At present, a power clutch on a reduction gearbox of an automobile winch generally consists of a handle, an internal gear and an external gear. By rotating the handle, the internal gear and the external gear are in an engaged state or a disengaged state. an internal gear including a plurality of first internal teeth and a plurality of second internal teeth, one of the second internal teeth being provided between two adjacent ones of the first internal teeth; the width of the second internal teeth is shortened relative to the width of the first internal teeth in the axial direction of the internal gear with one end face of the internal gear as a first reference;
an outer gear including a plurality of first outer teeth and a plurality of second outer teeth, one of the second outer teeth being disposed between every two adjacent ones of the first outer teeth; a width of the second external teeth is shortened with respect to a width of the first external teeth in an axial direction of the external gear with one end surface of the external gear as a second reference; the first datum is opposite the second datum;
a handle connected to the inner gear and movable between a first position and a second position, the first and second inner teeth of the inner gear meshing with the first and second outer teeth of the outer gear when the handle is in the first position; when the handle is in the second position, the inner gear disengages from the outer gear.
According to the power clutch device for the automobile winch, the second internal teeth are arranged between the first internal teeth which are adjacent in pairs on the internal gear, and the width of the second internal teeth is shortened relative to the width of the first internal teeth relative to the first reference; correspondingly, a second external tooth is arranged between every two adjacent first external teeth of the external gear, and the width of the second external tooth is shortened relative to the width of the first external tooth relative to a second reference; when the relative position of the internal gear and the external gear is in a first reference and a second reference, the internal gear is stirred through the handle to move axially, so that the first internal tooth and the second internal tooth of the internal gear are meshed with the first external tooth and the second external tooth of the external gear easily, and meanwhile, the first internal tooth and the second internal tooth of the internal gear are separated from the first external tooth and the second external tooth of the external gear easily. In other words, the power clutch device for the automobile winch, provided by the embodiment of the invention, is easy and sensitive to operate, and the clutch rate is greatly improved.
According to one embodiment of the invention the width of the second inner teeth is shortened by 1-5mm in relation to the width of the first inner teeth. The width of the second inner teeth is shortened by 1-5mm relative to the width of the first inner teeth, so that the power clutch device is easier and more convenient to operate, and the clutch rate is further improved.
Optionally, the width of the second internal teeth is shortened by 3mm with respect to the width of the first internal teeth. Through shortening the relative first internal tooth width of second internal tooth width by 3mm for power clutch operates easily nimble more, and the separation and reunion rate further improves.
According to one embodiment of the invention the width of the second outer teeth is shortened by 1-5mm in relation to the width of the first outer teeth. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second internal teeth are provided with a first round at an end portion in the axial direction of the internal gear near the first reference; the second outer teeth are provided with a second radius at an end portion near the second reference and in the axial direction of the outer gear. Therefore, the power clutch device is easier and more flexible to operate, the clutch rate is further improved, and the clutch rate can even reach 100%.
According to one embodiment of the invention, an eccentric cylinder is provided at an end of the handle connected to the internal gear.

a handle connected to the inner gear and movable between a first position and a second position, the first and second inner teeth of the inner gear meshing with the first and second outer teeth of the outer gear when the handle is in the first position; when the handle is in the second position, the inner gear disengages from the outer gear.
According to the automobile winch disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the power clutch device is light and sensitive in operation, and the clutch rate is greatly improved.

The external gear 2 includes a plurality of first external teeth 21 and a plurality of second external teeth 22, and one second external tooth 22 is provided between every two adjacent first external teeth 21; the width of the second outer teeth 22 is shortened relative to the width of the first outer teeth 21 in the axial direction of the external gear 2 with one end surface of the external gear 2 as the second reference 23; the first reference 13 of the internal gear 1 is opposed to the second reference 23 of the external gear 2. The handle 3 is connected with the internal gear 1 and is movable between a first position and a second position, when the handle 3 is in the first position, the first internal teeth 11 and the second internal teeth 12 of the internal gear 1 are meshed with the first external teeth 21 and the second external teeth 22 of the external gear 2; when the handle 3 is in the second position, the inner gear 1 is disengaged from the outer gear 2.
According to the power clutch device 10 for the winch of the automobile of the embodiment of the invention, on the internal gear 1, a second internal tooth 12 is arranged between the first internal teeth 11 adjacent to each other in pairs, and the width of the second internal tooth 12 is shortened relative to the width of the first internal teeth 11 relative to the first reference 13; accordingly, in the external gear 2, one second external tooth 22 is provided between two adjacent first external teeth 21, and the width of the second external tooth 22 is shortened relative to the width of the first external teeth 21 relative to the second reference 23; when the relative position of the internal gear 1 and the external gear 2 is made to be opposite to the first reference 13 and the second reference 23, the internal gear 1 is pulled by the handle 3 to move axially, so that the first internal teeth 11 and the second internal teeth 12 of the internal gear 1 and the first external teeth 21 and the second external teeth 22 of the external gear 2 are easily engaged with each other, and at the same time, the first internal teeth 11 and the second internal teeth 12 of the internal gear 1 and the first external teeth 21 and the second external teeth 22 of the external gear 2 are also easily disengaged from each other. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the value of the distance a by which the width of the second internal teeth 12 is shortened with respect to the width of the first internal teeth 11 may be selected within the range of 1 to 5 mm. According to one embodiment of the invention, the value of the distance b by which the width of the second outer teeth 22 is shortened relative to the width of the first outer teeth 21 may be selected in the range of 1-5 mm. Specifically, the value b of the embodiment of the invention is 3mm, so that the power clutch device is easier and more convenient to operate, and the clutch rate is further improved.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second internal teeth 12 are provided with first chamfers 14 at ends close to the first reference 13 and in the axial direction of the internal gear 1; the second outer teeth 22 are provided with second chamfers 24 at ends near the second reference 23 and in the axial direction of the outer gear 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the first chamfers 14 are disposed symmetrically with respect to the center plane of the second internal teeth 12 in the axial direction of the internal gear 1; as shown in fig. 7, the second chamfers 24 are disposed symmetrically with respect to the center plane of the second external teeth 22 in the axial direction of the external gear 2. Therefore, the power clutch device is easier and more flexible to operate, the clutch rate is further improved, and the clutch rate can even reach 100%.
Instead of one embodiment of the present invention, the second internal teeth 12 are provided with a first rounding (not shown in the drawings) at the end portions near the first reference 13 and in the axial direction of the internal gear 1; the second external teeth 22 are provided with a second radius (not shown in the drawings) at the end portion near the second reference 23 and in the axial direction of the external gear 2, so that the operation of the power clutch device is also easier and more flexible, the clutch ratio is further improved, and the clutch ratio can even reach 100%.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, an eccentric cylinder 31 is provided at one end of the handle 3 connected to the internal gear 1.

an outer gear including a plurality of first outer teeth and a plurality of second outer teeth, one of the second outer teeth being disposed between every two adjacent ones of the first outer teeth; a width of the second external teeth is shortened with respect to a width of the first external teeth in an axial direction of the external gear with one end surface of the external gear as a second reference; the first datum is opposite the second datum;
a handle connected to the inner gear and movable between a first position and a second position, the first and second inner teeth of the inner gear meshing with the first and second outer teeth of the outer gear when the handle is in the first position; when the handle is in the second position, the inner gear disengages from the outer gear.
2. The power clutch apparatus for winch of automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the second internal teeth is shortened by 1-5mm with respect to the width of the first internal teeth.
3. The power clutch apparatus for an automobile winch according to claim 2, wherein the width of the second internal teeth is shortened by 3mm with respect to the width of the first internal teeth.

The power clutch apparatus for an automobile winch according to claim 6, wherein the first chamfer is provided symmetrically with respect to a center plane of the second internal tooth in the axial direction of the internal gear; the second chamfers are disposed symmetrically with respect to a center plane of the second external teeth in an axial direction of the external gear.

The power clutch apparatus for a winch of an automobile according to claim 1, wherein the second internal teeth are provided with a first radius at an end portion near the first reference and in the axial direction of the internal gear; the second outer teeth are provided with a second radius at an end portion near the second reference and in the axial direction of the outer gear.
9. The power clutch device for a winch of an automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein an eccentric cylinder is provided at an end of the handle connected to the internal gear.
10. A vehicle winch, characterized in that it comprises a power clutch device for vehicle winches according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
