Different aromatherapy concentration instructions can be set, for example, different aromatherapy proportions can be set, and different ratios of essential oil molecules in the air are used as different aromatherapy concentration instructions, namely, the aromatherapy concentration instructions can be 20% concentration, 40% concentration, 60% concentration and the like for a user to select; the ratio of the essential oil molecules in the air can be obtained through detection, and the required essential oil addition amount for different ratios of the essential oil molecules in the air can be determined through experiments in advance.
The aromatherapy concentration instruction can also be directly set as qualitative indexes such as primary concentration, secondary concentration, tertiary concentration and the like. Different levels correspond to different essential oil addition amounts, and the aromatherapy concentration can be gradually increased from one level to the top. The fragrance concentration instruction can also be in other setting forms so as to distinguish different fragrance concentrations for the purpose of selection of a user.
When a user needs to start the fragrance function, different fragrance concentrations can be selected, and the fragrance component can add the essential oil with corresponding quantity to the fragrance block according to the selection of the user and other related parameters.
Further, the air conditioner fragrance control method further comprises the following steps: according to the fragrance type instruction, essential oil is selectively added to the fragrance block. I.e. when a plurality of essential oil storage containers are provided, the user may choose between different essential oil types. The user can select one fragrance type, and the fragrance component controls the corresponding motor to operate and adds essential oil of the corresponding type; the user can also select multiple aromatherapy types simultaneously, and the aromatherapy component controls the operation of a plurality of motors correspondingly to add multiple types of essential oil correspondingly. Wherein, the addition amount of each type of essential oil should be equally determined in the total addition amount.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, other parameters include: air outlet temperature and air outlet flow rate at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The air outlet temperature and the air outlet flow rate can influence the volatilization speed of the essential oil in the fragrance block, and further can influence the actual concentration of the fragrance, so that the air outlet temperature and the air outlet flow rate should be comprehensively considered when the addition amount of the essential oil is determined.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further, adding essential oil to the fragrance block according to the fragrance concentration instruction and other parameters specifically includes: the greater the concentration in the fragrance concentration instruction, the greater the amount of essential oil added to the fragrance block; the higher the air outlet temperature at the air outlet of the air conditioner is, the smaller the amount of essential oil is added to the fragrance block; the larger the air outlet flow velocity at the air outlet of the air conditioner is, the smaller the amount of essential oil is added to the fragrance block. The preset essential oil addition amounts corresponding to different aromatherapy concentration instructions in a preset air outlet temperature interval and a preset air outlet flow rate interval can be determined through experiments in advance.
Under the selected actual fragrance concentration instruction:
when the actual air outlet temperature is in a preset air outlet temperature interval and the actual air outlet flow rate is in a preset air outlet flow rate interval, adding the essential oil according to the corresponding preset essential oil addition amount;
when the actual air outlet temperature is higher than a preset air outlet temperature interval, the actual air outlet flow rate is positioned in a preset air outlet flow rate interval or the actual air outlet temperature is positioned in a preset air outlet temperature interval, and the actual air outlet flow rate is higher than a preset air outlet flow rate interval, adding the essential oil according to the first essential oil adding amount;
when the actual air outlet temperature is lower than a preset air outlet temperature interval, the actual air outlet flow rate is positioned in a preset air outlet flow rate interval or the actual air outlet temperature is positioned in a preset air outlet temperature interval, and the actual air outlet flow rate is lower than the preset air outlet flow rate interval, adding the essential oil according to the second essential oil adding amount;
when the actual air outlet temperature is higher than a preset air outlet temperature interval and the actual air outlet flow rate is higher than a preset air outlet flow rate interval, adding the essential oil by using a third essential oil adding amount;
when the actual air outlet temperature is lower than a preset air outlet temperature interval and the actual air outlet flow rate is lower than a preset air outlet flow rate interval, adding the essential oil according to the fourth essential oil adding amount;
wherein the third essential oil addition amount < the first essential oil addition amount < the corresponding preset essential oil addition amount < the second essential oil addition amount < the fourth essential oil addition amount. Wherein each addition amount can be a set value. Setting the temperature of the air conditioner as the air outlet temperature, or setting a temperature sensor at the air outlet to detect the obtained temperature as the air outlet temperature; the rotating speed of the air conditioner inner fan is used as the air outlet flow speed, and a flow speed sensor can be arranged at the air outlet to detect the obtained flow speed as the air outlet flow speed.
On the basis of the embodiment, further, the air conditioner fragrance component comprises a fragrance box body 1 which is divided into a front part structure and a rear part structure, the fragrance box body is clamped together through a clamping structure, a fragrance block is placed in the formed inner space, the fragrance block is formed by pressing a high-pressure die made of a high polymer material, essential oil can be rapidly absorbed and uniformly spread to the whole fragrance box body, and then the essential oil is slowly released to the surrounding space. The aromatherapy box body 1 can be arranged in any rectangular area in a fixed frame of an air outlet of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, and has strong structural universality. The upper tilting buckle and the lower tilting buckle can be easily taken down by pressing.
The aromatherapy box body 1 is additionally provided with an automatic essential oil adding control structure, namely an essential oil storage container, a user can independently select the color of the fragrance (for example, 20%, 40% and 60%), after the user selects the color of the fragrance on the remote controller, the user transmits signals to the computer board, the computer board calculates the amount of essential oil to be added through a built-in calculation formula, and then the signals are transmitted to the automatic essential oil adding control structure to complete the automatic essential oil adding action.
According to the higher temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioner, the higher volatilization speed of the essential oil of the fragrance is; the larger the rotating speed of the fan is, the faster the fragrance essential oil is emitted to the room, and the actual adding amount of the essential oil should also comprehensively consider the air outlet temperature and the air outlet flow rate. The motor device controls the rotation amplitude through the received signal, so as to drive the threaded rod to rotate, and the threaded rod drives the rubber plug to move downwards to push the essential oil to drop out from the liquid outlet. Meanwhile, the essential oil storage device is provided with a liquid level display, and when the essential oil quantity is insufficient, a voice prompt is sent to remind a user of adding.
In the embodiment, the fragrance component is placed at the position of the air outlet, and the fragrance taste emitted by the fragrance block can be directly blown indoors along with the air outlet of the air conditioner; meanwhile, the user can directly take and replace the device, so that the operation convenience is improved; the shape and the taste of the fragrance block can be customized according to the preference of the user, and the product has stronger individuation.

Claims (7)

1. An air conditioning fragrance module, comprising: at least one aromatherapy case; the fragrance box body is internally provided with a fragrance block, the fragrance block is used for absorbing and storing essential oil, the side wall of the fragrance box body is provided with a hollowed-out structure, and the fragrance box body is detachably arranged at an air outlet of the air conditioner indoor unit;
the side of the aromatherapy box body is provided with a U-shaped clamp, and the aromatherapy box body is connected with a rotating shaft between an upper swing blade and a lower swing blade at an air outlet through the U-shaped clamp;
the top end and the bottom end of the aromatherapy box body are respectively provided with a clamp body pressed on the end face, and the aromatherapy box body is clamped on two supports adjacent to each other up and down at the air outlet through the clamp bodies at the top end and the bottom end; or, the top and the bottom of the aromatherapy box body are respectively connected with an elastic sheet, the tail end of the elastic sheet is provided with a buckle, and the aromatherapy box body is fixed between two upper and lower adjacent brackets at the air outlet through the buckles at the top and the bottom.

The air conditioning fragrance assembly of claim 1, wherein the fragrance cartridge is formed by detachably splicing a first cartridge and a second cartridge; the hollow structure is an opening arranged on the side wall of the aromatherapy box body, and at least one opening is arranged, and the size of the opening is larger than that of other openings.

The air conditioning fragrance assembly of any of claims 1 to 2, further comprising: at least one essential oil storage container; the essential oil storage container is fixed in the aromatherapy box body, the bottom liquid outlet of essential oil storage container is led to the aromatherapy box body and corresponds with the fragrance piece, the open-top of essential oil storage container passes through the rubber buffer seal, the rubber buffer is followed essential oil storage container's inside wall slidable sets up.

The air conditioning aromatherapy assembly according to claim 3, wherein the rubber plug is sleeved on the screw rod and is in threaded connection with the screw rod, and the top end of the screw rod is connected with the motor; the inside of the essential oil storage container is provided with a liquid level sensor.
5. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the air conditioner aromatherapy component according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a bracket is arranged at an air outlet of the indoor unit.
6. An air conditioning fragrance control method based on the air conditioning fragrance component according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
after the air conditioner is started, the air conditioner aromatherapy component is arranged at the air outlet;
and adding essential oil to the fragrance block according to the fragrance concentration instruction, the air outlet temperature at the air outlet of the air conditioner and the air outlet flow rate.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein adding essential oil to the fragrance block according to the fragrance concentration command, the outlet air temperature at the outlet of the air conditioner, and the outlet air flow rate comprises:
the greater the concentration in the fragrance concentration instruction, the greater the amount of essential oil added to the fragrance block;
the higher the air outlet temperature at the air outlet of the air conditioner is, the smaller the amount of essential oil is added to the fragrance block;
the larger the air outlet flow velocity at the air outlet of the air conditioner is, the smaller the amount of essential oil is added to the fragrance block.
