Background
Electronic tags, also called transponders, are the most advanced non-contact sensing technology in the present time for asset management, which automatically identify objects and obtain relevant data by means of radio frequency signals. The RFID technology is applied to logistics and data tracking, so that the close matching of each link of a supply chain can be ensured, the production efficiency is improved, and enterprises obtain greater benefits. China will undoubtedly become the largest consumer market of electronic tags in the world, and electronic tags have great development potential. The electronic tag is bound to be widely applied to the fields of commerce, banks, public safety, aviation, military and the like, has an ever-expanding range, and gradually permeates the lives of common people.
In practical application, the label is often attached to the outside of an object, and the environment that the object faces during logistics transportation is complex, for example, the environmental temperature changes greatly, or the environmental temperature conditions are harsh, and in a low-temperature environment, the viscosity of the label is prone to being invalid and falling off, thereby affecting the visual management of assets.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, so that the low-temperature-resistant electronic tag can be tightly attached to the surface of an object at-80 ℃, and cannot fall off, deform or be damaged.

According to the low-temperature-resistant electronic tag, the surface material is made of high-density glassine paper, the fonts are printed clearly, deformation does not occur at low temperature, and the fonts are clear at low temperature; the 300LSE adhesive is not hardened at low temperature, and the electronic tag can be well adhered to a product within the temperature range of-80 ℃ without being hardened and falling off. The base paper 400 is used for carrying the electronic chip 200 and the electronic antenna 300, the electronic antenna 300 is adhered to the base paper 400 through glue, the electronic chip 200 is adhered to the electronic antenna 300 through glue, so that the electronic chip 200 and the electronic antenna 300 form a radio frequency loop, and the surface material 100 is adhered to the upper surface of the electronic chip 200 through glue.
All the glue used above is 300LSE glue. So that the electronic tag provided by the embodiment does not harden at low temperature.
The electronic tag provided by the embodiment has the characteristics that:
the surface material 100 adopts high-density glassine paper, the characters are printed clearly, the deformation can not occur at low temperature, and the characters are clear at low temperature; the 300LSE adhesive is not hardened at low temperature, and the electronic tag can be well adhered to a product within the temperature range of-80 ℃ without being hardened and falling off. The electronic tag has wider application scenes and range.
