when the judging unit judges that the real-time identification parameters are not matched with the preset user identity parameters, the real-time voice prompt is sent out through the voice prompt module while the information is displayed in the information display module in real time, and the user is prevented from entering a working area; when the judging unit judges that the real-time identification parameters are matched with the preset user identity parameters, the information is displayed in the information display module in real time, and meanwhile, the voice prompt module sends out real-time voice prompts and allows the user to enter a working area.
