and the heating lamp tubes respectively correspond to different parts of the neck, the middle part and the bottom of the bottle blank to heat, so that the different positions of the bottle blank can be heated uniformly, the phenomenon of material accumulation at the neck and the bottom of the bottle in the later bottle blowing process can be ensured, and the quality of the bottle after blow molding can; because the angle and the distance of the heating lamp tube relative to the bottle blanks are adjustable, the bottle blank heating mechanism can be suitable for more bottle blanks of different types, the multiple purposes of one machine are realized, and the production cost is greatly reduced.

Technical Field

Background
The bottle preform needs to be heated by a bottle preform heating mechanism before entering the bottle blowing machine so as to ensure the quality of the blown bottle. The invention aims to provide a bottle blank heating lamp tube adjustable structure and a bottle blank heating mechanism which can simultaneously adjust the distance and the angle of a heating lamp tube relative to a bottle blank.
The adjustable structure of the bottle blank heating lamp tube comprises the heating lamp tube, two ends of the heating lamp tube are respectively connected with a lamp tube clamp, the lamp tube clamp at each end is rotatably connected with an adjusting rod at the corresponding end, one end of each adjusting rod, which is far away from the heating lamp tube, is provided with a strip-shaped through hole, and a fastener penetrates through the strip-shaped through hole to fasten the adjusting rod on the corresponding guide rod.
The bottle blank heating mechanism comprises a plurality of bottle blank heating lamp tube adjustable structures and a mounting frame, wherein the bottle blank heating lamp tube adjustable structures are arranged at intervals from top to bottom and are connected to the mounting frame through guide rods.
