Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a marine door lock and a use method thereof. Compared with the prior art, the marine door lock has the advantages of safety, locking stability and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a marine door lock and a using method thereof.
Background
Since a ship needs to operate on water for a long time, it is often the case that the ship is influenced by wind and waves to generate strong jolt along with weather changes. At present, the locked groove of cabin lock is mostly the wedge, locks the door through the principle of wedge (the tapered end of tapered end follow wedge locked groove slides), and this kind of marine lock has following drawback:
1. the lock head is easy to slide back, so that the door lock is opened automatically, jolts are caused by the action of sea waves at sea, and the lock head is easy to slide back;
2. when the door is locked, the position of the lock head cannot be ensured, for example, the force of a worker is small, the lock head only rotates 45 degrees, the door seems to be locked, and actually, under the action of the gravity of the handle of the lock head and the bumpy external force, the door is easy to be unlocked;
3. in the prior art, the lock head handle for the cabin is too large, and the door lock is easy to open under the gravity of the lock head handle.
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, a need exists for a safe and stably lockable door lock for a ship.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the marine door lock and the using method thereof, which change the locking mode of the traditional door lock, realize safe and stable locking and improve the reliability of the marine door lock.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the utility model provides a marine lock, is including setting up the locked groove on the door frame and setting up lock core and tapered end subassembly on the door plant, be equipped with the screw thread on the lock core, the one end that the lock core is located the door plant outside has revolved the nut, be equipped with the bush on the door plant, the tapered end subassembly includes tapered end and handle, be equipped with the lock core hole on the tapered end, the lock core inserts and passes along the bush the lock core hole, lock core and tapered end subassembly pass through lock nut fixed as an organic whole, and lock core and tapered end subassembly rotate in step.
Further, the lock groove is rectangular in shape.
Furthermore, a stop block is arranged at one end, far away from the lock groove, of the outer side of the bushing in a position parallel to the lock groove, and a limiting block is arranged on the lock head.
Furthermore, the lower end of the nut is provided with a limiting step.
Furthermore, a spring gasket is arranged between the nut and the door panel.
Further, the length range of the handle is 120-180 mm.
Further, the lock cylinder hole is a square groove.
The invention also provides a using method of the marine door lock, which comprises the following steps:
(1) when in locking: firstly, a lock head is placed in a lock groove, then a nut is screwed by a spanner, the lock head is blocked by the side wall of the lock groove and the rotation of a lock cylinder is prevented when the nut is screwed, and the nut can be locked;
(2) when the device is started: the nut is unscrewed, the friction force of the threads of the lock cylinder drives the lock cylinder and the lock head to rotate, the lock head is driven to perform lifting movement, the lock head slides out of the lock groove, and the door lock is opened.
Further, if the friction force is insufficient and the door lock is not opened, the nut continues to be rotated, the lower end of the nut is provided with a limiting step, the nut can reach the limiting position when reaching the limiting step, the nut can not rotate any more, and the lock cylinder and the lock head can be driven to rotate to open the door lock.
Furthermore, after the door lock is opened, the limiting block on the lock head stops rotating under the blocking of the stop block on the bushing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the common door lock locking mode in the prior art is changed from wedge-shaped structure locking into bolt-nut locking, and the wedge-shaped locking groove is changed into a rectangular locking groove, so that the situation of unlocking due to the fact that a cabin door is not firmly locked and a ship jolts can be prevented, and the door lock is safe and stable to use;
2. the door handle of the cabin in the prior art is large in size and self-weight, and the door handle is reduced in size by adopting a bolt and nut locking mode, so that the convenience of opening the door can be ensured, and the possibility of accidental unlocking can be reduced to the greatest extent.
3. Through set up spacing step, set up the stopper in the tapered end and bush outside at the nut lower extreme, can guarantee after the improvement that the tapered end is in 90 positions when the hatch door is locked, can not become flexible because of vibrations or action of gravity, ensure the stability of locking.
