Abstract

The guide beam at least comprises: a frame; the guide rail is arranged on the rack; the section of the guide rail is wedge-shaped and is provided with four wedge-shaped surfaces; two upper wedge-shaped surfaces are formed on two sides of the length direction of the upper surface of the guide rail, and two lower wedge-shaped surfaces are formed on two sides of the length direction of the lower surface of the section of the guide rail; a guide seat with a C-shaped section is arranged on the guide rail in a sliding manner, and sliding plates are arranged at the positions of the guide seat corresponding to the four wedge-shaped surfaces; cleaning devices are arranged at two ends of the sliding plate. The invention utilizes eight soft steel brushes and the dirt removing block which are fixed on the guide seat to clean four wedge-shaped surfaces of the guide rail. The manual mode has the disadvantages of complicated operation, large workload, long time consumption and low efficiency, and has serious influence on the production capacity and rhythm of the rolling line.
