The 48V system lithium ion battery module of claim 1, wherein: the battery cell module comprises 12 single lithium battery cells, 6 aluminum plates, 7 pieces of foam cotton, a front adapter plate, a rear adapter plate, a copper bar, a clamping plate, a positive terminal and a negative terminal, wherein the front adapter plate and the rear adapter plate are made of plastic insulating materials; the shape of the clamping plate is matched with that of the electric core, a plurality of square holes are uniformly formed in the middle of the clamping plate, strap grooves are formed in two end parts in the length direction, positioning baffles are protruded from two sides of the rear ends of the two ends, steps are protruded from the front ends of the two ends, adapter plate fixing holes are formed in four corners of two end walls, and clamping plates which are bent vertically are symmetrically arranged in the middle positions of two sides in the width direction to form water-cooling plate clamp grooves; two sides of the aluminum plate in the width direction are vertically bent upwards; the two ends of the battery cell in the length direction are provided with pre-bent lugs; the front rotary joint plate is provided with 12 front lug connecting holes, a front insulation boss is protruded between two front lug connecting holes which are not connected with each other, a front copper bar groove is arranged between the two front lug connecting holes which are connected with each other, the upper end and the lower end of the front rotary joint plate are respectively provided with a negative copper bar groove and a positive copper bar groove, and four corners of the front rotary joint plate are provided with BMS fixing columns and front rotary joint plate fixing holes; the rear adapter plate is provided with 12 rear lug connecting holes, a rear insulating boss protrudes between two rear lug connecting holes which are not connected with each other, a rear copper bar groove is arranged between the two rear lug connecting holes which are connected with each other, and rear adapter plate fixing holes are arranged at four corners of the rear adapter plate; the clamping plate of the lower clamping plate is upward, the foam cotton, the cell, the aluminum plate, the cell, the foam cotton … …, the cell, the aluminum plate, the cell, the foam cotton and the upper clamping plate are sequentially arranged on the clamping plate, the clamping plate of the upper clamping plate is downward, a binding band is used for binding and fixing through a binding band groove on the upper clamping plate and a binding band groove on the lower clamping plate, the upper clamping plate, the lower clamping plate, the foam cotton, the cell and the aluminum plate are clamped and fixed by a front adapter plate and a rear adapter plate, lugs of the cell respectively penetrate through a front lug connecting hole and a rear lug connecting hole, and after bending and correction, the lugs of the cell are welded and fixed through a copper bar and a positive copper bar and; after the positive and negative copper bars are connected with the BMS, the positive and negative terminals are fixedly connected through the copper bars, and the BMS is fixedly installed on the front rotary connecting plate; heat-conducting glue is coated between the battery cell and the aluminum plates, and the back, the left and the right of each aluminum plate are in contact with the water cooling plate.

The 48V system lithium ion battery module of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the shell and the rear end cover are made of aluminum materials with heat treatment on the surfaces, and ribs are arranged on the upper end surface, the left end surface and the right end surface of the shell; the front end cover material is PA 66.
4. The 48V system lithium ion battery module of claim 3, wherein: the front end face of the shell is upwardly and inwardly inclined by 70 degrees, and the front end cover is upwardly and outwardly inclined by 70 degrees.
5. The 48V system lithium ion battery module of claim 4, wherein: the water cooling plate is made of an aluminum plate.
6. The 48V system lithium ion battery module of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the front end face of the shell is upwardly and inwardly inclined by 70 degrees, and the front end cover is upwardly and outwardly inclined by 70 degrees.
