Abstract
The invention relates to a forced external circulation evaporator system. The evaporator comprises an evaporator (1), wherein the upper part of the evaporator (1) is connected with the upper part of a first heater (3) through an upper circulating pipe (2), and a second heater (4) and a forced circulating pump (5) are sequentially arranged between the lower part of the evaporator (1) and the lower part of the first heater (3). The invention divides the heater into two or more parts which are respectively arranged at the front section and the rear section of the forced circulation pump. The heating area of heater is unchangeable under this structure, but heating pipeline circulation sectional area reduces, and whole circulation volume has reduced half or more, and force circulating pump's lectotype reduces greatly, the power saving and reduce the cost. The heater is further in a segmented detachable structure, so that the heater is convenient to detach and maintain.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a forced external circulation evaporator system, and relates to an improvement of heater portion structure therein.
Background
The WZ type external circulation vacuum evaporation device mainly comprises a tube array heater, an evaporation tank, a circulating tube and other accessory equipment. The forced external circulation type vacuum evaporator is additionally provided with a forced circulation pump on the basis of a common external circulation evaporator. However, the circulation quantity required by the evaporation circulation is very large, the flow of the corresponding forced circulation pump is very large, the power consumption is very high, and the manufacturing cost of the forced circulation pump is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and aims to provide a forced external circulation evaporator system which is reasonable in structure, energy-saving, consumption-reducing and convenient to maintain.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention comprises an evaporator (1), wherein the upper part of the evaporator (1) is connected with the upper part of a first heater (3) through an upper circulating pipe (2), and a second heater (4) and a forced circulating pump (5) are sequentially arranged between the lower part of the evaporator (1) and the lower part of the first heater (3).
The first heater (3) and the second heater (4) adopt tubular heaters.
The first heater (3) and the second heater (4) are in a segmented detachable structure form.
A lower circulating pipe (6) is arranged between the lower part of the evaporator (1) and the lower part of the heater I (3), and a heater II (4) and a forced circulating pump (5) are arranged on the path of the lower circulating pipe (6); the lower circulating pipe (6) is provided with a side branch pipe (7) which is connected with the second heater (4) in parallel.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention divides the heater into two or more parts which are respectively arranged at the front section and the rear section of the forced circulation pump. Detailed Description
The invention comprises an evaporator 1, wherein the upper part of the evaporator 1 is connected with the upper part of a heater I3 through an upper circulating pipe 2, and a heater II 4 and a forced circulating pump 5 are sequentially arranged between the lower part of the evaporator 1 and the lower part of the heater I3.
The first heater 3 and the second heater 4 adopt tubular heaters.
The first heater 3 and the second heater 4 are in a segmented detachable structure form.
A lower circulating pipe 6 is arranged between the lower part of the evaporator 1 and the lower part of the heater I3, and the path of the lower circulating pipe 6 is provided with the heater II 4 and a forced circulating pump 5; the lower circulation pipe 6 is provided with a bypass pipe 7 connected in parallel with the heater II 4
In order to keep good heat transfer effect and avoid the situation that the heater tubes are not easy to scale, the heater tube array flow rate must meet certain requirements; for example, the invention adopts a combination mode of two parts, namely the first heater 3 and the second heater 4, namely the length of the heater tube array is doubled, so that the number of the heater tube array is reduced by half when the same heating purpose is achieved, and the flow is reduced by half under the condition of unchanged speed, thereby reducing the power of the motor and achieving the purposes of energy saving and consumption reduction.
Meanwhile, a bypass pipe 7 is arranged on the path of the lower circulating pump 6, the bypass pipe 7 is arranged, whether the second heater 4 is put into operation or not is determined according to the situation, and when the second heater 4 is required to be put into operation, a valve provided with the second heater 4 is opened; when the second heater 4 is not needed to be put into operation, the side branch pipe 7 is opened, and the second heater 4 is disconnected, so that the aims of saving energy and reducing consumption are further fulfilled.

The forced external circulation evaporator system is characterized by comprising an evaporator (1), wherein the upper part of the evaporator (1) is connected with the upper part of a first heater (3) through an upper circulation pipe (2), and a second heater (4) and a forced circulation pump (5) are sequentially arranged between the lower part of the evaporator (1) and the lower part of the first heater (3).
2. The forced external circulation evaporator system according to claim 1, wherein the first heater (3) and the second heater (4) are tubular heaters.
3. The forced external circulation evaporator system according to claim 2, wherein the first heater (3) and the second heater (4) are in a segmented detachable structure.

The forced external circulation evaporator system according to claim 1, wherein a lower circulation pipe (6) is provided between the lower part of the evaporator (1) and the lower part of the heater one (3), and the heater two (4) and the forced circulation pump (5) are provided on the path of the lower circulation pipe (6); the lower circulating pipe (6) is provided with a side branch pipe (7) which is connected with the second heater (4) in parallel.
