Description

Acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of acoustic-magnetic anti-theft, in particular to an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label.
Background
The acousto-magnetic technology has been widely used in electronic article surveillance devices for more than twenty years, and the original invention of the U.S. Pat. No. 4,4510489 discloses that some amorphous alloy material thin strips can emit strong resonance signals due to their high magnetic-elastic coupling coefficient, and the materials can be successfully applied to commercial anti-theft systems (acousto-magnetic anti-theft systems), such as the acousto-magnetic anti-theft systems of large supermarkets, by using the principle. The specific working principle of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft system is as follows: the transmitting antenna transmits an alternating magnetic field, when the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag enters the alternating magnetic field (detection area) and the resonant frequency of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is consistent with the carrier frequency in the alternating magnetic field, due to the magnetic-elastic resonance effect, a resonance sheet in the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can generate a resonance signal under the action of the magnetic field provided by the biasing sheet and is received by the receiving antenna, and therefore the existence of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is detected. An acoustic-magnetic anti-theft system generally consists of two parts: the device comprises a detector comprising a transmitting antenna and a receiving antenna, wherein an alternating magnetic field is transmitted by the transmitting antenna, a detection induction area is formed between the transmitting antenna and the receiving antenna, whether an acousto-magnetic anti-theft tag exists or not is searched in a specific range by utilizing a magnetic-elastic resonance principle, and an alarm is triggered when the acousto-magnetic anti-theft tag appears; the other is an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which mainly comprises a resonance piece which is arranged in the box body and generates magnetic-mechanical resonance and a bias piece which provides a bias magnetic field, wherein the resonance piece is accurately cut into a proper size by an amorphous metal thin strip, and a preset resonance frequency (generally 58kHz) can be generated in a detection area under the action of the bias magnetic field provided by the bias piece and is reflected to a receiving antenna.
The detectors of the existing acoustic-magnetic anti-theft system are generally arranged in two opposite customer access passages of a shopping mall, a detection passage is formed between the two detectors, and when a customer carries a commodity with an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag to pass through the detection passage, the commodity is detected by the detectors. In order to facilitate the entrance and exit of customers, the detection channel cannot be set too narrow (the width of a double detection gate of the detection channel is generally more than 140cm, that is, the detection distance of the acousto-magnetic label in the best direction (such as the X-direction) in a single detection gate (such as Ultrapost) is generally more than 70cm, and the detection distance in the worst direction (such as the Z-direction) is preferably more than 40 cm).
At present, the length of the offset sheet of the acoustic magnetic anti-theft label is at least 35 mm.
The inventor finds that the following technical problems exist in the prior art in the process of implementing the invention:
the size of the offset sheet can limit the reduction of the size of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, and the offset sheet with the length of more than 35mm limits the length of the box body of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, so that the reduction of the area of the bottom of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be limited, and the further reduction of the area of the double-sided adhesive tape at the bottom of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be limited. Because the bias sheet is made of metal with higher Ni equivalent lattice, and in order to prevent the acoustic-magnetic label of a thief from being easily peeled off from the surface of a commodity, the double-sided adhesive at the bottom of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label has to be made of higher-grade and more expensive adhesive with thicker coating and extremely strong viscosity. Thus, the longer bias sheet and the more bottom double-sided adhesive tape greatly increase the production cost of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, and particularly, the worldwide usage of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag of hundreds of billions sheets per year leads to significant economic benefits to be obtained by any technical invention of saving raw materials. More importantly, in the sense of expanding the application range, the size of some high-grade commodities of the merchant is very small and short, or the appropriate area (the commodity content and various bar code information and the like on the package are not needed to be shielded) for placing the label on the commodity package or the length of the label is very limited, and if the length of the offset sheet is too long, the use of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label in the occasions is limited.

In particular, when the acoustic magnetic anti-theft tag adopts the following structure: "when the number of the resonance piece is at least one, the length of the biasing piece is less than 35mm and more than or equal to 16mm, and the width of the resonance piece is 5.8-7.8 mm", the detector (such as the single door detector ultra) of the existing acoustic magnetic anti-theft tag can still effectively detect at a preset safety alarm distance (generally at least 40 cm). Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the specification and claims, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", and the like, as used herein, refer to an orientation or positional relationship based on that shown in the drawings, which is for convenience in describing the embodiments of the present invention, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or components must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore, are not to be considered limiting of the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which includes: a box body 20, a resonance sheet 21 and a bias piece 22 for providing a bias magnetic field for the resonance sheet 21; the cavity 23 in the box body 20 is provided with the resonance sheets 21, and the number of the resonance sheets 21 is at least one; the box body 20 is internally provided with the biasing piece 22; wherein, the length of the offset piece 22 is less than 35mm and greater than or equal to 16mm, and the width of the resonance piece 21 is 5.8-7.8 mm.
In practicing the embodiments of the present invention, the inventors found, after inventive work, that in experiments to reduce the length of the biasing member 22: when the width of the resonance sheet 21 is 5.8-7.8mm, the intensity of the resonance signal provided by the resonance sheet 21 of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is not linear or rapid decrease (the width of the bias sheet in the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag actually sold in the past is limited to more than 35 mm) when the length of the bias member 22 is less than 35mm, as the conventional technology in the past considers that the intensity of the resonance signal is decreased linearly or rapidly with the decrease of the length, but is decreased slowly below 35 mm. In particular, when the acoustic magnetic anti-theft tag adopts the following structure: "the number of the resonance piece 21 is at least one, the length of the offset piece 22 is less than 35mm and more than or equal to 16mm, and the width of the resonance piece 21 is 5.8-7.8 mm", which still enables the detector of the existing acoustic magnetic anti-theft tag to effectively detect at a preset safety alarm distance (generally at least 40 cm). Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention provides an acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag with a shorter biasing member 22, so that the size of the biasing member 22 can be reduced to reduce the material cost of the biasing member 22, and the length of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be shortened to reduce the size of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, thereby reducing the material cost of the double-sided adhesive tape and the material cost of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, and further reducing the production cost of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag. In addition, the shorter biasing member 22 can make the size of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag correspondingly shorter, which can meet the requirement of customers that the shorter tag protects smaller and more delicate goods, thereby improving the use flexibility of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag.
It should be noted that, when the resonance plate 21 is at least one and the length of the biasing member 22 is 35mm or less, the present inventors have conducted intensive test studies and after having conducted creative efforts, found that the length of the biasing member 22 must be within a certain range (the length is less than 35mm and greater than or equal to 16mm), and the width of the resonance plate 21 must also be within a certain range (the width is 5.8-7.8mm), that is: the length of the biasing member 22 and the width of the resonator plate 21 must be adjusted in coordination with each other (in the adjusting process, the indication rule and direction of the adjustment are not given in the prior art of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, which is obtained by practice after the inventor performs creative work), so that the alarm performance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be ensured to be normally used in business.
It will be appreciated that the biasing member 22 may also be provided on the outside of the housing 20, see fig. 2 and 4.
In the present invention, the X direction is as follows: the length direction of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is parallel to the ground and is perpendicular to the surface of a detection antenna of a detector of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag (hereinafter, the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag refers to a single-door detector ultra, and the tag in a frequency range of 57.5-58.5kHz can be detected); the Z direction is as follows: the length direction of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is perpendicular to the ground and parallel to the surface of a detection antenna of a detector of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag.
Alternatively, the number of the resonance plates 21 is 2 to 3, and the width of the biasing member 22 is 1.8 to 5.8mm and the length is 16 to 27 mm. By adopting the resonance sheet 21 and the biasing member 22 with the structure, the alarm distance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag in the Z direction is 42-66cm, the alarm distance in the X direction is also far larger than 40cm, and the material cost of the biasing member 22 can be reduced as much as possible while the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be ensured to be normally used in a commercial mode (the safety alarm distance has larger redundancy).
Alternatively, the number of the resonance plates 21 is 2 to 3, and the width of the biasing member 22 is 2.2 to 5.8mm, and the length is less than 35mm and greater than or equal to 16 mm. By adopting the resonance sheet 21 and the biasing piece 22 with the structure, the alarm distance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag in the X direction is 87-107cm, the alarm distance in the Z direction is also larger than 40cm, and the material cost of the biasing piece 22 can be reduced as much as possible while the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be ensured to be normally used (the safety alarm distance has larger redundancy).
Alternatively, the number of the resonance plates 21 is 2 to 3, and the width of the biasing member 22 is 2.2 to 4.8mm and the length is 19 to 28 mm. By adopting the resonance sheet 21 and the biasing piece 22 with the structure, the alarm distance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag in the X direction is 87-109cm, the alarm distance in the Z direction is also larger than 40cm, and the material cost of the biasing piece 22 can be reduced as much as possible while the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be ensured to be normally used (the safety alarm distance has larger redundancy).
Alternatively, the number of the resonance plates 21 is 2 to 3, and the width of the biasing member 22 is 2.2 to 3.8mm and the length is 19 to 28 mm.
Alternatively, the number of the resonance plates 21 is 2 to 3, and the width of the biasing member 22 is 1.8 to 5.8mm, and the length is less than 35mm and greater than or equal to 19 mm. By adopting the resonance sheet 21 and the biasing member 22 with the structure, the alarm distance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag in the X direction is larger than 87cm, the alarm distance in the Z direction is larger than 50cm, the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be normally used (the safety alarm distance has larger redundancy), and the material cost of the biasing member 22 can be reduced as much as possible.
It should be noted that, when the number of the resonance plates 21 is 2-3 and the length of the biasing member 22 is less than 35mm, after intensive test and creative work, the inventor of the present invention found that the length of the biasing member 22 is within a certain range, the width of the biasing member 22 is within a certain range, and the width of the resonance plate 21 is also within a certain range, so as to effectively ensure that the alarm performance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can achieve the technical effects mentioned in the above embodiments.
For the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, the number of the resonance sheets 21 and the size of the offset sheets and other aspects determine the alarm performance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, and the existing acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag field generally considers that: in order to achieve qualified alarm performance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, the size of the offset piece is generally set to be larger when the number of the resonance pieces 21 is fixed, and the number of the resonance pieces 21 needs to be correspondingly increased when the size of the offset piece is smaller. At present, no acoustic magnetic anti-theft label with one resonance sheet 21 and the length of the offset sheet less than 35mm appears. Conventional techniques believe that the resonator plate 21 is an offset plate with a smaller length, and will not produce a practical acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag with qualified alarm performance.
To overcome this technical prejudice in the prior art, the present embodiment provides the following solutions, with reference to fig. 3 and 4: the number of the resonance plates 21 is 1, the width of the biasing member 22 is 2.2-3.8mm, and the length thereof is 20-31 mm.
In this embodiment, the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag adopts the following structure: when the number of the resonance sheets 21 is one, the offset member 22 with the width larger than or equal to 2.2mm and the length smaller than 35mm and larger than or equal to 20mm still can make the detector of the existing acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label effectively detect at the preset safety alarm distance (generally at least 40 cm). The inventor tests that the alarm distance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is greater than 60cm in the X direction and greater than 40cm in the Z direction. Therefore, the short type acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag provided by the embodiment has unexpected technical effects through tests, and can overcome the technical bias that the conventional acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag with the resonance sheet 21 as one offset sheet and the length as small as possible cannot be normally used commercially. Moreover, the number of the resonance sheets 21 is reduced from a plurality to one, and the length of the offset piece 22 is less than 35mm, so that the material cost of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be greatly reduced.
It should be noted that, when the number of the resonator plates 21 is 1 and the length of the biasing member 22 is less than 35mm, the inventor of the present invention has conducted intensive testing studies and after creative efforts, found that the length of the biasing member 22 is within a certain range (the length is less than 35mm and greater than or equal to 22mm), and the width of the resonator plate 21 must be within a certain range (the width is greater than or equal to 2.2mm), so as to effectively ensure that the alarm performance of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag can be normally used.
In the above embodiment, the thickness of the biasing member 22 is optionally 0.04-0.06 mm. The resonance frequency of the acoustic magnetic anti-theft label is 57.5-58.5 kHz. The biasing member 22 is a plate-like structure or a strip-like structure. The length of the box body 20 is 17-40mm, and the width of the box body 20 is 6-9 mm.
To facilitate understanding of the above embodiments, a comparison table of the alarm distances of the acousto-magnetic anti-theft tags (taking the example of a resonator plate width of 6.0 mm) with the biasing member 22 having widths of 5.8, 3.2 and 1.8mm and different lengths is provided herein. (5.8-7.8mm wide resonator plate label with the same conclusion)
TABLE 1 alarm distance (cm) of acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label with 5.8, 3.2mm width and different length of bias part 22
TABLE 2 alarm distance (cm) of acoustic magnetic anti-theft label with offset width of 1.8mm and different length
Wherein, sample a is: two FeNiCoSiB-based resonance sheets 21 and one FeNi-based acousto-magnetic anti-theft label of a semi-hard magnetic biasing piece 22; sample B was: three FeNiMoB-based resonance sheets 21 and one FeMn-based acousto-magnetic anti-theft tag of a semi-hard magnetic biasing member 22; sample C was: a FeNiCoSiB-based resonance sheet 21 and a FeMn-based semi-hard magnetic bias sheet. In addition, as an example, the detection system for testing the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag may be an Ultrapost single-door detector of sensory brand.
In the two tables, the two sets of data in the X direction are: the two ends of the reversed acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label are respectively tested (namely, when one end of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label in the length direction is vertical to the surface of the detection antenna of the detector of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label, a group of data is tested, and when the other end of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label in the length direction is vertical to the surface of the detection antenna of the detector of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft label, another group of data is tested).
As can be seen from table 1, when the resonator plate 21 of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is two pieces and the width of the biasing member 22 is 5.8mm, the length of the biasing member 22 can be normally used even if it is reduced to 16mm in order to ensure a safety alarm distance (regardless of the X direction or the Z direction) of at least 40cm of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag. In addition, when the width of the biasing member 22 is reduced to 3.2mm when the resonant piece 21 of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag is three, the length of the biasing member 22 can be normally used even if it is reduced to 16mm in order to secure a safety alarm distance (regardless of the X direction or the Z direction) of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag of at least 40 cm.
As can be seen from table 2, when the width of the biasing member 22 is reduced to 1.8mm by one resonator plate 21 of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag, the length of the biasing member 22 needs to be 20mm or more in order to ensure a safety warning distance (regardless of the X direction or the Z direction) of at least 40cm of the acoustic-magnetic anti-theft tag.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention disclosed herein are intended to be covered by the scope of the present invention.
