According to some embodiments of the present invention, one of the positioning pillars 13131 and the positioning holes 13222 is disposed on the left side plate 1311 and/or the right side plate 1312, the other of the positioning pillars 13131 and the positioning holes 13222 is disposed on the pressing plate connecting portion 1322, and the positioning pillars 13131 protrude into the positioning holes 13222.
The left side plate 1311 and the right side plate 1312 may be each provided with a positioning column 13131 or a positioning hole 13222, or one of the left side plate 1311 and the right side plate 1312 may be provided with a positioning column 13131 or a positioning hole 13222. And the other of the positioning columns 13131 and the positioning holes 13222 is disposed on the pressing plate connecting portion 1322, so that the left side plate 1311 and the right side plate 1312 can be matched with the pressing plate connecting portion 1322 to achieve the positioning of the pressing cover plate 132 and the top door front panel 131.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom wall of the upper cover plate 133 is provided with a first hook portion 1333, the top of the support portion 1321 is provided with a first slot 13211, the first hook portion 1333 extends into the first slot 13211, the first hook portion 1333 and the first slot 13211 can be in snap fit, so as to further fixedly connect the upper cover plate 133 and the gland plate 132, so that the connection between the upper cover plate 133 and the gland plate 132 is more reliable, meanwhile, the upper cover plate 133 is prevented from being easily separated from the upper side of the gland plate 132, and the stability of the top door structure is improved.
The bottom wall of the upper cover plate 133 may be provided with a plurality of first hook portions 1333, the plurality of first hook portions 1333 are arranged at intervals, the upper surface of the support portion 1321 is provided with a plurality of corresponding first slots 13211, and the plurality of first hook portions 1333 and the plurality of first slots 13211 may better realize a more firm connection between the upper cover plate 133 and the press cover plate 132.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, top door front panel 131 includes a left side panel 1311 and a right side panel 1312 extending rearward, and top door structure 13 further includes a left-right extending reinforcement assembly 134, the left and right ends of reinforcement assembly 134 being connected to left side panel 1311 and right side panel 1312, respectively. The reinforcing member 134 is provided with a second fixing portion 1344, and the supporting portion 1321 is fixed to the second fixing portion 1344 by a fixing connector passing therethrough.
As shown in fig. 5, the reinforcing component 134 extends in the left-right direction, so as to improve the structural strength of the top portion of the top door front panel 131 and ensure the structural stability of the top air outlet duct 130, the reinforcing component 134 is provided with a second fixing portion 1344, the second fixing portion 1344 is used to further connect the top door front panel 131 with the gland plate 132, the second fixing portion 1344 may be configured as a positioning hole 13222 provided on the reinforcing component 134, the gland plate 132 is provided with a groove engaged with the second fixing portion 1344, the groove can accommodate the second fixing portion 1344, so as to further position the top cover plate 133 and the top door front panel 131, a through hole aligned with the positioning hole 13222 is provided on the wall surface aligned with the second fixing portion 1344, and the fixing connector can pass through the through hole and engage with the positioning hole 13222 on the second fixing portion 1344, so as to further fix the top door front panel 131 to the gland plate 132.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the reinforcing component 134 is provided with a second locking slot 1345, the bottom wall of the upper cover plate 133 is provided with a second locking hook 1334, the second locking hook 1334 extends into the second locking slot 1345, and the top door front panel 131 and the upper cover plate 133 can be further connected by the arrangement of the second locking hook 1334 and the second locking slot 1345, so as to improve the stability of the top door structure 13.
The second locking slot 1345 disposed on the reinforcing component 134 may have a stable fixed base by virtue of the structure of the reinforcing component 134, and the upper cover plate 133 and the press cover plate 132 may be reliably connected by the cooperation of the second hook 1334 and the second locking slot 1345. Similarly, the second locking slots 1345 may be configured as a plurality of slots spaced apart in the extending direction of the reinforcing member 134, and the upper cover plate 133 is provided with corresponding second locking hooks 1334 to ensure the reliable fit between the upper cover plate 133 and the press cover plate 132.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the upper cover plate 133 is provided with a fitting hole through which the fixing connector is fixed to the reinforcement assembly 134.
The reinforcing component 134 can be provided with a mounting hole right opposite to the matching hole, the mounting hole can be arranged on the front side of the upper surface of the reinforcing component 134, the mounting hole is opened towards the upper side, the matching hole of the upper cover plate 133 can also be arranged on the front side of the upper surface of the upper cover plate 133, the matching hole can be constructed as a through hole, and a fixed connecting piece can penetrate through the matching hole from top to bottom to be connected with the reinforcing component 134 so as to fix the upper cover plate 133 and the press cover plate 132.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, reinforcement assembly 134 includes a reinforcing bottom panel 1341 and reinforcing ribs 1342, both left and right ends of reinforcing bottom panel 1341 are connected to left and right side panels 1311 and 1312, respectively, and reinforcing ribs 1342 are provided on an upper surface of reinforcing bottom panel 1341. The reinforcing bottom plate 1341 extends in the left-right direction to be configured as an upper wall of the top air outlet duct 130, at least part of the top air outlet duct 130 is formed between the reinforcing bottom plate 1341 and the left side plate 1311 and the right side plate 1312, a reinforcing rib 1342 is arranged on the upper surface of the reinforcing bottom plate 1341 to improve the overall structural strength of the reinforcing component 134, the reinforcing rib 1342 is arranged to enable the left side plate 1311 and the right side plate 1312 of the top door front panel 131 structure to be stably connected, meanwhile, the upper cover plate 133 can be effectively supported, a stable base can be provided for the second fixing portion 1344, and the reliability of connection between the top door front panel 131 and the gland plate 132 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the indoor unit 1 of the air conditioner includes a microphone module 14, the reinforcing rib 1342 has a notch, the notch and the reinforcing bottom plate 1341 cooperate to define a wiring slot 1343, and a wire connected to the microphone module 14 passes through the wiring slot 1343. The wiring groove 1343 is formed between the reinforcing rib 1342 and the reinforcing bottom plate 1341, so that the wiring arrangement of the microphone module 14 is facilitated, and the structural strength of the wiring groove 1343 can be ensured by the arrangement of the wiring groove 1343 and the arrangement of the reinforcing rib 1342 and the reinforcing bottom plate 1341.
One specific embodiment according to the present invention is described below.
An air conditioning indoor unit 1 according to the present invention includes a body part 11 and a panel part 12, a top door structure is provided on an upper side of the body part 11, the top door structure is movable up and down on the body part 11, the panel part 12 is provided on a front side of the body part 11, and a top door structure is provided on an upper end of the panel part 12, the top door structure including: a top door front panel 131, a gland plate 132 and an upper cover plate 133 formed integrally with the panel member 12, the top door front panel 131 is provided with a left side plate 1311 and a right side plate 1312, a first fixing portion 1313 and a positioning convex column are respectively arranged on the left side plate 1311 and the right side plate 1312, the positioning column is a square column, the upper ends of the left side plate 1311 and the right side plate 1312 are connected through a reinforcing component 134, a second fixing portion 1344 is arranged on the reinforcing component 134, a mounting hole matched with the top door front panel 131 is formed in the front end of the reinforcing component 134, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the reinforcing component 134, a wiring groove 1343 is formed between each reinforcing rib and a reinforcing bottom plate 1341 of the reinforcing component 134, a plurality of notches are formed in each reinforcing rib 1342 to form a second clamping groove 1345, a clamping protrusion suitable for being clamped and matched with the microphone module 14 is further arranged on the rear side wall of the top door front panel 131, and the microphone module 14 is clamped and matched with the top door front panel 131.
The pressure cover plate 132 is provided with pressure plate connecting parts 1322 which are arranged at intervals and extend in the vertical direction, the pressure plate connecting parts 1322 are opposite to the left and right shifts, and the upper ends of the two pressure plate connecting parts 1322 are connected through a support plate. The front side of the supporting plate is provided with a groove matched with the second fixing part 1344, the groove is provided with a through hole suitable for the fixed connecting piece to pass through, and the supporting plate is also provided with a first clamping groove 13211 suitable for being fixedly matched with the upper cover plate 133. The pressing plate connecting part 1322 is provided with a through hole 13221 matched with the positioning convex column and a through hole which is opposite to the first fixing part 1313 and is suitable for the fixing connecting piece to pass through.
The upper cover plate 133 covers the gland plate 132, the upper cover plate 133 includes an upper cover plate body 1332 and upper plate connecting portions disposed at both sides of the upper cover connecting portion 1331, the upper plate connecting portions are opposite to the pressure plate connecting portions 1322, a through hole penetrating in the vertical direction is disposed at the front side of the upper cover plate 133 body so as to be suitable for a fixed connecting member to pass through, and a corresponding mounting hole is disposed on the reinforcement assembly 134. The upper plate connecting portions on the left and right sides are respectively provided with through holes facing the through holes of the first fixing portion 1313 and the pressing plate connecting portion 1322, which are adapted to be penetrated by fixing connectors to fixedly connect the upper cover plate 133, the pressing cover plate 132, and the top door front panel 131 in the front-rear direction.

Claims (15)

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a machine body component, wherein a top air outlet frame capable of moving up and down is arranged in the machine body component, and the top air outlet frame can extend out of the top of the machine body component to perform top air outlet;
the panel part, the panel part is established the front side of fuselage part, the partly of panel part is located the top of fuselage part is in order to inject a door structure, run through its top exhaust passage around being equipped with in the door structure of top, the top air-out frame can move to with the top exhaust passage is just to setting up.
2. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a microphone module disposed in the top door structure, the microphone module being electrically connected to the electronic control device in the body member, the microphone module being configured to receive voice and transmit voice signals to the electronic control device and to broadcast voice signals transmitted by the electronic control device.
3. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the microphone module is snap-fitted into the top door structure.
4. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a front outlet below the top outlet duct is provided in the panel member, an upper air flow path for guiding air toward the front outlet duct and a lower air flow path below the upper air flow path are provided in the body member, the lower air flow path communicates with a space in the top outlet frame through a guide flow path extending upward and downward, and a part of the guide flow path is open to the front outlet duct for guiding air toward the front outlet duct.
5. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 4, further comprising a slide door slidably provided on the panel member to open or close the front outlet.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the top door structure includes:
the top door front panel is provided with a top air outlet of the top air outlet channel;
the pressure cover plate comprises a support part extending left and right, and the pressure cover plate is fixed on the top door front panel;
the upper cover plate is arranged on the outer side of the pressure cover plate, the supporting part supports the upper cover plate, the upper cover plate is connected with at least one of the top door front panel and the pressure cover plate, and the upper cover plate is matched with the top door front panel to limit the appearance surface of the top door structure.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the top door front panel includes a left side plate and a right side plate extending rearward, the left side plate and the right side plate are each provided with a first fixing portion, the cover plate includes a cover plate connecting portion connected to left and right ends of the support portion, the cover plate connecting portion is provided with a through hole, the cover plate includes an upper cover connecting portion disposed opposite to the cover plate connecting portion, and a fixing connecting member is fitted to the first fixing portion through the upper cover connecting portion and the through hole in this order.
8. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein one of a positioning column and a positioning hole is provided on the left side plate and/or the right side plate, the other of the positioning column and the positioning hole is provided on the pressing plate connecting portion, and the positioning column extends into the positioning hole.
9. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom wall of the upper cover plate is provided with a first hooking portion, the top of the support portion is provided with a first hooking groove, and the first hooking portion extends into the first hooking groove.
10. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the top door front panel includes a left side plate and a right side plate extending rearward, and the top door structure further includes a reinforcing member extending left and right, and left and right ends of the reinforcing member are connected to the left side plate and the right side plate, respectively.
11. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 10, wherein a second fixing portion is provided on the reinforcement member, and the support portion is fixed to the second fixing portion by a fixing connector penetrating therethrough.
12. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 10, wherein a second engaging groove is formed in the reinforcement member, and a second engaging hook portion is formed in a bottom wall of the upper cover plate and extends into the second engaging groove.
13. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 10, wherein a fitting hole is provided in the upper cover plate, and a fixing attachment is fixed to the reinforcement member through the fitting hole.
14. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 10, wherein the reinforcement assembly includes a reinforcement base plate and reinforcing ribs, both left and right ends of the reinforcement base plate are connected to the left and right side plates, respectively, and the reinforcing ribs are provided on an upper surface of the reinforcement base plate.
15. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 14, wherein the indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a microphone module, the reinforcing rib is provided with a notch, the notch and the reinforcing bottom plate cooperate to define a wiring groove, and a wire connected to the microphone module passes through the wiring groove.
