the inner limiting device is arranged at a position close to the circle center of the wire penetrating disc (1), the outer limiting device is arranged at the outer side of the inner limiting device, and the inner limiting device comprises a sliding plate (2), a limiting plate (3) and a locking rod (21); the sliding plate (2) is arranged in the through groove (11) in a sliding mode and is locked and fixed through the locking rod (21), and the limiting plate (3) is arranged on the outer side of the sliding plate (2).
