With the rapid development of financial informatization, paperless financing landing gradually becomes a reality, the links of handling financing business of users are reduced, and the speed of handling the business of the users is accelerated. Meanwhile, the existing online financing mode is still that most risks are borne by the investor, and the financing service of the user faces the limitation of space and service level. Therefore, realizing the transparency of the financing information is the key point for improving the financing service.
Currently, investors lack effective control over the use of financing funds. Meanwhile, because the investor has a greater degree of dependence on enterprise credit and related qualifications, the investor is more willing to provide financing funds for larger enterprises. That is, the strict qualification proves that the user is seriously hindered from developing financing service, and the service handling efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application is proposed to provide an information processing method and apparatus that overcomes or at least partially solves the above problems.

When the first device clears the cost required to be paid to the information processing device, the information processing device acquires the signature confirmation information of the owner and the satisfied number of participants because the owner corresponding to the current target object is not the information processing device, and the received signature confirmation information satisfies the preset condition.
Specifically, whether any of the following conditions is satisfied is judged: determining whether the number of received signature confirmation messages exceeds a set value or whether the received signature confirmation messages come from the first device and the second device; and when any one of the conditions is met, confirming that the signature confirmation information meets the preset condition.
For example, after the first device pays the third value to the information processing apparatus, the information processing apparatus determines whether signature confirmation information of more than two-thirds of the participants is received.
For another example, when the first device pays the third value to the information processing apparatus, the information processing apparatus may consider that the first device can acquire ownership of the target object, when the information processing apparatus receives the signature confirmation information of the first device and the current owner.
In one possible implementation manner, the determining whether the received signature verification information includes signature verification information from the first device and the second device includes: decrypting the received signature confirmation information based on the public keys of the first device and the second device respectively to obtain first information of the received signature confirmation information; performing hash calculation on the received signature confirmation information to obtain second information of the received signature confirmation information; and if the first information and the second information are consistent, determining that the received signature confirmation information comes from the first equipment and the second equipment.
Optionally, after generating the signature confirmation message, the device may perform hash calculation on the signature confirmation message to generate a digest, encrypt the digest by using its own private key, and upload the encrypted digest to the blockchain network to prevent the signature confirmation message from being tampered.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the second threshold is obtained by pre-negotiating between the first device and the information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus may determine the second threshold value based on an actual condition of the first device.
For example, if the credit level of the first device is "high", the second threshold value is 0.1. For another example, if the number of target requests transmitted by the first device exceeds 3 and the sum of the first values of the plurality of target requests exceeds 600 ten thousand yuan, the information processing apparatus confirms that the second threshold value is 0.4.
Further, in a case where the first device cannot provide the third value, the first device may obtain the right of ownership of the object by providing a guarantee contract of a third party to the information processing apparatus or by providing a real estate mortgage contract to the information processing apparatus.
S206, generating second right information when the signature verification information satisfies the preset condition, where the second right information is used to verify that the first device obtains the ownership right of the target object.
As shown in fig. 3a, when the object is stored in the warehousing institution, the warehousing institution determines that the ownership of the object is the financial institution according to the request identifier (order number 001234) in the warehousing record, and when the financial institution confirms that the ownership of the object is transferred to the first device by means of signature confirmation information, the warehousing institution generates the second ownership information.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3a, when the object is under the control of the logistics enterprise or distributor, the logistics enterprise or distributor determines that the owner of the object is the financial institution according to the request identification (order number 001234), and when the financial institution confirms that the ownership of the object is transferred to the first device by means of the signature confirmation information, the logistics enterprise or distributor generates the second ownership information.
In a possible implementation manner, the method further includes: under the condition that the signature confirmation information does not meet the preset condition, selecting the signature confirmation information which does not meet the preset condition in the signature confirmation information as invalid confirmation information; and sending warning information to the first device and the second device, wherein the warning information includes the invalid confirmation information.
Taking fig. 3a as an example, when the object is stored in the warehousing unit, the warehousing unit determines that the ownership of the object is a financial institution according to the request identifier (order number 001234) in the warehousing record, the warehousing unit receives only the signature confirmation information transmitted by the first device and the supplier, and the financial institution does not confirm the transfer of the ownership of the object to the first device by means of the signature confirmation information, and then the operation of the first device and the supplier is regarded as an invalid operation, and the warning information is transmitted to the first device and the second device.
Further, when the signature confirmation information which does not meet the preset condition is acquired, the storage party of the target object regards the equipment which sends the signature confirmation information as risk equipment, and the information of the risk equipment is sent to the participant of the target object. Alternatively, the operation of the risk device may meet the requirements of some illegal contracts, and the information processing apparatus receives and stores the execution processing result of the illegal contract by the risk device.
For example, the first device may need to pay a third value (e.g., 20 ten thousand dollars) before being identified as an at-risk device; the first device is required to pay a fourth value (e.g., 40 ten thousand dollars) after being identified as the risky device, and the first device transmits the signature confirmation information to the information processing apparatus without providing any guarantee information and the third value, and the first device is identified as the risky device. The first device needs to send 40 ten thousand yuan to the information processing device, and when the second device confirms that the ownership right of the target object is transferred to the first device by means of signature confirmation information, the information processing device generates second ownership information.
And S207, generating an ex-warehouse record and uploading the ex-warehouse record to the block chain network, wherein the ex-warehouse record comprises the second right information.
In the embodiment of the application, a service management system is called to modify the state of the target object corresponding to the request identifier, a delivery record is generated according to the modified target object information, and the delivery record is uploaded to a block chain network.
As shown in fig. 3a, when the information processing apparatus is a device corresponding to a warehousing organization, and when a next delivery location (logistics enterprise) of the object is determined, the warehousing organization generates a delivery record of the object from information such as an identifier (000789) of the warehousing organization, a request identifier (001234), and a type (raw material) of the object, and uploads the delivery record to a block chain network. Further, the delivery record includes a next delivery location (logistics enterprise) of the target object, and the warehousing mechanism signs the delivery record to ensure the accuracy of the target object information during the transportation of the target object.
Alternatively, in the case where the next delivery location (logistics enterprise) of the target object has been determined, the warehousing entity may sign the records generated by the logistics enterprise to achieve the traceability of the target object in each link and to confirm the consistency of the rights information.
In the embodiment of the application, the records in all links of the target object and the corresponding ownership information are linked, so that the financing information is transparent, and the financing business handling efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the operation of the target object is verified, and the warning information is generated when the target object is subjected to unauthorized operation, so that the effective management and control of financing funds can be realized.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and the information processing apparatus shown in fig. 5 may include: acquisition unit 301, transmission unit 302, ownership unit 303, and processing unit 304.
An obtaining unit 301, configured to obtain a target request sent by a first device, where the target request includes a first numerical value, a request identifier, and target object information;
a sending unit 302, configured to send the first value from the second device to at least one third device when it is determined that a second value is received, so that the at least one third device generates an acquisition record corresponding to the target object and uploads the acquisition record to a block chain network, where the second value is a product of the first value and a first threshold, and the acquisition record includes the request identifier;
an ownership unit 303, configured to generate first ownership information when the acquisition record passes verification, where the first ownership information includes the request identifier, and is used to confirm that the second device obtains the ownership right of the target object;
the processing unit 304 is configured to generate a warehousing record and upload the warehousing record to the block chain network, where the warehousing record includes the first right information.
In a possible implementation manner, the apparatus further includes: a determining unit 305, configured to determine whether the received signature verification information satisfies a predetermined condition when it is determined that a third value is received, where the third value is a product of the first value and a second threshold;
the ownership unit 303 is further configured to generate second ownership information when the signature verification information meets the preset condition, where the second ownership information is used to verify that the first device obtains the ownership right of the target object;
the processing unit 304 is further configured to generate an ex-warehouse record and upload the ex-warehouse record to the blockchain network, where the ex-warehouse record includes the second right information.
In another possible implementation manner, the determining unit 305 is specifically configured to determine whether any of the following conditions is satisfied: determining whether the number of received signature confirmation messages exceeds a set value or whether the received signature confirmation messages come from the first device and the second device; and when any one of the conditions is met, confirming that the signature confirmation information meets the preset condition.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the determining unit 305 is further specifically configured to decrypt the received signature confirmation information based on public keys of the first device and the second device, respectively, to obtain first information of the received signature confirmation information; performing hash calculation on the received signature confirmation information to obtain second information of the received signature confirmation information; and if the first information and the second information are identical, determining that the received signature confirmation information is from the first device and the second device.
In another possible implementation manner, the apparatus further includes:
a selecting unit 306, configured to select, as invalid confirmation information, signature confirmation information that does not meet the preset condition from the signature confirmation information when the signature confirmation information does not meet the preset condition;
the sending unit 302 is further configured to send warning information to the first device and the second device, where the warning information includes the invalidation confirmation information.
In another possible implementation manner, the processing unit 304 is specifically configured to invoke a service management system to search the request identifier; and under the condition that the object identification of the target object is found, generating a warehousing record, wherein the warehousing record comprises the object identification and the request identification.
More detailed descriptions about the obtaining unit 301, the sending unit 302, the ownership unit 303, the processing unit 304, the determining unit 305, and the selecting unit 306 can be directly obtained by referring to the description about the information processing method in the embodiment of the method described in fig. 2 or fig. 4, which is not repeated herein.
In the embodiment of the application, records in all links of the target object and corresponding ownership information are linked, the operation of the target object is verified, and warning information is generated when unauthorized operation on the target object occurs, so that the financing information is transparent, the financing fund is effectively controlled, and the financing business handling efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an entity device structure of an information processing device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The information processing apparatus in the present embodiment as shown in fig. 6 may include: a processor 401, an input device 402, an output device 403, and a memory 404. The processor 401, the input device 402, the output device 403, and the memory 404 may be connected to each other via a bus.
The Memory includes, but is not limited to, a Read-Only Memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a compact disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disc storage, optical disc storage (including compact disc, laser disc, optical disc, digital versatile disc, blu-ray disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. The memory may be self-contained and coupled to the processor via a bus. The memory may also be integral to the processor.
A processor may also be referred to as a processing element, a processing unit, a processing board, a processing module, a processing device, or the like. The processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of a CPU and an NP. The processor may include one or more processors, for example, one or more central processing units, and in the case of one CPU, the CPU may be a single core CPU or a multi-core CPU.
The memory is used to store program codes and data of the network device.
The input means are for inputting data and/or signals and the output means are for outputting data and/or signals. The output means and the input means may be separate devices or may be an integral device.
The processor is used for calling the program codes and data in the memory and executing the following steps: acquiring a target request sent by first equipment, wherein the target request comprises a first numerical value, a request identifier and target object information; under the condition that a second value is confirmed to be received, the control output device sends the first value from the second device to at least one third device so that the at least one third device generates an acquisition record corresponding to the target object and uploads the acquisition record to a block chain network, wherein the second value is the product of the first value and a first threshold value, and the acquisition record comprises the request identifier; generating first right information under the condition that the acquired record passes verification, wherein the first right information comprises the request identifier and is used for confirming that the second equipment obtains the ownership right of the target object; and generating a warehousing record and uploading the warehousing record to the block chain network, wherein the warehousing record comprises the first right information.
In a possible implementation manner, the processor is further configured to perform the following steps: under the condition that a third value is confirmed to be received, judging whether the received signature confirmation information meets a preset condition or not, wherein the third value is the product of the first value and a second threshold value; generating second right information under the condition that the signature confirmation information meets the preset condition, wherein the second right information is used for confirming that the first equipment obtains the ownership right of the target object; and generating an ex-warehouse record and uploading the ex-warehouse record to the block chain network, wherein the ex-warehouse record comprises the second right information.
In another possible implementation manner, the step of determining whether the received signature confirmation information satisfies a preset condition by the processor includes: judging whether any one of the following conditions is met: determining whether the number of received signature confirmation messages exceeds a set value or whether the received signature confirmation messages come from the first device and the second device; and when any one of the conditions is met, confirming that the signature confirmation information meets the preset condition.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the step of determining whether the received signature verification information includes signature verification information from the first device and the second device by the processor includes: decrypting the received signature confirmation information based on public keys of the first device and the second device respectively to obtain first information of the received signature confirmation information; performing hash calculation on the received signature confirmation information to obtain second information of the received signature confirmation information; and if the first information and the second information are consistent, determining that the received signature confirmation information comes from the first equipment and the second equipment.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the processor is further configured to perform the following steps: under the condition that the signature confirmation information does not meet the preset condition, selecting the signature confirmation information which does not meet the preset condition in the signature confirmation information as invalid confirmation information; the control output device transmits warning information including the invalidation confirmation information to the first device and the second device.
In another possible implementation manner, the step of generating the warehousing record by the processor includes: calling a service management system to search the request identifier; and under the condition that the object identification of the target object is found, generating a warehousing record, wherein the warehousing record comprises the object identification and the request identification.
It is to be understood that fig. 6 shows only a simplified design of the information processing apparatus. In practical applications, the information processing apparatus may further include other necessary components, including but not limited to any number of network interfaces, input devices, output devices, processors, memories, etc., and all computing platforms that can implement the embodiments of the present application are within the scope of the present application.
In this application, the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiments of the present application.
In addition, functional components in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one component, or each component may exist alone physically, or two or more components may be integrated into one component. The integrated components can be realized in a form of hardware or a form of software functional units.
The integrated components, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention essentially or partially contributes to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution can be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can easily conceive various equivalent modifications or substitutions within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
It should be understood that, in the various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application. While the present application has been described herein in conjunction with various embodiments, other variations to the disclosed embodiments may be understood and effected by those skilled in the art in practicing the present application as claimed herein.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring a target request sent by first equipment, wherein the target request comprises a first numerical value, a request identifier and target object information;
under the condition that a second value is confirmed to be received, the first value from the second device is sent to at least one third device, so that the at least one third device generates an acquisition record corresponding to the target object information and uploads the acquisition record to a block chain network, wherein the second value is the product of the first value and a first threshold value, and the acquisition record comprises the request identifier;
generating first right information under the condition that the acquired record passes verification, wherein the first right information comprises the request identifier, and the first right information is used for confirming that the second equipment acquires the ownership right of the target object corresponding to the target object information;
and generating a warehousing record and uploading the warehousing record to the block chain network, wherein the warehousing record comprises the first right information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that a third value is confirmed to be received, judging whether the received signature confirmation information meets a preset condition or not, wherein the third value is the product of the first value and a second threshold value;
generating second ownership information under the condition that the signature confirmation information meets the preset condition, wherein the second ownership information is used for confirming that the first equipment obtains the ownership right of the target object;
and generating an ex-warehouse record and uploading the ex-warehouse record to the block chain network, wherein the ex-warehouse record comprises the second right information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the received signature confirmation information satisfies a predetermined condition comprises:
judging whether any one of the following conditions is met: judging whether the number of the received signature confirmation information exceeds a set value or not, or judging whether the received signature confirmation information comes from the first equipment and the second equipment or not;
and when any condition is met, confirming that the signature confirmation information meets the preset condition.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining whether the received signature confirmation information exists from the first device and the second device comprises:
decrypting the received signature confirmation information based on public keys of the first device and the second device respectively to obtain first information of the received signature confirmation information;
performing hash calculation on the received signature confirmation information to obtain second information of the received signature confirmation information;
and if the first information and the second information are consistent, determining that the received signature confirmation information comes from the first equipment and the second equipment.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
under the condition that the signature confirmation information does not meet the preset condition, selecting the signature confirmation information which does not meet the preset condition in the signature confirmation information as invalid confirmation information;
sending warning information to the first device and the second device, the warning information including the invalid confirmation information.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein generating the warehousing record comprises:
calling a service management system to search the request identifier;
and under the condition that the object identification of the target object is found, generating a warehousing record, wherein the warehousing record comprises the object identification and the request identification.
7. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target request sent by first equipment, and the target request comprises a first numerical value, a request identifier and target object information;
a sending unit, configured to send, when it is determined that a second value is received, the first value from the second device to at least one third device, so that the at least one third device generates an acquisition record corresponding to the target object and uploads the acquisition record to a block chain network, where the second value is a product of the first value and a first threshold, and the acquisition record includes the request identifier;
the right unit is used for generating first right information under the condition that the acquisition record passes verification, wherein the first right information comprises the request identification, and the first right information is used for confirming that the second equipment obtains the ownership right of the target object;
and the processing unit is used for generating a warehousing record and uploading the warehousing record to the block chain network, wherein the warehousing record comprises the first right information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the received signature confirmation information meets a preset condition or not under the condition that a third value is confirmed to be received, wherein the third value is the product of the first value and a second threshold value;
the ownership unit is further configured to generate second ownership information when the signature confirmation information meets the preset condition, where the second ownership information is used to confirm that the first device obtains the ownership right of the target object;
the processing unit is further configured to generate an ex-warehouse record and upload the ex-warehouse record to the block chain network, where the ex-warehouse record includes the second right information.
9. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising: a processor, an input device, an output device, and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor being configured to invoke the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
