In actual use, the lock body 10 is provided with a locking structure 30, a mechanical lock structure 40 and an electronic lock structure 50, and the mechanical lock structure 40 and the electronic lock structure 50 are respectively in transmission connection with the locking structure 30. After the lock beam 20 is inserted into the lock body 10, a user can control the mechanical lock structure 40 or the electronic lock structure 50 to drive the locking structure 30 to move in the unlocking direction and the locking direction, so that the relative positions of the lock beam 20 and the lock body 10 can be limited, and the unlocking and locking operations of the U-shaped lock 1 can be completed. The mechanical lock structure 40 and the electronic lock structure 50 of the U-shaped lock 1 of the invention can independently drive the locking structure 30 to move. Therefore, the U-shaped lock 1 has two unlocking modes of mechanical unlocking and electronic unlocking, and the intelligent degree and the use convenience of the U-shaped lock 1 are improved.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 in combination, in one embodiment of the present application, the locking structure 30 includes a first locking member 31 and a second locking member 32, the first locking member 31 includes a first driving plate 312 and a first tenon 313, and the second locking member 32 includes a second driving plate 322 and a second tenon 323. The plate surfaces of one sides of the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 are convexly provided with a first buckle and a second buckle, the whole of the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 are arranged in a cylindrical shape, and a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove matched with the first buckle and the second buckle are formed, the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are deficient materials formed on the side surfaces of the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323, the first buckle is buckled on the first clamping groove to detachably connect the first transmission plate 312 and the first tenon 313, and the second buckle is buckled on the second clamping groove to detachably connect the second transmission plate 322 and the second tenon 323. The first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 of in-process of shutting are in the locking groove 20a at lock beam 20 both ends, with lock beam 20 spacing in the keyhole, and this embodiment sets up to dismantling connection structure through with driving plate and tenon, can conveniently change the tenon after wearing and tearing, and daily maintenance is more convenient with the maintenance. It can be understood that the tenon and the driving plate can also be of an integrally formed structure, so that the number of parts of the U-shaped lock 1 can be reduced, and the assembly and production of the U-shaped lock 1 are facilitated.
The mechanical lock cylinder 41 and the driving member 51 are fixed in the lock case and are spaced apart in the unlocking direction. The mechanical lock cylinder 41 is fixed in the lock case and is driven by the key to rotate, the driving element 51 is fixed in the lock case, in an embodiment of the present application, the driving element 51 is a servo motor, the precision of the servo motor is high and is convenient to control, and therefore, the precision of the U-shaped lock 1 for rotating and unlocking in the electronic lock mode can be improved. The first transmission member 42 is connected to the rotation output end of the mechanical lock cylinder 41, the second transmission member 52 is connected to the output end of the driving member 51, meanwhile, the first transmission member 42 is respectively connected with the first transmission plate 312 of the first locking member 31 and the second transmission plate 322 of the second locking member 32 in a transmission manner, and the second transmission member 52 is also connected with the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 in a transmission manner. In the mechanical lock mode, the mechanical lock cylinder 41 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise and drives the first driving plate 312 and the second driving plate 322 to move toward or away from the two opposite ends of the lock beam 20, respectively, so that the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 can extend into or out of the locking grooves 20a at the two ends of the lock beam 20, thereby realizing the unlocking and locking operations in the mechanical lock mode. In the electronic lock mode, the driving member 51 rotates forward or backward to achieve unlocking and locking operations in the electronic lock mode, and the specific process refers to the mechanical lock mode and is not described in detail herein.
It can be understood that the mechanical lock cylinder 41 is usually adapted to a key, and the rotation of the mechanical lock cylinder 41 is realized by rotating the key, in other embodiments of the present application, the mechanical lock cylinder 41 can also be unlocked by dialing, that is, the mechanical lock cylinder 41 is a dial type all-mechanical combination lock, and a user rotates the dial to a preset position, and further rotates the lock cylinder, so as to realize the unlocking and locking operations in the mechanical lock mode. So not only can the security of the improvement U type lock 1 of great degree, the user need not to carry the key simultaneously and can accomplish the operation of unblanking and shutting, combines electronic lock structure 50 simultaneously, can further improve the convenience of U type lock 1.
In order to realize that the mechanical lock structure 40 and the electronic lock structure 50 can simultaneously drive the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 to move towards or away from the two ends of the lock beam 20, in an embodiment of the present application, the first transmission member 42 includes a first rotating wheel 421 and two first rotating protrusions 422, and the second transmission member 52 includes a second rotating wheel 521 and two second rotating protrusions 522.
Referring to fig. 5 again, specifically, the first rotating wheel 421 and the second rotating wheel are integrally cylindrical, the first rotating wheel 421 is connected to the rotation output end of the mechanical lock cylinder 41, the second rotating wheel 521 is connected to the output shaft of the driving member 51, and the centers of the circles of the first rotating wheel 421 and the second rotating wheel 521 coincide with the rotation centers of the mechanical lock cylinder 41 and the driving member 51, respectively. The two first rotating protrusions 422 are spaced apart from each other on the surface of the first wheel 421 and are disposed away from the center of rotation of the first wheel 421, i.e., the center of the first wheel 421, and the two second rotating protrusions 522 are spaced apart from each other on the surface of the second wheel 521 and are disposed away from the center of rotation of the second wheel 521. The first lock 31 is provided with a first connecting portion connecting a first rotating protrusion 422 and a second rotating protrusion 522, and the second lock 32 is provided with a second connecting portion connecting another second rotating protrusion 522 and another second rotating protrusion 522.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present application, the first connecting portions are two first limiting grooves 311a opened on the first transmission plate 312, the second connecting portions are two second limiting grooves 321a opened on the second transmission plate 322, and the two first limiting grooves 311a and the two second limiting grooves 321a are spaced apart in the unlocking direction; the first rotating wheel 421 and the second rotating wheel 521 are disposed at an interval in the unlocking direction, wherein a connecting line of two first rotating protrusions 422 and two second rotating protrusions 522 is parallel to the unlocking direction, and a distance from the first rotating protrusions 422 to the second rotating protrusions 522 is equal to a distance between two first limiting grooves 311a or two second limiting grooves 321 a. Thus, the first rotating protrusion 422 and the second rotating protrusion 522 can be respectively received in the two first limiting grooves 311a or the two second limiting grooves 321 a. Taking the unlocking in the mechanical lock mode as an example, when the mechanical lock cylinder 41 rotates, the first rotating wheel 421 rotates, the two oppositely disposed first rotating protrusions 422 rotate along the rotation center and abut against one of the first limiting grooves 311a and one of the second limiting grooves 321a, respectively, the two first rotating protrusions 422 continue to rotate so that the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 move along the locking direction or the unlocking direction, and the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 respectively drive the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 to move in the direction close to or far from the locking groove 20a, thereby realizing the unlocking and locking operations of the U-shaped lock. The unlocking and locking movements in the electronic lock mode refer to the mechanical lock mode, and redundant description is omitted here.
It is understood that when the first rotating wheel 421 and the second rotating wheel rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction, the first rotating protrusion 422 or the second rotating protrusion 522 abuts against the side wall of the first limiting groove 311a or the second limiting groove 321a in the unlocking or locking direction, so that when the mechanical lock cylinder 41 rotates in the forward direction or the reverse direction, since the first driving plate 312 and the second driving plate 322 move accordingly, the second rotating wheel 521 also moves accordingly, therefore, in order to be able to operate the mechanical lock structure 40 and the locking structure 30, and the electronic lock structure 50 and the locking structure 30 in the mechanical lock mode or the electronic lock mode independently of each other without affecting each other, that is, when the first rotating wheel 421 drives the first driving plate 312 and the second driving plate 322 to move, the second rotating wheel 521 does not rotate due to the abutting force from the first driving plate 312 and the second driving, so that the service life of the driving member 51 is affected. In an embodiment of the present application, the length of the first limiting groove 311a and the second limiting groove 321a extending in the unlocking direction is at least greater than the distance of the first lock member 31 and the second lock member 32 moving.
Specifically, the movement of the U-shaped lock 1 in the mechanical lock mode is described, in an embodiment of the present application, the mechanical lock structure 40 further includes a first elastic member 43, the electronic lock structure 50 further includes a second elastic member, the first elastic member 43 and the second elastic member are symmetrically disposed on the lock body 10, the first elastic member 43 elastically abuts against the first plug 313, and the second elastic member elastically abuts against the second plug 323. When the lock is unlocked, the first rotating wheel 421 rotates counterclockwise, and the two first rotating protrusions 422 drive the first driving plate 312 and the second driving plate 322 to move a certain distance in the unlocking direction, so that the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 can exit from the locking groove 20a, and the lock is unlocked. At this time, in order to avoid that the second rotating wheel 521 also rotates, the first limiting groove 311a and the second limiting groove 321a extend for a certain distance along the unlocking direction, that is, the extending length of the first limiting groove 311a and the second limiting groove 321a is at least greater than the distance that the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 move in the unlocking direction, so that the groove side walls of the other first limiting groove 311a and the other second limiting groove 321a can be prevented from abutting against the two second rotating protrusions 522, and when the first rotating wheel 421 rotates to unlock, the second rotating wheel 521 can keep a static state. When locking is required, the mechanical key cylinder 41 rotates clockwise, and the first and second tenons 313 and 323 move toward opposite ends of the shackle 20 and extend into the locking grooves 20a by the elastic force of the first and second elastic members 43 and 323, thereby completing locking.
As can be seen from the above unlocking and locking processes, the present invention realizes two unlocking modes of the U-shaped lock 1 by using the mechanical lock structure 40, the electronic lock structure 50 and the locking structure 30, and the mechanical lock structure 40 and the electronic lock structure 50 are in transmission connection with the locking structure 30, but are independent of each other. That is, although both the first rotor 421 and the second rotor 521 can drive the first lock 31 and the second lock 32 to move, since the first stopper groove 311a and the second stopper groove 321a are provided, when the first rotor 421 drives the first lock 31 and the second lock 32 to move in the unlocking direction, the second rotor 521 does not abut against the groove sidewalls of the first stopper groove 311a and the second stopper groove 321a in the unlocking direction due to the clearance of the first stopper groove 311a and the second stopper groove 321a, and always handles a stationary state. Still further, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 move toward the locking direction by the elastic force of the first elastic member 43 and the second elastic member, and the locking operation of the U-lock 1 is realized. Therefore, the mechanical lock structure 40 and the electronic lock structure 50 can share one set of locking structure 30 to realize unlocking and locking operations, so that the overall structure of the U-shaped lock 1 is simpler; the mechanical lock structure 40 and the electronic lock structure 50 respectively and independently drive the locking structure 30 to move, when one structure fails, the other structure can independently drive the first locking piece 31 and the second locking piece 32 to move to realize unlocking and locking operations, and double guarantee is achieved, so that the reliability of the U-shaped lock 1 is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first elastic member 43 and the second elastic member are springs made of metal materials, the lock body 10 is provided with a receiving slot, the first elastic member 43 and the second elastic member are respectively received in the receiving slot, and the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 compress the springs in the receiving slot under the driving of the mechanical lock structure 40 and the electronic lock structure 50. Of course, the first elastic member 43 and the second elastic member may be elastic blocks made of elastic material. And will not be described in detail herein.
Meanwhile, in the using process, the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 are repeatedly inserted into the locking groove 20a, which may cause abrasion and affect the using effect of the U-shaped lock 1 after long-term use, so in an embodiment of the present application, the end of the first transmission plate 312 facing the lock beam 20 is provided with a first buckle, the end of the first tenon 313 facing away from the lock beam 20 is provided with a first slot, the end of the second transmission plate 322 facing the lock beam 20 is provided with a second buckle, and the end of the second tenon 323 facing away from the lock beam 20 is provided with a second slot. Specifically, the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 are cylindrical, the first clamping groove and the second stopping groove are annular materials formed on the surfaces of the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323, and the first buckle and the second buckle are respectively buckled in the first clamping groove and the second stopping groove. Of course, the driving plate and the tenon can be detachably connected by screws or pins, and detailed description is omitted here.
It can be understood that the first transmission member 42 and the second transmission member 52 drive the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 to move in an abutting manner in the above process, that is, the transmission member and the locking member are not in a direct connection relationship, so that the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 cannot be accurately inserted into the locking groove 20a in order to avoid deviation of the movement tracks of the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 in the process of transmission. In one embodiment of the present application, the lock body 10 is provided with a guide slot 10 a.
Specifically, the guide slot 10a is rectangular, the width of the guide slot is slightly larger than the width of the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322, the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 can be accommodated in the guide slot 10a, and the guide slot 10a plays a role in guiding and limiting the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322, so that the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 are prevented from deviating from the movement track when moving in the unlocking or locking direction, and the use stability of the U-shaped lock 1 is ensured. Meanwhile, the guide groove 10a further has two stop surfaces 10b, that is, in an embodiment of the present application, by reasonably setting the length of the guide groove 10a, when the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 move toward the unlocking direction under the action of the first elastic member 43 and the second elastic member, the first transmission plate 312 and the second transmission plate 322 may respectively abut against one stop surface 10b, that is, the groove side wall of the guide groove 10a, so as to prevent the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323 from repeatedly abutting against the groove bottom wall of the locking groove 20a, reduce the wear of the first tenon 313 and the second tenon 323, and prolong the service life of the U-shaped lock 1.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
