Various embodiments of the method of the present invention are presented in terms of the above-described hardware architecture.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the method for automatically testing a rate of reproduction of the present invention, the method for automatically testing a rate of reproduction includes the steps of:
step S10, inputting an image signal to a television to cause the television to display an image;
in this embodiment, the image signal is an image signal converted by the reproduction ratio test dedicated image, and the image signal may be a 4K image signal, a 1080P image signal, a 720P image signal, or a 640 × 480 image signal. The apparatus for automatically testing the reproduction rate inputs an image signal to a television through a built-in video signal generator. And after the television receives the image signal input by the automatic reproduction rate testing device, displaying an image corresponding to the image signal on a display screen of the television.
Step S20, collecting RGB value and coordinate value of each pixel point of the display image;
the automatic reproduction rate testing device acquires an image displayed by a television through a built-in video acquisition card, acquires an RGB value of each pixel point of the displayed image, and adopts the same coordinate system as the reproduction rate testing special image for the displayed image, for example, the length direction of the image is taken as the horizontal axis direction, the width of the image is taken as the longitudinal axis direction, the coordinate points corresponding to the upper left corner, the lower right corner or the upper right corner of the image are taken as the origin of coordinates, and the coordinate point corresponding to the upper left corner is taken as an example, namely the coordinate point corresponding to the intersection of the left edge and the upper source of the image. And finally, obtaining corresponding coordinate values of all pixel points in the display image in the constructed coordinate system, wherein the coordinate values comprise two values of a horizontal coordinate value and a vertical coordinate value.
Step S30, acquiring a resolution of the image signal, a standard RGB value range, a proportion of standard pixel areas in each direction, and a total number of standard pixels, where each direction includes an upper half longitudinal direction, a lower half longitudinal direction, a left half transverse direction, and a right half transverse direction;
in the scheme, when a special image for the reproduction ratio test corresponding to the image signal is manufactured, the image middle point can be taken as a reference point and divided into four directions of an upper half longitudinal direction, a lower half longitudinal direction, a left half transverse direction and a right half transverse direction, corresponding standard pixel regions are correspondingly arranged in each direction, and pixel points of which the RGB values are in a standard RGB value range in the image are called standard pixel points which are all in the standard pixel regions.
If the longitudinal direction is taken as the width and the transverse direction is taken as the length, the lengths of the upper half longitudinal standard pixel region and the lower half longitudinal standard pixel region are the same, namely the range of the horizontal coordinate value of the standard pixel region is the same, the widths of the two standard pixel regions can be the same or different, if the vertical coordinate value of the upper edge point is greater than the vertical coordinate value of the lower edge point, the range of the vertical coordinate value of the upper half longitudinal standard pixel region is the sum of the vertical coordinate value of the upper edge point to the vertical coordinate value of the upper edge point and the width of the upper half longitudinal standard pixel region, the range of the vertical coordinate value of the lower half longitudinal standard pixel region is the difference between the vertical coordinate value of the lower edge point and the width of the lower half longitudinal standard pixel region to the vertical coordinate value of the lower edge point, if the vertical coordinate value of the upper edge point is less than the vertical coordinate value of the lower edge point, the range of the vertical coordinate value of the upper half longitudinal standard pixel region is the difference between the vertical coordinate value of the upper edge point and the width of the upper half longitudinal standard pixel region to the vertical coordinate value of the upper edge point And (5) calibrating, wherein the range of the vertical coordinate value of the lower half longitudinal standard pixel region is from the vertical coordinate value of the lower edge point to the sum of the vertical coordinate value of the lower edge point and the width of the lower half longitudinal standard pixel region.
For the left half horizontal and right half horizontal standard pixel regions, the widths of the two standard pixel regions are the same, i.e. the vertical coordinate value range of the standard pixel region is the same, and the lengths of the two standard pixel regions can be the same or different, if the left edge point horizontal coordinate value is larger than the right edge point horizontal coordinate value, the horizontal coordinate value range of the left half horizontal standard pixel region is from the left edge point horizontal coordinate value to the sum of the left edge point horizontal coordinate value and the left half horizontal standard pixel region length, the horizontal coordinate value range of the right half horizontal standard pixel region is from the right edge point horizontal coordinate value to the right edge point horizontal coordinate value from the difference between the right edge point horizontal coordinate value and the right half horizontal standard pixel region length, if the left edge point horizontal coordinate value is smaller than the right edge point horizontal coordinate value, the horizontal coordinate value range of the left half horizontal standard pixel region is from the difference between the left edge point horizontal coordinate value and the left half horizontal standard pixel region length to the left edge point horizontal coordinate value, the range of the abscissa value of the right half transverse standard pixel region is the sum of the ordinate value of the right edge point to the abscissa value of the right edge point and the length of the right half transverse standard pixel region.
The proportion of the standard pixel regions in the upper half longitudinal direction and the lower half longitudinal direction is the proportion of the standard pixel regions in the longitudinal total length of the image along the corresponding upper half longitudinal direction and the corresponding lower half longitudinal direction respectively, and the proportion of the standard pixel regions in the left half transverse direction and the right half transverse direction is the proportion of the standard pixel regions in the left half transverse direction and the right half transverse direction respectively in the transverse total length of the image. The total number of the standard pixels in the upper half longitudinal direction and the lower half longitudinal direction refers to the number of the standard pixels in any column in the standard pixel region corresponding to the upper half longitudinal direction and the lower half longitudinal direction, and the total number of the standard pixels in the left half transverse direction and the right half transverse direction refers to the number of the standard pixels in any row in the standard pixel region corresponding to the left half transverse direction and the right half transverse direction. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the proportion of the upper half longitudinal standard pixel region and the proportion of the lower half longitudinal standard pixel region are both 20%, the proportion of the distances from the positions of the standard pixel points in the upper half longitudinal standard pixel region and the lower half longitudinal standard pixel region to the corresponding edges to the longitudinal total length is 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, 16%, 18% and 20%, the proportion of the distances from the positions of the standard pixel points in the left half transverse standard pixel region and the right half transverse standard pixel region to the corresponding edges to the transverse total length is 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% and 10%, and the total number of the standard pixels in each direction is exactly 10.
The image signal is correspondingly provided with image parameters such as image signal resolution, standard RGB value range, proportion of standard pixel areas in each direction, total number of standard pixels and the like, wherein the directions comprise information such as upper half longitudinal direction, lower half longitudinal direction, left half transverse direction, right half transverse direction and the like, and the resolution, the standard RGB value range, the proportion of the standard pixel areas in each direction and the total number of the standard pixels corresponding to the input image signal are obtained according to the input image signal.
And step S40, obtaining the reproduction rate of each direction, the longitudinal total reproduction rate and the transverse total reproduction rate according to the resolution, the standard RGB value range, the RGB value and the coordinate value of each pixel point of the display image, the proportion of the standard pixel area of each direction and the total number of the standard pixels.
And obtaining the upper half longitudinal reproduction rate, the lower half longitudinal reproduction rate, the longitudinal total reproduction rate, the left half transverse reproduction rate, the right half transverse reproduction rate and the transverse total reproduction rate according to the resolution corresponding to the input image signal, the standard RGB value range, the proportion of the standard pixel region in each direction, the total number of the standard pixels, the RGB value and the coordinate value of each pixel point in the display image.
It should be noted that after six reproduction ratio measurement values of the longitudinal upper half reproduction ratio, the longitudinal lower half reproduction ratio, the longitudinal total reproduction ratio, the transverse upper half reproduction ratio, the transverse lower half reproduction ratio and the transverse total reproduction ratio are obtained, the six reproduction ratio measurement values are compared with preset reproduction ratio indexes one by one, and the display of the television can be determined to reach the standard only if the six measured reproduction ratios are all greater than or equal to the preset reproduction ratio indexes. And when any one of the six reproduction rate measured values is smaller than the corresponding preset reproduction rate index, determining that the display of the television does not reach the standard, adjusting the television in a targeted manner, and measuring the reproduction rate of the adjusted television until all the six reproduction rate measured values reach the standard.
The embodiment enables the television to display images by inputting image signals to the television; collecting RGB values and coordinate values of all pixel points of a display image; acquiring the resolution of the image signal, the range of standard RGB values, the proportion of standard pixel areas in each direction and the total number of standard pixels, wherein the directions comprise an upper half longitudinal direction, a lower half longitudinal direction, a left half transverse direction and a right half transverse direction; and obtaining the reproduction rate in each direction, the longitudinal total reproduction rate and the transverse total reproduction rate according to the resolution, the standard RGB value range, the RGB value and the coordinate value of each pixel point of the displayed image, the proportion of the standard pixel area in each direction and the total number of the standard pixels. Therefore, the method has the advantages of realizing automatic calculation of the reproduction rate, having the characteristic of high measurement speed, and solving the problems of low efficiency and low measurement result precision in manual reading of scales on a screen fixed picture to measure the reproduction rate because the reproduction rate is obtained according to the RGB value and the pixel coordinate value of the pixel of the display image, and the reproduction rate not only reflects the reproduction of the RGB value of each pixel of the television, but also reflects the reproduction of the position of the pixel.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a second embodiment of the method for automatically testing a reproduction ratio according to the present application is proposed according to the first embodiment of the method for automatically testing a reproduction ratio of the present application, in this embodiment, the step S40 includes:
step S41, obtaining total pixels of each direction according to the resolution of the image signal;
in this embodiment, the total pixels in each direction can be obtained according to the resolution of the image signal, and if the resolution of the image signal is 1920 × 1080, the total pixels in the upper half vertical direction, the lower half vertical direction, the left half horizontal direction and the right half horizontal direction are 540, 960 and 960, respectively. If the resolution of the image signal is 1280 × 720, the total pixels of the upper half vertical direction, the lower half vertical direction, the left half horizontal direction, and the right half horizontal direction are 360, 640, and 640, respectively.
Step S42, selecting any row in the display image with the vertical coordinate value of the pixel point within the preset vertical coordinate range as a row to be tested, and selecting any column in the display image with the horizontal coordinate value of the pixel point within the preset horizontal coordinate range as a column to be tested;
the preset ordinate range is a range of ordinate values of the standard pixel regions in the horizontal direction of the left half and the horizontal direction of the right half in the image for specially testing the reproduction rate in the longitudinal direction of the image, and a range of abscissa values of the standard pixel regions in the vertical direction of the upper half and the vertical direction of the upper half in the image for specially testing the reproduction rate in the preset abscissa range in the horizontal direction of the image. And selecting any row of the display image with the vertical coordinate values of the pixel points all within the preset vertical coordinate range as a row to be tested, and selecting any column of the display image with the horizontal coordinate values of the pixel points all within the preset horizontal coordinate range as a column to be tested, so that part of the pixel points of the row to be tested and the column to be tested are positioned in the standard pixel area. For example, the abscissa threshold range is [955,965], and a row with an abscissa value of 959 in the display image may be selected as the row to be measured; the range of the ordinate threshold is [535,545], and a line with an ordinate value of 535 in the display image can be selected as the line to be measured.
Step S43, taking the upper edge pixel point and the lower edge pixel point in the row to be tested as the edge points corresponding to the upper half part longitudinally and the lower half part longitudinally respectively, and taking the left edge pixel point and the right edge pixel point in the row to be tested as the edge points corresponding to the left half part transversely and the right half part transversely respectively;
and respectively taking the upper edge pixel point and the lower edge pixel point in the row to be detected as edge points corresponding to the upper half part longitudinally and the lower half part longitudinally, and respectively taking the left edge pixel point and the right edge pixel point in the row to be detected as edge points corresponding to the left half part transversely and the right half part transversely. For example, for a 1920 × 1080 image, the ordinate of the line to be measured is 535, the abscissa of the column to be measured is 959, and the edge point coordinates of the top half in the vertical direction, the bottom half in the vertical direction, the left half in the horizontal direction, and the right half in the horizontal direction are (959, 0), (959, 1080), (0, 535), (1920, 535), respectively.
Step S44, obtaining the total effective difference value and the effective shortest distance corresponding to each direction according to the standard RGB value range, the proportion of the standard pixel area in each direction and the corresponding edge point coordinate value, the RGB value and the longitudinal coordinate value of each pixel point of the row to be tested and the RGB value and the transverse coordinate value of each pixel point of the row to be tested;
obtaining a coordinate value range to be detected in each direction according to the proportion of the standard pixel area in each direction and the corresponding edge point coordinate value, and taking each pixel point of which the coordinate values in the row to be detected and the row to be detected are in the longitudinal coordinate range to be detected in each direction and the RGB value is in the standard RGB value range as a pixel point to be detected corresponding to each direction; for example, the coordinate values of the edge points of the upper half longitudinal direction, the lower half longitudinal direction, the left half transverse direction and the right half transverse direction are (959, 0), (959, 1080), (0, 535) and (1920, 535), respectively, the proportion of the standard pixel regions of the upper half longitudinal direction, the lower half longitudinal direction, the left half transverse direction and the right half transverse direction is 20%, 10% and 10%, respectively, and the ranges of the coordinate values to be measured of the upper half longitudinal direction, the lower half longitudinal direction, the left half transverse direction and the right half transverse direction are (959, 0-216), (959, 864-1080), (0-192, 535) and (1728-1920, 535), respectively, can be calculated.
It should be noted that a pixel point of the line to be detected and the column to be detected, which are coincident, may be in the range of the coordinate value to be detected in two directions, three directions, or four directions at the same time, and the RGB value of the pixel point is also in the range of the standard RGB value, then the pixel point belongs to the pixel point to be detected corresponding to the two directions, three directions, or four directions at the same time.
After acquiring the pixel points to be detected corresponding to each direction, selecting two types of pixel points from the pixel points to be detected corresponding to each direction as effective pixel points in each direction according to the coordinate values of the pixel points to be detected corresponding to each direction, wherein one type of pixel point is selected from a pixel point group consisting of two or more adjacent pixel points to be detected with continuous coordinate positions, and the other type of pixel point is selected from a pixel point group consisting of two or more adjacent pixel points to be detected with continuous coordinate positions and closest to the edge point in the corresponding direction, for example, a group of pixel point groups with continuous coordinate positions exists in the upper half of longitudinal pixel points to be detected, the coordinate values are respectively (959, 192), (959, 193) and (959, 194), the coordinate value of the upper half of longitudinal edge point is (959, 0), and it can be known that the pixel point of (959, 192) is closest to the edge point in the upper half of longitudinal direction, so that the pixel point group with continuous coordinate positions is selected as an effective pixel point; and another isolated pixel point is characterized in that the coordinate position of the pixel point is not adjacent to the position of any other pixel point to be measured.
The specific implementation process of obtaining the pixel point to be detected can be as follows: respectively generating a first numerical value list which is corresponding to the upper half part and the lower half part and is sequentially arranged from small to large according to numerical values according to the longitudinal coordinate values of the pixel points to be detected which are corresponding to the upper half part and the lower half part; and respectively generating a first numerical value list which is corresponding to the left half part and the right half part and is sequentially arranged from small to large according to the abscissa values of the pixel points to be detected corresponding to the left half part and the right half part.
If the upper edge longitudinal coordinate value is larger than the lower edge longitudinal coordinate value, subtracting one from each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the upper half part and adding one to each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the lower half part, or if the upper edge longitudinal coordinate value is smaller than the lower edge longitudinal coordinate value, adding one to each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the upper half part and subtracting one from each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the lower half part to respectively generate second numerical value lists corresponding to the upper half part and the lower half part; and if the left edge abscissa value is larger than the right edge abscissa value, subtracting one from each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the left half part and adding one to each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the right half part, or if the left edge abscissa value is smaller than the right edge abscissa value, adding one to each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the left half part and subtracting one from each numerical value in the first numerical value list corresponding to the right half part, and respectively generating the numerical value lists corresponding to the left half part and the right half part and the second numerical value lists corresponding to the right half part.
And comparing the first numerical value list corresponding to each direction with the corresponding second numerical value list, removing the same numerical values in the first numerical value list corresponding to each direction as those in the second numerical value list, and generating a third numerical value list corresponding to each direction, wherein the pixel points corresponding to the numerical values in the third numerical value list in each direction are effective pixel points in each direction. For example, when the values of the first value list in the upper half of the vertical direction are {5, 9, 10, 15, 33, 34, 35}, and the vertical coordinate value (0) of the upper edge is smaller than the vertical coordinate value (1080) of the lower edge in the established coordinate system, the second value list in the upper half of the vertical direction is {6, 10, 11, 16, 34, 35, 36}, the deduplication operation is performed according to the first value list and the second value list, the generated third value list is {5, 9, 15, 33}, the coordinate values corresponding to the values in the third value list are (959, 5), (959, 9), (959, 15), and (959, 33), respectively, and the pixel points corresponding to the coordinate values are used as the effective pixel points corresponding to the upper half of the vertical direction.
After obtaining effective pixel points in all directions, generating a numerical value list which is corresponding to all directions and is arranged in sequence from small to large according to the longitudinal coordinate values of the effective pixel points which are respectively corresponding to the upper half part longitudinally and the lower half part longitudinally and the abscissa values of the effective pixel points which are respectively corresponding to the left half part transversely and the right half part transversely; respectively obtaining the number of difference values between two sequentially adjacent numerical values in the numerical value list corresponding to each direction within a threshold range, and taking the number as the total number of effective difference values corresponding to each direction; for example, the lower vertical list of values is 1000, 1024, 1035, 1058, 1063. And calculating the difference value between every two adjacent numerical values in the lower half part longitudinal numerical value list as (24, 11, 23, 5), and according to the threshold range [15, 32], the total number of effective difference values corresponding to the lower half part longitudinally is 2.
Respectively taking the shortest distance in the distances from the effective pixel points in each direction to the corresponding edge points in each direction as the effective shortest distance corresponding to each direction; for example, the effective pixel point coordinate values in the upper half longitudinal direction are (959, 5), (959, 9), (959, 15), and (959, 33), respectively, and the edge point coordinate value corresponding to the upper half longitudinal direction is (959, 0), and it is known that the pixel point corresponding to (959, 5) is closest to the edge point, and the distance is 5, which is the effective shortest distance corresponding to the upper half longitudinal direction.
And step S45, obtaining the reproduction rate, the longitudinal total reproduction rate and the transverse total reproduction rate of each direction according to the total pixels, the proportion of the standard pixel area, the total number of the standard pixels, the total number of the effective difference values and the effective shortest distance of each direction.
Inputting the total pixels, the proportion of the standard pixel area, the total number of the standard pixels, the total number of the effective difference values and the effective shortest distance of each direction into a preset reproduction rate calculation model Z which is 1-2p-2p/N +2np/N + d/V, and respectively outputting the reproduction rate corresponding to each direction, wherein Z is the reproduction rate, p is the proportion of the standard pixel area, N is the total number of the standard pixels, V is the total pixels, N is the total number of the effective difference values, and d is the effective shortest distance.
Inputting the calculated reproduction ratio of the upper half longitudinal direction and the reproduction ratio of the lower half longitudinal direction into a preset longitudinal total reproduction ratio calculation model Zv=(ZOn the upper part+ZLower part) In/2, the total longitudinal reproduction ratio is output, wherein ZvIn terms of total longitudinal weight ratio, ZOn the upper partThe upper half part is longitudinally corresponding to the reproduction ratio,ZLower partThe lower half part is the reproduction ratio corresponding to the longitudinal direction.
Inputting the calculated reproduction ratio of the left half transverse direction and the reproduction ratio of the right half transverse direction into a preset transverse total reproduction ratio calculation model Zh=(ZLeft side of+ZRight side) In/2, the total lateral reproduction ratio is output, where ZhIn terms of total lateral weight ratio, ZLeft side ofIs the left half lateral reproduction ratio, ZRight sideThe right half is the horizontally corresponding reproduction ratio.
The embodiment provides a strategy for automatically calculating the reproduction rate of the device to be measured in each longitudinal direction, the total longitudinal reproduction rate and the total transverse reproduction rate according to the RGB values corresponding to the pixel points in a certain column and a certain row in the acquired image, the corresponding coordinate values and the preset reproduction rate calculation model. It can be known from the preset rate calculation model that the RGB values of the pixels in a certain column and a certain row of the actual display image of the television are compared with the RGB values of the pixels in the same corresponding column and the same corresponding row of the rate test dedicated image, and the positions of the pixels in a certain column and a certain row of the actual display image of the television are also compared with the positions of the pixels in the same corresponding column and the same corresponding row of the rate test dedicated image, that is, the rate of the television is reflected according to the RGB value deviation and the position deviation between the pixels of the actual display image of the television and the pixels of the rate test dedicated image, so that the accuracy of the longitudinal rate of the device to be tested is higher, and the rate of the television is more reflected.

For example, when the signal source type in the switching command is HDMI and the display mode is the panoramic mode, after the television receives the image signal sent by the device for automatically testing the reproduction rate, the image corresponding to the image signal is displayed in the panoramic mode in the HDMI signal source working mode.
It should be noted that the preset reproduction rate index is related to the type of the source and the display mode, for example, when the panoramic mode is set, the reproduction rate index corresponding to the AV source is 98%, the standard definition and high definition reproduction rate index of the HDMI source is 100%, the 4K signal reproduction rate index of the HDMI source is 100%, the reproduction rate index of the Ypbpr source is 100%, and the reproduction rate index of the VGA source is 100%; when the standard definition and high definition reproduction rate index of the HDMI source is 96%, the 4K signal reproduction rate index of the HDMI source is 100%, the reproduction rate index of the Ypbpr source is 96% and the reproduction rate index of the VGA source is 100%.
