Abstract
The invention relates to an early warning control method and an early warning control system for nursing staff in a relatively fixed movable area of an old people home, a kindergarten and the like. The method preferentially takes the position of a video detection device as the real-time position of a person; when the real-time position of a person cannot be determined based on the video detection device, the position of the entrance guard detection device is taken as the real-time position of the person; when the real-time positions of the personnel can not be determined by the former two methods, the real-time positions of the personnel are obtained based on the data of the personnel positioning detection device; and can issue a corresponding alarm. The invention can optimize the automatic positioning logic and early warning control logic of the nursing home and the like, and improves the accuracy and convenience; the high-efficiency intelligent operation of the nursing home is facilitated.

(6) and (3) under the condition of no cross-region, matching the identity information of the personnel in the meeting with the identity information of the personnel in the meeting in step (2), and sending out an absent duty alarm when the early warning control system obtains the information that the personnel are not in the meeting site.

(4) the early warning control system receives the real-time positions of the personnel in the steps (1) to (3) continuously for multiple times, and sends out a cross-region alarm when the early warning control system continuously receives the data of the personnel positioning detection device to obtain the real-time positions of the personnel with the frequency greater than the preset frequency;
(5) under the condition of no cross-region, sending out a health alarm according to the dynamic video data obtained by the video detection device in the step (1) when the early warning control system obtains the abnormal body state condition of the personnel;
(6) and (3) under the condition of no cross-region, matching the identity information of the personnel in the meeting with the identity information of the personnel in the meeting in step (2), and sending out an absent duty alarm when the early warning control system obtains the information that the personnel are not in the meeting site.
The senior citizens 'home has detection devices such as high-definition cameras almost everywhere, and most of the time, such a device including face detection is preferentially used for determining the positioning of people because the GPS signal of the senior citizens' home is not optimal; if the video detection is not available, a Bluetooth signal detection device is arranged in a certain area, particularly in an area where the time is concentrated and reported in the morning and evening, and is used for automatic attendance checking and also can determine the positioning of personnel. And in outdoor conditions, especially in the dead angle of the video detection device and the places with weak Bluetooth signals, the places are wide, such as GPS/Beidou signals are strong, and the method can be used for positioning the real-time position of personnel.
For a nursing home with a relatively fixed activity area, the source of the positioning signal is almost most of the time from both due to the presence of the video detection device and the wireless access control. When the successive positioning signals do not come from both at a plurality of times, i.e. the positioning signals come from the position detection means of the person, such as GPS, at a plurality of successive times, this indicates that the person is probably not in the defined activity area, i.e. is a hand-off.
In alternative embodiments, the abnormal posture condition includes a fall, a chest seal, a call, a lie, and the like; the entrance guard detection device takes a Bluetooth signal with a certain detection distance as a detection signal; personnel location detection device is based on big dipper or GPS system.
The 4.0 versions of the Bluetooth signals, the detection range of which is usually not more than 16 meters, can also sufficiently meet the requirement of entrance guard for work of attendance checking such as indoor meetings and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, the trigger system retrieves the path trajectory of the handoff person when the handoff alarm is issued, and transmits the path trajectory to the mobile terminal of the management service person for display.
For the path retrieval, besides the historical path, the real-time path is displayed, so that the management service personnel can find the cross-region personnel as soon as possible.
In an alternative embodiment, when a health alarm is issued, the trigger system retrieves historical health data of the abnormal posture person, matches the current potential disease of the abnormal posture, and calls the corresponding medical staff.
In an alternative embodiment, when the absence alarm is issued, the triggering system issues a verification signal, and the management service personnel verifies the real-time position of the personnel obtained by the video detection device or the entrance guard detection device and inquires and records the position.
There is sometimes no mandatory sequential logic in the above steps (5) - (6), but as an application of the technical solution, the triggering of the corresponding alarm signal is an overall technical logic.
An early warning control system corresponding to the aforementioned method is illustrated in fig. 3, the system comprising:
at least one video detection device 1, which is arranged in a place with a specified area activity and is used for preferentially taking the position of the video detection device as the real-time position of a person when detecting the head portrait of the person;

the personnel positioning detection device 3 is attached to personnel clothes or in a personnel body and is used for obtaining the real-time position of a person based on the data of the personnel positioning detection device when the real-time position of the person cannot be determined based on the video detection device and the entrance guard detection device;

the absent duty alarm unit 6 is also arranged in an instruction storage part of the early warning control system and is used for matching the identity information of the personnel in the meeting with the identity information of the personnel in the meeting by using the access control detection device under the condition of no handover, and when the early warning control system obtains the information that the personnel are not in the meeting site, the unit gives out absent duty alarm;
and the signal transceiving unit 7 is used for sending a signal to the mobile terminal when an alarm is sent out.
Video detection devices such as Haikang, Siemens products, require their after-market personnel to configure and maintain computer servers; in an optional embodiment, the entrance guard detection device is not limited to bluetooth signals, and 5G and WIFI wireless card punching forms are also feasible; the personnel location detection device exists in the form of a location chip, but is not limited to a bracelet, a watch, a subcutaneous implant and the like.

(6) and (3) under the condition of no cross-region, matching the identity information of the personnel in the meeting with the identity information of the personnel in the meeting in step (2), and sending out an absent duty alarm when the early warning control system obtains the information that the personnel are not in the meeting site.

3. The personnel nursing warning control method of claim 2, wherein when the handover warning is issued, the trigger system retrieves the path trajectory of the handover personnel and transmits the path trajectory to the mobile terminal of the management service personnel for display.

A personnel care warning control method as claimed in claim 2, wherein when a health warning is issued, the triggering system retrieves historical health data of the abnormal posture personnel, matches the current potential disease of the abnormal posture, and calls corresponding medical personnel.

A method as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the absence alarm is issued, the triggering system issues a verification signal to the management service personnel to verify the real-time location of the person obtained by the video detection device or the entrance guard detection device and to record the inquiry.
6. An advance warning control system using the advance warning control method for nursing of a person according to claim 1, characterized by comprising:
the video detection device is arranged in a place with a specified area activity and is used for preferentially taking the position of the video detection device as the real-time position of the person when detecting the head portrait of the person;
