Description

Rolling massage head with threading hole and health-care pad thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a massage health-care product, in particular to a rolling massage head with threading holes and a health-care cushion thereof.
Background
As is known, the best health massage effect on human body should belong to rolling massage, which means that a massage device rolls and presses on the surface of human body to generate massage.
The massage health products on the market are divided into health pads and massage devices. The known health-care cushion comprises jade health-care cushion, silica gel health-care cushion and other products, wherein jade health-care cushion is formed by fixing jade small round pieces on the surface of the cushion in a scattered and fitting manner to form convex points to realize a massage function, and silica gel health-care cushion is formed by processing the surface of the cushion to form a concave-convex structure to realize a massage effect, but the massage convex points of the products are fixed on the cushion and are fixed, so that the generated massage effect is not ideal.
The known human face rolling massager or foot sole massager can generate rolling massage effect on the surface of a human body, but the roller of the products is arranged on a roller, the roller can only rotate around a shaft but can not freely rotate without the shaft, and the massage effect is not ideal.
The known electric jade massage bed is characterized in that a jade walking mechanism is arranged in a mattress, and jade rollers are arranged on the walking mechanism and upwards press the surface of the mattress. Under the control of an electric appliance, the jade walking mechanism moves from one end to the other end, and the jade rollers roll inside the mattress along the surface of the mattress in a jacking manner, so that a massage effect is generated on the back of a human body. The jade massage bed is provided with a hollow walking channel for the walking mechanism to move in the mattress. The existence of the hollow walking channel causes poor comfort for people, and people usually can only use the hollow walking channel for a short time (within tens of minutes) but cannot lie as a rest bed for a long time.
The known wooden bead seat cushion or mattress is formed by weaving wooden beads with holes by a rope manually, and has a certain massage effect when in use. Because the rope needs to be tensioned when being woven and the rope passes through the wood beads for connection, the wood beads cannot rotate without shafts (rotate along any direction), and the massage effect is not ideal.

In particular, the threading base 1.64 is provided with three threading holes 1.641, 1.642 and 1.643, and the threading holes 1.641, 1.642 and 1.643 are three parallel horizontal through holes (unlike the other embodiments, the threading holes are two parallel horizontal through holes in the seventh, eighth and ninth embodiments). In this example, the threading base 1.64 is further provided with a middle groove 1.64A for placing the beef tendon, and the middle groove 1.64A is vertically crossed with the threading hole.
Fig. 47-49 are schematic structural views of an embodiment of the prior art, in which fig. 47 is a schematic overall structural view (a reduced view), and fig. 48 and 49 are schematic partial structural views. The example is a structure schematic diagram of the existing bamboo mat. In the present example, the conventional bamboo mat 2 is woven by connecting small bamboo pieces 2.1 and beef ribs 2.2 with thin threads 2.3. The small bamboo sheet 2.1 is in a flat square shape, the small bamboo sheet 2.1 is provided with bamboo sheet threading holes 2.11 and 2.12, and the beef tendon 2.2 is provided with threading holes 2.21 and 2.22.
Fig. 50-52 are schematic structural views illustrating a twelfth embodiment of the invention, wherein fig. 52 is a schematic overall structural view (a schematic reduced view), and fig. 50 and 51 are schematic partial structural views. The figure shows that the health-care cushion adopts a mode of weaving a bamboo mat and utilizes thin lines to connect and fix rolling massage heads with threading holes one by one in an array arrangement to form a mat-shaped structure.
The embodiment adopts the rolling massage head with two horizontal threading through holes in the seventh, eighth and ninth embodiments. In this example, the pitch of the threading holes 1.641 and 1.642 is the same as the pitch of the threading holes 2.21 and 2.22 of the beef tendon, and the rolling massage heads with the threading holes are connected and fixed one by the thin thread and the beef tendon in a bamboo weaving way to form a mat-shaped structure.
When the health-care cushion is woven, the ox ribs and the rolling massage heads with the threading holes are sequentially arranged at intervals, so that the rolling massage heads 1 with the threading holes are aligned in rows and columns, and are arranged in an aligned array, and the fine lines and the ox ribs are utilized to connect and fix the rolling massage heads 1 with the threading holes one by one to form the whole health-care cushion.
The present invention suggests that in this example, the size of the health pad can be selected from the width of 200-. When in use, the health-care cushion can be longitudinally laid on the rest bed by adopting the whole-body type massage of a single person, the human body lies on the health-care cushion (the height of the human body is generally 1600-1800 mm), so that the human body can be ensured to lie on the health-care cushion below the shoulder), and the massage head plays a role in massaging the legs and the back of the human body. The health-care mattress can also be used by two persons for massaging the legs, the health-care mattress is transversely laid on the bed tail of the rest bed, only the legs of a human body are placed on the health-care mattress when the human body lies on the bed, and the massage head only plays a role in massaging the legs of the human body.
The present invention also suggests that in other embodiments, the size of the health care pad may be customized according to the user's requirements.
Fig. 53 is a schematic overall structure diagram (a schematic reduced structure diagram) of a thirteenth embodiment of the invention. Different from the twelfth embodiment, in this embodiment, a wrapping edge 2.4 is further provided (the wrapping edge is a common form of the existing bamboo mat, and is made by sewing cloth on the wrapping edge bead), and a folding edge 2.41 is further provided at the middle position of the health care mat, and the folding edge 2.41 is also sewn on the wrapping edge bead by adopting cloth. The folding edge 2.41 has the function of folding the whole health-care cushion, and is convenient to store.
Fig. 54-56 are partial schematic structural views of a fourteenth embodiment of the invention. Unlike the twelfth embodiment, this embodiment employs the rolling massage head of the eleventh embodiment having three horizontal threading holes. In this example, when weaving, the middle groove 1.64A is also provided with a tendon 2.2, the rolling massage heads 1 with threading holes are arranged in an aligned and staggered array, and the thin threads 2.3 and the tendon 2.2 are used to connect and fix the rolling massage heads 1 with threading holes one by one to form a mat-shaped structure.
Fig. 55 and 56 show that in the present embodiment, because the rolling massage heads 1 are arranged in an aligned row and a staggered row, the edge of the health care pad is further provided with a side seat 1.65, and the side seat 1.65 is provided with threading holes 1.651, 1.652 and 1.653.
The invention prompts that the massage head is in a cylindrical structure and has the beneficial effects that: the massage head can press the human body more deeply, and the massage effect is better.
The invention prompts that when in use, in order to fix the health-care pad on the bed surface, the four corners of the health-care pad can be provided with the binding bands, when in use, the health-care pad is laid on the bed surface, and then the pad body and the bed body are tightly bound and fixed through the binding bands.
The invention suggests that the rolling ball 1.1 can be wood beads, and the diameter is preferably 15mm-30 mm; the shell seat 1.2, the shell cover 1.3, the ball bearing 1.4, the threading base 1.64 and the like can be processed and produced in an injection molding mode. The embodiment has the advantages of easy part processing and simple product assembly.
