According to an embodiment of the present invention, a product embodiment of a terminal is provided, where the terminal includes a voice recognition module, a push wakeup module, a push end module, and a storage medium, where the voice recognition module is configured to recognize voice information in a case management process; the system comprises a push awakening module, a file pushing module and a file sending module, wherein the push awakening module is used for starting a file pushing process when the voice information is identified to have an expression belonging to a preset file push awakening corpus; the system comprises a pushing ending module, a pushing starting module and a pushing starting module, wherein the pushing ending module is used for ending a file pushing process when the fact that the voice information belongs to a preset file pushing ending corpus is identified; and the storage medium is used for storing a program, wherein the program executes the file pushing method on the data output by the voice recognition module, the push awakening module and the push ending module when running.

Claims (8)

1. A file pushing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
recognizing voice information in the case management process;
when the voice information is identified to have an expression belonging to a preset folder push awakening corpus, starting a folder push process;
when the voice information is identified to have an expression belonging to a preset folder pushing ending corpus, ending a folder pushing process;
after the starting of the volume pushing process, the method further includes:
and recognizing the voice information by adopting the sequence of recognizing the long character string firstly and then recognizing the short character string, wherein the character string recognized firstly does not participate in subsequent recognition any more.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to identifying the speech information during case trial, the method further comprises:
constructing a file corpus, wherein the file corpus comprises the standard name and the synonym name of each file;
after starting the file pushing process, the method further includes:
and identifying the standard name or the synonym name of the file in the voice information through the file corpus so as to determine and push the file.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to identifying the speech information during case trial, the method further comprises:
constructing a file corpus, wherein the file corpus contains reference names of each file, and the reference names comprise at least one of the following: the case number, the examination grade, whether the information is finally examined and whether the information is effective of the file are judged;
after starting the file pushing process, the method further includes:
and identifying the referring name of the file in the voice information through the file corpus so as to determine and push the file.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to identifying the speech information during case trial, the method further comprises:
constructing a file corpus, wherein the file corpus comprises a ubiquitous activation vocabulary and one or more files corresponding to the ubiquitous activation vocabulary;
after starting the file pushing process, the method further includes:
and identifying the generic activation vocabulary in the voice information and pushing one or more files corresponding to the generic activation vocabulary through the file corpus.
5. A file pushing device, comprising:
the voice recognition module is used for recognizing voice information in the case management process;
the push awakening module is used for starting a file push flow when the voice information is identified to have an expression belonging to a preset file push awakening corpus;
the pushing ending module is used for ending the file pushing process when the voice information is identified to have the expression belonging to a preset file pushing ending corpus;
the device further comprises: and the file identification module is used for identifying the voice information by adopting the sequence of identifying the long character string and the short character string after the file pushing flow is started by the pushing awakening module, and the character string identified firstly does not participate in subsequent identification any more.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the construction module is used for constructing a file corpus before the voice recognition module recognizes the voice information in the case auditing process, wherein the file corpus comprises at least one of the following components: the standard name and the synonym name of each volume, the reference name of each volume, the generic activation vocabulary and one or more volumes corresponding to the generic activation vocabulary, wherein the reference names comprise at least one of the following: the case number, the examination grade, whether the information is finally examined and whether the information is effective of the file are judged;
the file pushing module is configured to execute at least one of the following operations after the file awakening module starts a file pushing process:
identifying the standard name or the synonym name of the file in the voice information through the file corpus so as to determine and push the file;
identifying the referring name of the file in the voice information through the file corpus so as to determine and push the file;
and identifying the generic activation vocabulary in the voice information and pushing one or more files corresponding to the generic activation vocabulary through the file corpus.
7. A storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the volume pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
8. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the volume pushing method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the program.
