Data items for human uniqueness in cross-domain identification include: the "certificate type", "certificate number" and "certificate action range" are respectively, as the calculation model of the identification information of the identity domain is as shown in fig. 4 below, and as the identity itself is the "identity domain" of a special identification type, the matching items of the identity can also be summarized into four items of information: "identity field" (fixed field), "identity type" (i.e. identity document type), "identity scope (i.e. document scope)," identification number "(i.e. card number). Similarly, the main index management platform obtains the corresponding identity domain data model according to the manner shown in fig. 4, and finally calculates according to the identity domain data model to generate the corresponding identity domain index number. And then the main index management platform generates a personnel main index according to the identity domain index number and the service domain index number. The manner of creating the human master index may be various, and in short, the human master index is calculated and created according to the identity domain index number, the service domain index number and a preset algorithm (for example, a national encryption algorithm such as a hash algorithm, SM1, SM4, SM7, and the like).
Because residents have different service domain identifications in different service domain systems, and resident information between different domains exists independently, the central main index management platform of the prior art constructs a resident cross index by generating a resident unique identification. However, the service domain range of the resident information collected by the nationwide health information platform is wide, the data change is frequent, the updating frequency is high, and meanwhile, with the improvement of the informatization development level and the improvement of the timeliness requirement of the user on data utilization, the mode of regularly calculating the identity uniqueness of the personnel in batches cannot meet the service development requirement, so that the invention provides the algorithm rule and the idea based on the four-section personal identity mark, the personnel main index can be dynamically generated through the rule, the centralized data comparison operation is not needed, the data service can be immediately generated when in occurrence, and the instantaneity problem of the personnel main index generation is realized. The main personnel index of residents is the basis of the construction of the national health information platform, provides cross index service for external application systems, meets the requirement of mutual identification of indexes among different business systems, and provides technical support for unique identification of various systems in the national health information platform on patient identities. The invention makes retrieval aiming at the same patient information in different medical data sources possible, realizes interconnection and intercommunication of the patient information and related medical information, realizes information sharing and avoids data resource waste.
One embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, is a method for generating a master index for a person in the medical field, including:
s100, acquiring personnel related information of residents from different medical data sources;
s200, analyzing the related information of the personnel to obtain corresponding information attributes; the information attribute comprises identity identification information and service identification information;
s300, according to the identity identification information and the service identification information, respectively adopting corresponding matching rules, carrying out similarity calculation on the related information of each person, and carrying out matching on the related information of the person according to the calculation result;
s400, acquiring data items corresponding to the personnel related information matched with the same resident, and generating a unique personnel main index of the resident according to the data items;
s500, after a personnel main index is generated, acquiring corresponding data items in personnel related information from different medical data sources according to the personnel main index;
s600, generating a corresponding master file according to the data item and a preset generation strategy; the preset generating strategy comprises one or more of a credibility priority strategy and an election strategy.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the master index management platform generates the master index of the person, a master file is formed for each person entity. The data items of the main file are derived from the data items of different domains, and the main index management platform forms a main file record by generating a strategy. The generation strategy mainly has two forms of an election strategy and a priority strategy. The "election policy" follows a few principles that are subject to majority, for example, if a certain data item is different from data items in other business domains in a certain business domain, the final result should generate a corresponding master file according to the result of the data items in the majority of business domains. The priority policy sets a reliability priority for each domain, preferentially adopts data item information of a service domain with high reliability, and generates a corresponding master file based on the data item of the service domain with the highest reliability priority if data deviation occurs in different information sources. Of course, both generation strategies may be used in combination.
The invention provides a patient main index management platform, which has the specific functions of registering and accessing resident information, forming a personnel main index through an identity matching rule and finally realizing cross-domain resident index. As shown in fig. 7, the master index management platform of the present invention collects the resident information of each business domain, establishes a resident cross index, and forms resident master profile information according to the resident extension information provided by each business domain. On the premise of not modifying the source code, the extension information of residents can be arbitrarily expanded or deleted, and finally, the data items of the personnel master file can be flexibly expanded.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, a system for generating a master index for a person in the medical field includes:
the data access module 1 is used for acquiring personnel related information of residents from different medical data sources;
the attribute analysis module 2 is connected with the data access module 1 and is used for analyzing the personnel related information to obtain corresponding information attributes; the information attribute comprises identity identification information and service identification information;
the information matching module 3 is connected with the attribute analysis module 2 and is used for respectively adopting corresponding matching rules according to the identity identification information and the service identification information, carrying out similarity calculation on the related information of each person and carrying out matching on the related information of the person according to the calculation result;
and the main index generating module 4 is connected with the information matching module 3 and is used for acquiring data items corresponding to the personnel related information matched with the same resident and generating a unique personnel main index of the resident according to the data items.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, the data access module 1 obtains the personnel related information of the residents from different medical data sources through a real-time registration mode, a batch registration mode or an original data mirror image capturing mode.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, the primary index generation module 4 includes:
the data item acquisition unit is used for acquiring an identity data item and a service data item which are matched with the related information of the personnel of the same resident;
the data model acquisition unit is connected with the data item acquisition unit and is used for respectively obtaining a corresponding identity domain data model and a corresponding service domain data model according to the identity data item and the service identification item; the data models comprise domain types, identification action ranges and identification numbers;
the identity domain index number generating unit is connected with the data model acquiring unit and is used for generating a corresponding identity domain index number according to the identity domain data model;
the service domain index number generating unit is connected with the data model acquiring unit and is used for generating a corresponding service domain index number according to the service domain data mode;
and the main index generating unit is respectively connected with the identity domain index number generating unit and the service domain index number generating unit and is used for generating the personnel main index according to the identity domain index number and the service domain index number.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, the information matching module 3 specifically includes:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the identity identification information obtained by analysis comprises basic identity information or not; the identity identification information comprises basic identity information and auxiliary identity information;
the first matching unit is connected with the judging unit and used for setting a plurality of identity matching items according to the identity identification information if the identity identification information comprises basic identity information, comparing whether all the identity matching items corresponding to the related information of each person are consistent or not, and determining the related information of the persons with consistent identity matching items as the related information of the persons belonging to the same resident;
and the second matching unit is connected with the judging unit and used for setting a plurality of identity data items and corresponding weight coefficients thereof according to the auxiliary identity information and the extension information if the identity identification information does not comprise the basic identity information, calculating the similarity between the related information of the personnel, and determining that the related information of the two personnel participating in the calculation is related information of the personnel belonging to the same resident if the similarity reaches a preset similarity threshold.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, further comprising: the master file generation module is connected with the master index generation module 4 and used for acquiring corresponding data items in the personnel related information from different medical data sources according to the master index of the personnel after the master index of the personnel is generated and generating a corresponding master file according to the data items and a preset generation strategy; the preset generating strategy comprises one or more of a credibility priority strategy and an election strategy.
Specifically, this embodiment is a device embodiment corresponding to the above method embodiment, and specific effects refer to the above corresponding method embodiment, which is not described in detail herein.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as necessary. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A generation method of a personnel main index applied to the medical field is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring personnel related information of residents from different medical data sources;
analyzing the personnel related information to obtain corresponding information attributes; the information attribute comprises identity identification information and service identification information;
according to the identity identification information and the service identification information, respectively adopting corresponding matching rules, carrying out similarity calculation on the related information of each person, and carrying out matching on the related information of the person according to the calculation result;
and acquiring data items corresponding to the personnel related information matched with the same resident, and generating a unique personnel main index of the resident according to the data items.
2. The method for generating the master index of people in medical field according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the people-related information of the residents from different medical data sources specifically comprises the steps of:
and acquiring the personnel related information of residents from different medical data sources in a real-time registration mode, a batch registration mode or an original data mirror image capturing mode.
3. The method for generating the master personal index applied to the medical field according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the data items corresponding to the personnel related information matched with the same resident, and generating the resident unique master personal index according to the data items specifically comprises the steps of:
acquiring an identity data item and a service data item which are matched with the related information of the personnel of the same resident;
respectively obtaining corresponding identity domain data models and corresponding business domain data models according to the identity data items and the business identification items; the data models comprise domain types, identification action ranges and identification numbers;
generating a corresponding identity domain index number according to the identity domain data model, and generating a corresponding service domain index number according to the service domain data model;
and generating the personnel main index according to the identity domain index number and the service domain index number.
4. The method for generating a personal primary index for use in the medical field according to claim 1, wherein the information attribute further includes extension information; the method specifically comprises the following steps of respectively adopting corresponding matching rules according to the identity identification information and the service identification information to calculate the similarity of the related information of each person, and matching the related information of the person according to the calculation result:
judging whether the identity identification information obtained by analysis comprises basic identity information or not; the identity identification information comprises basic identity information and auxiliary identity information;
if the identity identification information comprises basic identity information, setting a plurality of identity matching items according to the identity identification information, comparing whether all identity matching items corresponding to the related information of each person are consistent or not, and determining the related information of the persons with consistent identity matching items as the related information of the persons belonging to the same resident;
if the identity identification information does not comprise basic identity information, a plurality of identity data items and corresponding weight coefficients thereof are set according to the auxiliary identity information and the extension information, the similarity between related information of personnel is calculated, and if the similarity reaches a preset similarity threshold value, the related information of two personnel participating in calculation is determined to be related information of personnel belonging to the same resident.
5. The method for generating the human master index applied to the medical field according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising the steps of:
after the personnel main index is generated, acquiring corresponding data items in the personnel related information from different medical data sources according to the personnel main index;
generating a corresponding main file according to the data item and a preset generation strategy; the preset generating strategy comprises one or more of a credibility priority strategy and an election strategy.
6. A system for generating a master index for a person in the medical field, comprising:
the data access module is used for acquiring personnel related information of residents from different medical data sources;
the attribute analysis module is connected with the data access module and used for analyzing the personnel related information to obtain corresponding information attributes; the information attribute comprises identity identification information and service identification information;
the information matching module is connected with the attribute analysis module and is used for respectively adopting corresponding matching rules according to the identity identification information and the service identification information, carrying out similarity calculation on the related information of each person and carrying out matching on the related information of the person according to the calculation result;
and the main index generating module is connected with the information matching module and used for acquiring data items corresponding to the personnel related information matched with the same resident and generating a unique personnel main index of the resident according to the data items.

The system for generating the personal main index applied to the medical field according to claim 6, wherein the data access module obtains the personal related information of the residents from different medical data sources through a real-time registration mode, a batch registration mode or a raw data mirror image capturing mode.
8. The system for generating the human master index applied to the medical field according to claim 6, wherein the master index generating module comprises:
the data item acquisition unit is used for acquiring an identity data item and a service data item which are matched with the related information of the personnel of the same resident;
the data model acquisition unit is connected with the data item acquisition unit and is used for respectively obtaining a corresponding identity domain data model and a corresponding service domain data model according to the identity data item and the service identification item; the data models comprise domain types, identification action ranges and identification numbers;
the identity domain index number generating unit is connected with the data model acquiring unit and is used for generating a corresponding identity domain index number according to the identity domain data model;
a service domain index number generating unit connected with the data model obtaining unit and used for generating a corresponding service domain index number according to the service domain data mode;
and the main index generating unit is respectively connected with the identity domain index number generating unit and the service domain index number generating unit and is used for generating the personnel main index according to the identity domain index number and the service domain index number.
9. The system for generating a master index of a person applied to the medical field according to claim 6, wherein the information matching module specifically comprises:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the identity identification information obtained by analysis comprises basic identity information or not; the identity identification information comprises basic identity information and auxiliary identity information;
the first matching unit is connected with the judging unit and used for setting a plurality of identity matching items according to the identity identification information if the identity identification information comprises basic identity information, comparing whether all the identity matching items corresponding to the related information of each person are consistent or not, and determining the related information of the persons with consistent identity matching items as the related information of the persons belonging to the same resident;
and the second matching unit is connected with the judging unit and used for setting a plurality of identity data items and corresponding weight coefficients thereof according to the auxiliary identity information and the extension information if the identity identification information does not comprise basic identity information, calculating the similarity between related information of personnel, and determining that the related information of two personnel participating in calculation is related information of the personnel belonging to the same resident if the similarity reaches a preset similarity threshold.
10. The system for generating a master index for a person in the medical field according to any one of claims 6 to 9, further comprising:
the master file generation module is connected with the master index generation module and used for acquiring corresponding data items in the relevant information of the personnel from different medical data sources according to the master index of the personnel after the master index of the personnel is generated and generating a corresponding master file according to the data items and a preset generation strategy; the preset generating strategy comprises one or more of a credibility priority strategy and an election strategy.
