Background
A coiler is an important equipment in a rolling mill, which is installed in front of and behind a single stand reversible cold strip mill after being disposed at a finishing stand on a hot strip continuous mill, a cold strip continuous mill and a wire rod mill, for coiling a hot rolled or cold rolled steel into a roll shape. The reel drum is an important part of the reel-up, while the jaw sector plates are important parts of the reel drum. The blocking technology of the jaw sector plate oil hole is a very key assembly point, and influences whether the coiling machine can be normally used or not.
In a coiling machine in the prior art, a blocking welding mode is generally adopted for blocking a high-pressure oil hole of a jaw sector plate in a coiling drum, and the mode is easy to generate cracks, so that the oil way is leaked and decompressed, and the problem that the sector plate is broken and scrapped is easily caused.
Therefore, a new method for plugging the high-pressure oil hole of the jaw sector plate needs to be developed, so that the technical problem can be solved better and thoroughly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for plugging a high-pressure oil hole of a jaw sector plate of a coiling machine, which solves the problems that in the prior art, the high-pressure oil hole of the jaw sector plate in a coiling drum is easily cracked, the oil way is easily leaked and decompressed, and the sector plate is easily broken and scrapped due to the adoption of a plug welding mode.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that a method for plugging a high-pressure oil hole of a jaw sector plate of a coiling machine adopts a sealing plug, and is implemented according to the following steps:
step 1, respectively processing a pre-mounting hole at an external opening of each high-pressure oil hole of a jaw sector plate;
step 2, cleaning foreign matters in each high-pressure oil hole;

firstly, placing a sleeve of each sealing plug into a corresponding pre-installation hole, ensuring that the upper edge of the sleeve is not higher than the surface profile of a high-pressure oil hole of a jaw sector plate, and keeping the convex state of a steel ball half-loaded sleeve; and then the drill rod is arranged to strike the steel ball to move downwards until the steel ball enters the middle part of the sleeve, and the top end of the steel ball is submerged into the upper end surface of the sleeve.
The invention has the advantages of simple and reasonable assembly operation, few steps, satisfactory accuracy and good high-pressure sealing effect.

Referring to fig. 1, the three-dimensional structure of the coiler mandrel assembly which is the working object of the present invention is schematically shown, and the coiler mandrel assembly comprises a jaw sector plate 1, a sector plate I2, a sector plate II 3 and a sector plate III 4 which jointly form a cylindrical mandrel assembly.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the detailed view of the jaw sector plate 1 of the work object of the present invention is shown, wherein fig. 2 is a perspective view of the jaw sector plate 1, fig. 3 is an external surface front view of the jaw sector plate 1, and fig. 4 is an internal surface front view of the jaw sector plate 1.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the specific positions for plugging the high-pressure oil holes in the jaw sector plate 1 by the method of the present invention are shown.
Referring to fig. 1, 5, 6 and 8, the method of the present invention uses a sealing plug 5 with a novel structure to plug the high pressure oil hole in the jaw sector plate 1, and the pressure resistance value is up to 450 bar (45MPa), while the pressure resistance value of the oil path system in the existing jaw sector plate 1 is generally not more than 14 MPa. The sealing plug 5 has excellent corrosion resistance; the allowable tolerance range is large: the thickness can be controlled to be 0-0.1mm, while the processing tolerance of the traditional method is 0-0.02 mm, so that the processing is not easy to control; the installation process is simple and convenient; the reliable plugging is realized by adopting a pure mechanical occlusion mode, and the advantages are not available in the traditional plugging method.
Referring to fig. 7, in a conventional blocking manner of the high-pressure oil hole, a plug 7 is firstly blocked in an external opening of the high-pressure oil hole, and the external end surface of the opening of the high-pressure oil hole is subjected to blocking welding by using a blocking welding layer 6. According to the welding and plugging mode, the clamp hole sector plate 1 is generally made of materials such as 42CrMn and the like, the carbon content is high, the heat treatment state of a nitrided surface exists, meanwhile, the clamp hole sector plate 1 is stressed greatly in the use state, through the plugging welding, cracks are often generated at the plugging position of the clamp hole sector plate 1, the stress condition of the clamp hole sector plate 1 is seriously influenced, and the clamp hole sector plate 1 is easy to break and cannot be used when the cracks are serious, so that the serious quality problem is caused.
Referring to fig. 9a, 9b and 11, the sealing plug 5 comprises a sleeve 8 capable of expanding radially and a steel ball 9 capable of generating radial expansion force on the sleeve 8, the steel ball 9 is arranged in an inner cavity of the sleeve 8, the wall of the inner cavity of the sleeve 8 is a smooth circumferential surface, and a plurality of annular grooves are formed in the middle of the outer surface of the sleeve 8. Based on the press-in-expansion principle, the sealing plug 5 is used for extruding a steel ball 9 into the middle of an inner cavity of the sleeve 8 to enable the sleeve 8 to slightly expand radially, the annular groove sharp teeth on the outer surface of the middle of the sleeve 8 are pressed into high-pressure oil hole pre-mounting holes made of relatively low-hardness materials, or the sleeve 8 is extruded into high-pressure oil hole pre-mounting holes with relatively high-hardness rough surfaces, and accordingly the sealing plug is meshed and sealed with the high-pressure oil hole pre-mounting holes of the jaw sector plate 1. The steel ball 9 is pressed to enter the inner cavity of the sleeve 8 downwards, and when the top end of the steel ball 9 is lower than the upper edge of the sleeve 8, the mounting procedure is completed. After the steel ball 9 moves downwards, the upper port edge of the sleeve 8 automatically slightly shrinks inwards, so that the risk of falling-off of the steel ball 9 is avoided. The plugging method can ensure that the pressure resistance value of the system can reach 45MPa (450 bar) at most, and the pressure resistance value of the system of the common jaw sector plate 1 is 14MPa, thereby well meeting the use requirements.
Referring to fig. 10a and 10b, which are schematic structural views of the installation drill rod 10 adopted in the method of the present invention, the lower end surface of the installation drill rod 10 is a spherical groove, and the curved surface shape of the spherical groove is consistent with the curved surface shape of the steel ball 9.
Referring to fig. 10a, 10b and 11, the sealing plug 5 adopting the ball expansion mode in the method of the invention is mounted by adopting a mounting drill rod 10 to downwards extrude the steel ball 9 or by utilizing a hand hammer to downwards strike and extrude the steel ball 9.
