4) installing an inverter for selectively inverting the language sound at the periphery of each user, and configuring different IDs in a television remote controller, wherein the different IDs are responsible for setting a set value of the selected language sound for controlling each inverter by the television;
5) each user selects a selected language sound set value of a television for controlling a corresponding inverter through a television remote controller;
6) after selection, the television synchronously transmits signals containing the voice setting values of the selected language and the voice of the non-selected language to an inverter at the periphery of the corresponding user, and the inverter emits an inverted sound wave with the same amplitude as the voice signal of the non-selected language for counteracting the voice signal of the non-selected language, so that each user can hear the voice of the selected language selected by each user.
