Background
Glass door and window outward appearance is convenient for clean, and overall structure is bright, often is used in architectural design, in order to improve door and window's security when using glass door and window, needs to set up the lock on door and window, but the following problem mainly exists in the installation of glass door and window to current door lock:
when the existing door lock is fixedly installed with a glass door and window, a mounting hole needs to be formed in the glass door and window, the integral structural performance of the door and window is easily reduced due to the formation of the mounting hole, the service life of the door and window is influenced, and the position of the mounting hole is easily loosened after the door lock is used for a long time by adopting a punching mode for installing the door lock, so that the use of the door lock is influenced; b: the installation performance that the existing lock installation to glass door and window also adopted glass to glue to fill and improve the lock, but the glass that changes the lock in the later stage or the in-process inside packing of maintenance lock is glued and is difficult to clear away, leads to the lock to be difficult to disassemble from door and window, influences the later maintenance or the change of lock.
Therefore, the door lock is convenient to install and maintain in the later period; the invention provides a plug-in glass door lock.

the fixing device comprises annular clamping blocks, a fixing spring, a sealing unit, a rubber air guide pipe and a one-way control valve, wherein the annular clamping blocks are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the cavity of the left lock shell in a sliding fit mode, the number of the annular clamping blocks arranged on the side wall of one surface in the left lock shell is two, and the two annular clamping blocks on the same side wall are different in size; the outer wall of one end of the annular clamping block is connected with the inner wall of the left lock shell through a fixed spring; the inner part of the annular clamping block is provided with a groove with a U-shaped section, sealing units are uniformly arranged in the groove in a sliding fit mode, adjacent sealing units are connected through a rubber air duct, the other end of the rubber air duct is connected to a one-way control valve, and the one-way control valve is arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the left lock shell;
the sealing unit include fixed suction cup, gas cylinder and sealing spring, the gas cylinder pass through the sliding fit mode and install inside annular fixture block, the lower extreme circumference outer wall cover that is located the gas cylinder is equipped with sealing spring, fixed suction cup is installed to the bottom outer wall of gas cylinder, the top that is located the gas cylinder evenly is provided with the rubber ball through the swing joint mode, fixed suction cup and gas cylinder between communicate each other.
The one-way control valve comprises a valve sleeve rod, a supporting spring, a sealing circular table, a damping spring, a rubber sleeve ring and a buffer spring; the valve barrel pole install the outer wall at the left lock shell through the sliding fit mode, and the middle part cover that is located the valve barrel pole is provided with supporting spring, the upper end of valve barrel pole is provided with the air guide hole, and the middle part outer wall that is located the valve barrel pole is provided with annular air guide groove, sealed round platform install the inside at the left lock shell through the sliding fit mode, the outer wall that is located sealed round platform is provided with damping spring, and sealed round platform is the inside that the toper set up at the left lock shell, the rubber lantern ring set up the inside at the left lock shell through the round pin axle, and the rubber lantern ring is connected with the outer wall of left lock shell through the even buffer spring who sets up. When the left lock shell and the right lock shell are respectively inserted into the side edges of a door and a window, the fixed sucker is attached to the outer wall of the door and the window under the pressure action of the sealing spring, the valve sleeve rod is pressed inwards by using the position where the air suction pump is connected to the valve sleeve rod, and air in the fixed sucker is pumped out by pumping the air suction pump, so that the pressure difference is formed between the inside of the fixed sucker and the outside pressure; the fixing effect between the fixed sucker and the glass door and window is increased; the invention can prevent the glass door and window from falling off when being installed on the glass door and window, and the glass door and window does not need to be punched; the integrity of the door and window structure is ensured, and the service life of the door and window is prolonged.
Preferably; the locking module comprises a lock cylinder, a lock bolt and a locking spring; the lock bolt is of a U-shaped structure, is arranged in a hollow cavity of the right lock shell in a sliding fit mode, and one end of the lock bolt is connected with the side wall of the right lock shell through a locking spring; the upper end of the lock bolt is connected with a lock core, and the lock core can control the movement of the lock bolt through a key. Preferably; the rubber pads are arranged on the outer walls of the grooves of the annular clamping blocks, so that the friction effect between the annular clamping blocks and the outer walls of the glass doors and windows can be improved, and the mounting and fixing effects between the glass doors and windows are improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In this process, the width of the lines or the size of the components in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of description.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a plug-in glass door lock comprises a left lock case 1, a right lock case 2, a locking module 3, a fixing device 4 and an auxiliary module 5; the left lock shell 1 and the right lock shell 2 are both of the same semicircular structure, the left lock shell 1 is internally provided with a cavity structure, the left lock shell 1 and the right lock shell 2 are internally provided with fixing devices 4 in a sliding fit mode, the fixing devices 4 are of annular structures, and auxiliary modules 5 are symmetrically arranged in the left lock shell 1 and the right lock shell 2 in a sliding fit mode respectively; an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the left lock shell 1 in the circumferential direction, and a locking module 3 is arranged in the right lock shell 2; wherein:
the locking module 3 comprises a lock cylinder 31, a lock plunger 32 and a locking spring 33; the lock bolt 32 is of a U-shaped structure, the lock bolt 32 is arranged in a hollow cavity of the right lock shell 2 in a sliding fit mode, and one end of the lock bolt 32 is connected with the side wall of the right lock shell 2 through a locking spring 33; the upper end of the lock bolt 32 is connected with a lock cylinder 31, and the lock cylinder 31 can control the movement of the lock bolt 32 through a key; the movement of the bolt 32, and thus the opening and closing of the adjacent door or window, is controlled by screwing the lock cylinder 31 with the corresponding key.
The auxiliary module 5 comprises an annular auxiliary plate 51 and an auxiliary spring 52, the annular auxiliary plate 51 is installed in an annular groove on the outer circumferential wall of the left lock shell 1 in a sliding fit mode, and the inner wall of the annular auxiliary plate 51 is connected with the inner wall of the annular groove through the auxiliary spring 52; the outer wall of the annular auxiliary plate 51 is provided with a wedge-shaped groove cut; the fixing function of the glass door and window is improved by respectively injecting glass cement into the annular groove on the inner wall in the circumferential direction in the left lock shell 1 and the annular groove on the inner wall in the circumferential direction in the right lock shell 2, when the glass door and window needs to be replaced or maintained, the wedge-shaped groove notch of the annular auxiliary plate 51 is lifted by a tool when the glass door and window is disassembled, the annular auxiliary plate 51 is contracted, and the glass cement stuck inside is scraped by the tool; the auxiliary module 5 is arranged to facilitate the removal of the fixed and sticky glass cement; the invention is convenient to be disassembled from the glass door at the later stage; the convenience of later maintenance of the invention is improved.
The fixing device 4 comprises annular fixture blocks 41, fixing springs 42, a sealing unit 43, a rubber air duct 44 and a one-way control valve 45, the annular fixture blocks 41 are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the cavity of the left lock shell 1 in a sliding fit manner, the number of the annular fixture blocks 41 arranged on one side wall inside the left lock shell 1 is two, and the two annular fixture blocks 41 on the same side wall are different in size; the outer wall of one end of the annular clamping block 41 is connected with the inner wall of the left lock shell 1 through a fixed spring 42; a groove with a U-shaped section is formed in the annular fixture block 41, sealing units 43 are uniformly arranged in the groove in a sliding fit mode, and a rubber pad is arranged on the outer wall of the groove of the annular fixture block 41; the rubber pad is arranged on the outer wall of the groove of the annular clamping block 41, so that the friction effect between the annular clamping block 41 and the outer wall of a glass door window can be improved, and the mounting and fixing effect between the glass door window and the glass door window is improved; and the adjacent sealing units 43 are connected through rubber gas ducts 44, the other ends of the rubber gas ducts 44 are connected to one-way control valves 45, and the one-way control valves 45 are arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the left lock shell 1.
The sealing unit 43 comprises a fixed suction cup 431, an air guide cylinder 432 and a sealing spring 433, the air guide cylinder 432 is installed inside the annular fixture block 41 in a sliding fit mode, the sealing spring 433 is sleeved on the outer wall of the circumference of the lower end of the air guide cylinder 432, the fixed suction cup 431 is installed on the outer wall of the bottom end of the air guide cylinder 432, rubber balls are uniformly arranged at the top end of the air guide cylinder 432 in a movable connection mode, and the fixed suction cup 431 and the air guide cylinder 432 are communicated with each other; the one-way control valve 45 comprises a valve sleeve rod 451, a supporting spring 452, a sealing circular truncated cone 453, a damping spring 454, a rubber collar 455 and a buffer spring 456; the valve sleeve rod 451 is installed on the outer wall of the left lock shell 1 in a sliding fit mode, a supporting spring 452 is sleeved on the middle portion of the valve sleeve rod 451, an air guide hole is formed in the upper end of the valve sleeve rod 451, an annular air guide groove is formed in the outer wall of the middle portion of the valve sleeve rod 451, the sealing round platform 453 is installed inside the left lock shell 1 in a sliding fit mode, a damping spring 454 is arranged on the outer wall of the sealing round platform 453, the sealing round platform 453 is arranged inside the left lock shell 1 in a conical mode, the rubber lantern ring 455 is arranged inside the left lock shell 1 through a pin shaft, and the rubber lantern ring 455 is connected with the outer wall of the left lock shell 1 through a buffer spring 456 which is evenly arranged; when the left lock shell 1 and the right lock shell 2 are respectively inserted into the side edges of the door and window, the fixed sucker 431 is attached to the outer wall of the door and window under the pressure action of the sealing spring 433, the valve sleeve rod 451 is pressed inwards by using the position where the air suction pump is connected to the valve sleeve rod 451, and air in the fixed sucker 431 is pumped out by pumping the air suction pump, so that the pressure difference is formed between the inside of the fixed sucker 431 and the outside; the fixing effect between the fixed suction cup 431 and the glass door and window is increased; the invention can prevent the glass door and window from falling off when being installed on the glass door and window, and the glass door and window does not need to be punched; the integrity of the door and window structure is ensured, and the service life of the door and window is prolonged.
