Detailed Description
In order to better illustrate the invention, the invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for controlling a display duration of a screen content of a welding machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling the display duration of the screen content of the welding machine includes the following steps: after the current welding information is displayed on the welder screen,
s1: whether an approaching object exists within a preset distance range is detected.
S2: if not, adjusting the time interval of the pre-screen cleaning state of the welding machine from the first time length to the second time length, and controlling the current welding information to display the second time length, wherein the first time length is smaller than the second time length.
S3: and if so, controlling the current welding information to display a first time length.
The control method and device for the content display duration of the screen of the welding machine, the welding machine and the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention can automatically adjust the display duration of the current welding information on the screen of the welding machine according to the distance between a welder and the welding machine, control the long-time display when the welder is far away from the welding machine, and control the short-time display when the welder is near, thereby effectively solving the problems that in the prior art, when welding is carried out at a long distance, the welder returns to the welding machine to watch the welding information, the welding information is disappeared, and the welder needs to carry out a series of operations on the welding machine, so that the welding machine is more humanized, and the overall operation and use experience of the welding machine are greatly improved.
The following describes in detail the steps of the method for controlling the display duration of the screen content of the welding machine according to the embodiment of the present invention: after the current welding information is displayed on the welder screen,
step S1: whether an approaching object exists within a preset distance range is detected.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, after a welder switches to a corresponding welding parameter storage channel or sets a corresponding welding parameter through adjustment, the current welding information of the welder starts to be displayed on a screen of the welder; after entering the welding state, the welding machine screen displays the welding parameter information corresponding to the welding stage, namely the current welding information, along with the welding entering different processes.
The welding machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is preset with a preset distance range, and when an approaching object approaches and is within the preset distance range, the welding machine can automatically detect, identify and judge. In embodiments of the invention, the proximity object is preferably a welder or other person passing by the welder.
As shown in fig. 2, before detecting whether there is an approaching object within a preset distance range, the method further includes the following steps:
s101: whether a welding gun switch signal is received or not is detected, and if yes, step S102 is executed.
S102: entering a pre-screen-clearing state; the preset time interval of the pre-screen clearing state is a first duration.
Specifically, in some embodiments, when the welder performs normal welding, the welder screen always displays current welding information, and when the welder finishes welding or suspends welding, the welder screen starts to enter a pre-screen-clearing state, which is preset with a preset time interval of a first duration in an embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the welding machine is welding or not is judged by detecting the switch signal of the welding gun switch. Specifically, when a welding gun closing signal is detected, the welding machine is judged to be welding; and when a turn-off signal of the welding gun is detected, judging that the welding machine finishes welding or suspends welding, further entering a pre-screen cleaning state, and starting countdown. Further, after detecting a shutdown signal of the welding gun, the method further comprises the following steps: further detecting whether a closing signal of the welding gun is received within preset judging time, and if so, judging that the welding machine is welding; if not, the welding machine is judged to finish welding or suspend welding.
Wherein, the first time length can be adjusted according to the needs of users.
The current welding information includes one or more of a welding output voltage, an output current, and a wire feed speed.
Step S2: if not, adjusting the time interval of the pre-screen cleaning state of the welding machine from the first time length to the second time length, and controlling the current welding information to display the second time length, wherein the first time length is smaller than the second time length.
Specifically, if no approaching object is detected within a preset distance range, the current welding is judged to be remote welding, the time interval of the pre-screen cleaning state of the welding machine is automatically adjusted from a first time length to a second time length, and the current welding information is controlled to display the second time length. And because the second time length is longer than the first time length, when the welder returns to the welding machine, the current welding information is also displayed on the screen. Specifically, the second time length can be set according to an actual welding environment and a field, the second time length is defined as T, the distance from the welding workpiece to the power position of the welder is S, and the daily average walking speed V between the welding workpiece and the power position of the welder is T + S/V, where T is a reserved time.
Step S3: and if so, controlling the current welding information to display a first time length.
Specifically, if an approaching object is detected within a preset distance range, the current welding is determined to be close-range welding, and the current welding information is controlled to be displayed for a first time length.
It should be noted that steps S2 and S3 in the embodiment of the present invention do not represent a limitation to the sequence of the method flow, and in practical applications, steps S2 and S3 are selectively executed, that is, when step S2 occurs, step S3 is not performed, and vice versa.
In some preferred embodiments, the present invention further comprises:
step S4: detecting whether a switch signal of a welding gun switch exists in a first time length/a second time length displayed by the current welding information; and if so, removing the pre-screen cleaning state and switching the welding machine to a welding state.
Specifically, when the welding machine enters a pre-screen-cleaning state, starts timing of a first time length or a second time length and does not reach the first time length/the second time length, if a switch signal of a welding gun switch, specifically a closing signal of the welding gun switch, is detected, the pre-screen-cleaning state is removed, and the welding machine is switched to a welding state.
Step S5: and after the current welding information displays the first time length/the second time length, controlling the welding machine to be switched to other states from the welding state, and enabling the current welding information to disappear.
Specifically, after the timing reaches the first time length/the second time length, the welding machine is switched to other states from the welding state, and the current welding information of the welding machine also disappears.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further discloses a device for controlling the display duration of the screen content of the welding machine, as shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic frame diagram of the device for rapidly inputting the welding parameter value according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the device 1 includes:
