In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art. The following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention, however, the invention is capable of other embodiments in addition to those detailed.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a building module. The building module includes a main structure 110, curtain walls 120 and connecting assemblies. The main body structure 110, the curtain wall 120 and the connection assembly may be assembled together at a processing plant. The assembled integrated main structure 110, curtain wall 120 and connecting assembly are then transported to a location where they are to be placed for stacking into building modules.
Refer to fig. 1 to 4. The main structure 110 may be a box structure with a certain space size, such as a container, a wagon box, and a train box. The box structure has an interior space. The main structure 110 of the present embodiment is a container. The present embodiment will be described by taking an example in which the curtain wall 120 is provided on the end wall of the container. It will be appreciated that the side walls of the container may also be provided with curtain walls 120. The setting can be made as required by those skilled in the art.
The connecting assembly includes a connecting seat 111, an intermediate connecting member 180, a hooking plate 170, a first positioning member 130 and a second positioning member 140. The end walls of the container are connected (welded or bolted) to the connection sockets 111. Connecting sockets 111 may connect curtain wall 120 via intermediate connectors 180 and hook plates 170. In this way, the end walls of the container are connected to the curtain wall 120 by the connection seats 111 to support the curtain wall 120 and bear the load acting on the curtain wall 120. Connection receptacle 111 may be an L-shaped structure. The vertical portion of connecting sockets 111 may be welded to the end walls of the container, for example the vertical portion of connecting sockets 111 is welded to a corner post, top end beam or bottom end beam of the container. The horizontal portion of the coupling socket 111 extends in the length direction of the container. And the horizontal portion of the connecting socket 111 extends toward the outside of the container. The lower surface of the horizontal portion of the coupling holder 111 is provided with a first toothed surface 112. The teeth of the first tooth surface 112 extend from one end of the coupling seat 111 to the other end thereof in the width direction of the container. A first coupling long hole 113 is provided on the horizontal portion of the coupling holder 111. The first coupling long hole 113 extends in the length direction of the container.
As shown in fig. 2, the connecting assembly further includes a connecting bolt 150 and a nut 160. Curtain wall 120 may be connected to connection sockets 111 by intermediate connectors 180 and hook plates 170. The intermediate connector 180 may be an L-shaped structure. The horizontal portion of the intermediate connection member 180 is overlapped on the horizontal portion of the connection seat 111. The vertical portion of the middle connector 180 connects one end of the horizontal portion thereof away from the connection seat 111. The vertical portion of the middle connection member 180 and the vertical portion of the connection seat 111 are parallel and have a space. Thus, the intermediate connector 180 and the connector holder 111 constitute a U-shaped structure with an upward opening. The horizontal portion of the intermediate link 180 is provided with a second coupling long hole. The second connection long hole extends along the length direction of the container. The screw of the connection bolt 150 passes through the second connection long hole and the first connection long hole 113 from top to bottom and then is connected with the nut 160, so as to fix the middle connection member 180 on the connection seat 111. The first coupling long hole 113 and the second coupling long hole are provided so that the position of the curtain wall 120 can be adjusted in the length direction of the container when the curtain wall 120 is assembled to the container. In other embodiments, a long coupling hole extending in a longitudinal direction of the container may be provided at any one of the intermediate coupling member 180 and the coupling holder 111, and a through hole corresponding to the long coupling hole may be provided at the other one of the intermediate coupling member 180 and the coupling holder 111.
Preferably, the width dimension of the first coupling long hole 113 and the width dimension of the second coupling long hole are both larger than the outer diameter of the screw of the coupling bolt 150. Thereby, the position of the curtain wall 120 can be adjusted in the width direction of the container.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first positioning member 130 may be a spacer. The end surface of the first positioning member 130 is provided with a second toothed surface 131. The second toothed surface 131 and the first toothed surface 112 are correspondingly disposed. The first positioning member 130 is fitted around the connecting bolt 150. The first positioning member 130 is located between the horizontal portion of the coupling socket 111 and the nut 160. When the connecting bolt 150 is tightened, the connecting bolt 150 and the nut 160 cooperate to engage the tooth shape of the second tooth-shaped surface 131 of the first positioning member 130 with the tooth shape of the first tooth-shaped surface 112 of the connecting socket 111. Thereby, the connecting bolt 150 can be prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction (first direction) of the container, and the probability of the intermediate connector 180 moving in the longitudinal direction of the container can be reduced. The probability of the curtain wall 120 moving relative to the container along its length due to bumps or external forces during transport is reduced.
Preferably, the connection assembly includes a plurality of connection bolts 150 and a plurality of nuts 160. In the width direction of the container, a plurality of (e.g., two) first coupling long holes 113 are provided at intervals on each coupling seat 111, and a plurality of (e.g., two) second coupling long holes are provided at intervals on each intermediate coupling member 180. Each of the first coupling long holes 113 is penetrated with a coupling bolt 150. Each of the coupling seats 111 is coupled to one of the first positioning members 130. The connecting bolt 150 located in each first connecting long hole 113 of each connecting seat 111 is inserted through the first positioning element 130 connected to the connecting seat 111.
The curtain wall 120 is provided with a hooking plate 170. The hooking plate 170 may be a plate. The plane of the hook plate 170 may be perpendicular to the end walls of the container. One end of the hooking plate 170 may be fixed to the frame of the curtain wall 120 by bolts. The other end of the hooking plate 170 may be provided with a hooking plate notch. The opening of the hooking plate notch faces downwards. The hooking plate notch penetrates the hooking plate 170 in the width direction of the container. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the curtain wall 120 may be hung on the vertical portion of the intermediate connector 180 through the hooking plate notch of the hooking plate 170, so that the curtain wall 120 is hung on the container through the connection seat 111. Thus, the curtain wall 120 is conveniently disposed on the container. The hook plate 170, the first toothed surface 112 and the second toothed surface 131 are provided to adjust the position of the curtain wall 120 relative to the container in the width direction of the container.
In this embodiment, the second positioning member 140 is used to detachably fix the curtain wall 120 and the container between each other in the width direction of the container to fix the relative position between the curtain wall 120 and the container, so as to prevent the curtain wall 120 from moving in the width direction (second direction) of the container due to the effect of jolts or external forces during transportation when transporting the curtain wall and the container assembled together.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the second positioning member 140 may be a plate member. The second locating member 140 lies in a plane parallel to the end walls of the container. One end of the second positioning element 140 is provided with a positioning element notch with a downward opening. The retainer notches penetrate the second retainer 140 along the length of the container. When transporting and assembling the curtain wall and the container, the second positioning member 140 can be hung on the hooking plate 170 through the positioning member notch. Therefore, the second positioning member 140 can be hung on the hooking plate 170 by moving from top to bottom, and the installation is convenient. The other end of the second positioning member 140 may be coupled to the vertical portion of the intermediate connection member 180 by a bolt. The second positioning member 140 can thus fix the relative position between the intermediate connecting member 180 and the hooking plate 170 in the width direction of the container to prevent the curtain wall 120 from moving in the width direction of the container due to the action of jolts or external forces during transportation.
Preferably, the lower end of the second positioning member 140 extends into the U-shaped structure formed by the intermediate connecting member 180 and the connecting seat 111. Therefore, the second positioning member 140 has a simple structure and is convenient to install.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the lower end of the second positioning member 140 is provided with a lateral extension. The lateral extension portion is overlapped on the horizontal portion of the middle connection member 180, and the lateral extension portion of the second positioning member 140 is connected to the horizontal portion of the middle connection member 180 by a bolt. At this time, the second positioning member 140 is not coupled to the vertical portion of the intermediate coupling member 180 by a bolt.
When the curtain wall 120 and the body structure 110 assembled as one body are transported to a place to be placed, the second positioning member 140 may be detached from the intermediate connection member 180 and the hooking plate 170, and then the curtain wall 120 and the body structure 110 assembled as one body may be stacked into a building module.
In this embodiment, the first toothed surface 112 and the second toothed surface 131 are engaged, so that the probability that the curtain wall 120 moves in the first direction due to the bumping or external force during transportation can be reduced. The second positioning member 140 may prevent the curtain wall 120 from moving in a horizontal direction in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction due to bumps or external forces during transportation. That is, the relative positions of the curtain wall 120 and the main structure 110 assembled into a whole in the horizontal direction are not changed, so that the probability of structural damage and positioning failure of the curtain wall 120 and the main structure 110 assembled into a whole in the transportation process is reduced; meanwhile, the probability of changes of the stacking installation positions of the curtain wall 120 and the main structure 110 which are integrally assembled can be reduced, and the curtain wall 120 and the main structure 110 which are integrally assembled can be conveniently stacked into a building module.
