As shown in FIGS. 1-4:
in one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a drill rod hoist for handling a drill rod 9, comprising:
the crane can hoist articles through the traction steel wire rope;
the arm support 1 comprises a first rod section 11 and a second rod section 12 which are arranged along the length direction;
the lifting ring 2 is fixedly arranged at one end, close to the second rod section 12, of the first rod section 11 and can be connected with the crane through a steel wire rope; and
and the manual magnet 3 is fixedly arranged on the second rod section 12 and is configured to selectively adsorb the drill rod 9 or release the adsorption of the drill rod 9.
In some embodiments, the drill pipe hoist further comprises:
and the manual operating rod is operatively connected to the manual magnet 3, and can control the attraction of the manual magnet 3 to the drill rod 9 or release the attraction of the manual magnet 9 through manual operation.
In some embodiments, the arm support 1 is formed by bending a rod twice, the first rod segment 11 and the second rod segment 12 are parallel to each other in the length direction, and the manual magnet 3 is located on a side of the second rod segment 12 away from the hanging ring 2.
The drill rod hoisting device is connected with the hoisting machine through the hoisting ring 2 and then connected with the drill rod 9 through the manual magnet 3, so that the drill rod 9 can be easily hoisted by the hoisting machine, and the drill rod 9 can be conveniently carried or assembled and disassembled in a hoisted state.
The boom 1 is made of a rod that is bent twice so as to form a first rod section 11 that is closer to the drill rod 9 and a second rod section 12 that is at a greater distance from the drill rod 9. At this time, the distance difference between the first rod segment 11 and the second rod segment 12 provides an accommodating space for the manual magnet 3, so that the manual magnet 3 can be closer to or closely attached to the drill rod 9 when being placed on one side of the second rod segment 12 facing the first rod segment 11, thereby strengthening the magnetic attraction effect of the manual magnet 3 on the drill rod 9 and improving the reliability of the hoisting equipment of the drill rod 9.
The manual magnet 3 can be an electrically controlled manual magnet 3 iron attracting device, namely, the manual magnet 3 can be adjusted to have magnetic force or not to have magnetic force through a manual control switch, so that the drill rod 9 is flexibly adsorbed and loosened. The side face of the manual magnet 3 close to the drill rod 9 can have a certain radian, and the cambered surface has a larger attaching area which is in contact with the drill rod 9, so that the magnetic attraction stability is improved.
Further, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the drill rod 9 slides or is separated when only one end of the drill rod is attached to the manual magnet 3, in some embodiments, the drill rod hoisting device further comprises:
the first drill rod holder 4 is detachably mounted at one end, far away from the second rod section 12, of the first rod section 11 through a bolt, and can limit the drill rod 9.
The first drill rod holder 4 is mounted at one end of the first rod segment 11 away from the second rod segment 12 with a set distance from the manual magnet 3 to limit the movement of the drill rod 9 in a two-point fixed manner, thereby assisting the manual magnet 3 to more firmly adsorb the drill rod 9.
Further, in some embodiments, the first rod holder 4 comprises:
the attaching part 41 is arranged towards one side far away from the hanging ring 2 and is provided with a circular arc-shaped outline capable of partially coating the drill rod 9; and
and the limiting groove 42 is arranged towards one side close to the hanging ring 2 and can clamp and limit the steel wire rope, so that the steel wire rope is parallel to the drill rod 9.
The circular arc-shaped outline of the attaching part 41 can prevent the drill rod 9 from being separated from the magnetic attraction range of the manual magnet 3 due to rolling or sliding when being attracted, so that the reliability of the drill rod hoisting device is improved; the limiting groove 42 is used for penetrating through the steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope passes through the limiting groove 42 and the hanging ring 2, so that the drill rod 9 is always parallel to a vertical beam of the drilling machine in the process of hoisting and moving the drill rod 9, and the subsequent operation of loading and unloading the drill rod 9 is facilitated.
Further, for the case that the inner and outer drill rods 9 are nested with each other, in some embodiments, the drill rod hoisting device further includes:
the second drill rod holder 5 is detachably mounted at one end, far away from the first rod section 11, of the second rod section 12 through a bolt, and can limit the drill rod 9.
The second drill rod holder 5 has a function similar to that of the first drill rod holder 4, but the arrangement positions of the second drill rod holder and the first drill rod holder are respectively located at two ends of the arm support 1, so that two drill rods 9 in the inner and outer double-layer drill rods 9 can be respectively limited from two ends. For example, the first rod holder 4 and the manual magnet 3 fix the outer drill rod 9, while the second rod holder 5 and the manual magnet 3 fix the inner drill rod 9.
At this time, the drill rods 9, which are made of iron material and located on the outer side, have certain magnetic conductivity, so that the magnetic force generated by the manual magnet 3 is not completely blocked, and the manual magnet 3 can simultaneously adsorb two drill rods 9 in the inner and outer double-layer drill rods 9 on the inner and outer sides. When the drill rod 9 is a single drill rod 9, the second drill rod holder 5 can be removed, and the hoisting operation of the drill rod 9 is carried out only by the first drill rod holder 4 and the manual magnet 3.
Further, in order to optimize the limit of the second rod holder 5 on the rod 9, in some embodiments, the second rod holder 5 comprises:
the first end of the extension part 51 is connected to the pin shaft along the length direction of the arm support 1; and
and a limiting part 52 fixedly arranged at the second end of the extension part 51 and provided with a bracket structure capable of limiting the drill rod 9.
The extension part 51 can extend the distance between the limiting part 52 and the manual magnet 3, so that the distance between two fixed points of the drill rod 9 is increased, and the fixing stability of the drill rod 9 is improved. The support structure of the limiting part 52 may be set according to the structure of the drill rod 9, for example, support structures with different dimensions may be selected for drill rods 9 with different radii to form the limiting part 52 of the second drill rod holder 5, so as to optimize the holding effect on the drill rod 9.
Further, in some embodiments, the drill rod 9 is an inner-layer drill rod 9 and an outer-layer drill rod 9, the first drill rod holder 4 limits the outer-layer drill rod 9, the second drill rod holder 5 limits the inner-layer drill rod 9, and the limit position of the outer-layer drill rod 9 by the first drill rod holder 4 and the limit position of the inner-layer drill rod 9 by the second drill rod holder 5 are concentrically arranged with each other.
Further, for the convenience of the operator, in some embodiments, the drill pipe hoisting device further includes:
a first handle 6, fixedly arranged on said first rod section 11, symmetrically extends outwards with respect to the first rod.
Based on the first handle 6, an operator can hold the first handle 6 with both hands simultaneously to control the boom 1 to be close to the drill rod 9 more accurately.
When the drill rod 9 sleeved with the inner layer and the outer layer needs to be hoisted, in some embodiments, the drill rod hoisting device further comprises:
a second handle 7 connected to the second pole segment 12 by a pair of pins. The operation of hoisting the drill rod 9 by the second handle 7 is similar to that of the first handle 6, and is not described in detail here.
Further, in order to more conveniently control the crane to complete the hoisting operation of the boom, in some embodiments, the drill rod 9 replacing device further includes:
and the wireless remote controller placing seat 8 is fixedly arranged on the second handle 7 and is used for placing a wireless remote controller which can be remotely controlled to operate the crane.
Based on the above embodiment, the specific implementation process of assembling and disassembling the drill rod 9 by the drill rod hoisting device is as follows:
when installing the single drill rod 9, an operator grasps the second handle 7, controls a crane through a wireless remote controller to move the drill rod hoisting device to the vicinity of the stored drill rod 9, and aligns and adheres the first drill rod holder 4 and the manual magnet 3 to the surface of the drill rod 9 positioned at the outer side through the first handle 6; subsequently, the manual switch of the manual magnet 3 is toggled, so that the manual magnet 3 generates magnetic force to attract the drill rod 9. Before hoisting, hanging a steel wire rope in a limiting groove 42 on the first drill rod holder 4 to ensure that the drill rod 9 is parallel to a vertical beam of a drilling machine in the moving process of hoisting the drill rod 9, so that the operation of assembling the drill rod 9 is facilitated; then, controlling the wireless remote controller to move the drill rod 9 to a preset installation position (clamp position) to finish the operation of installing the drill rod 9; and finally, a manual switch of the manual magnet 3 is toggled, so that the magnetic force of the manual magnet 3 disappears to loosen the drill rod 9, and the drill rod hoisting device is dismounted.
When the drill rod 9 sleeved with the inner layer and the outer layer is installed, the second drill rod retainer 5 only needs to be installed through a pin shaft, and the specific construction process is the same as that of installation of the independent drill rod 9.
When the drill rod 9 is disassembled, an operator grasps the second handle 7, controls the crane through the wireless remote controller to move the drill rod hoisting device to the position close to the drill rod 9 to be disassembled, and aligns the first drill rod holder 4 and the manual magnet 3 with the drill rod 9 through the first handle 6 to enable the surfaces of the drill rod 9 to be attached; then, a manual switch of the manual magnet 3 is turned, so that the manual magnet 3 generates magnetic force to attract the drill rod 9, and the drill rod 9 is dismounted; before hoisting, the steel wire rope is not required to be hung in the limiting groove 42 on the first drill rod holder 4, and a wireless remote controller is controlled to move the drill rod 9 to a rod storage device to finish the operation of disassembling the drill rod 9; and finally, toggling the manual switch of the manual magnet 3 to make the magnetic force of the manual magnet 3 disappear to loosen the drill rod 9, and detaching the hoisting device.
In one aspect of the present disclosure there is provided a drilling rig including a pipe hoist as described in any of the previous embodiments.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the drill rod 9 needs to be assembled and disassembled in the construction process of the drilling machine, especially when the inner and outer double-layer drill rods 9 are assembled and disassembled simultaneously, the drill rod 9 can be conveniently and rapidly assembled and disassembled by one person through the drill rod hoisting device, manual assistance is reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, the construction cost is saved, and the construction safety is improved. In addition, the drill rod hoisting device is small in size and convenient to carry and place.
