The assessment process of the platform is shown in figure 3:
(1) when the robot skill level examination begins, examinees in the intelligent examination system verify identity information, including the information of the examinees such as names, ages, academic calendars, job levels, working ages and the like.
(2) The examinee selects skill assessment levels of the industrial robot, including primary, intermediate and advanced. The examinee can select the middle-level examination only through the primary examination, and so on.

(5) After one week after the robot skill level examination is finished, the examinee can inquire examination scores in the intelligent examination system.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the skill assessment is tightly combined with the practical industrial application. The robot integrates common robot applications of industrial robot in industrial fields such as carrying, stacking, assembling, welding, polishing, spraying and deburring, and the skill level assessment content of the robot closely surrounds the practical industrial application.
